We couldn’t find the hideaway and initially pulled up to the house in the first driveway to the right. Had to call Vacasa and get ahold of someone that could point me in the right direction. Ended up being further up the hill and to the left. Very very steep driveway. Once there we got inside and settled to find that the heat was not working. Was 50 degrees inside and freezing. The hot tub was a frozen block of ice and had the water hose stuck in it. So we were moved the following day to a different cabin with working heat and hot tub. The maintenance guy and the ladies at Vacasa were great at getting us where we needed to be.

It was very clean!! And smelled great, we got there early and the cleaning lady let us in while she finished. The pool table was perfect for some fun nights with my granddaughter. (She's hooked on playing pool now)
The only thing I didn't like but honestly wasn't really that big of an issue was the floor in the bathroom off the bedroom. Very uneven/bumpy for some reason.

Location
Very dirty, old, out of date furniture and decor, hot tub broken

Screened in porch.
MOLD all over inside of cabin! Coffee maker didn't have correct carafe and grounds got in coffee and didn't brew correctly. Microwave handle was broken. Front porch & stairs are almost completely rotten and bottom of front door is rotten allowing bugs and weather in.

Have listed numerous with Vacasa that need attention.

the cabin was tucked back in the mountain making it the perfect peace and quiet place to get away! We loved the amenities offered and that it was pet friendly! Also loved the extra cozy blankets and extra towels available.
Nothing we didn’t like, but it would be nice to have a few more common house hold items such as sizers or sandwich bags or packets of sugar for coffee. overall a wonderful stay.

The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing. The overall feel of the cabin was secluded and simple, which was exactly what I wanted. It was close to several of the attractions in the area and the town of Helen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but they really should consider doing some updates/repairs to make it more comfortable.
There was visible dirt in the middle of the floor when I arrived and in the tub. The kitchen appliances are rusted, and the refrigerator won't close all of the way, which causes ginormous puddles in the floor.

Pictures are deceiving, no leather sofas no coffee table, floor is dusty and dirty....sheets were dirty we had to literally go buy our own...no washer or dryer to wash anything...kitchen n fridge is out dated and dirty...I literally spent the whole day (my bday) cleaning up a cabin because I was there for 2 days with my husband and baby smh...cracks everywhere in the cabin so bugs are getting in...I had to put towels under each door...hot tub was nasty too, lights don’t work, and the grill omg rusty and dirty we couldn’t even cook on it...I will def not book here again. Worse bday ever! My baby got bit by something even when I put new sheets on the bed...just so much was wrong there.
Everything was horrible and dirty

The location was amazing
Very out dated and the shower well I really didn’t shower no water pressure just tricked out

It was very secluded
The jets on the hot tub wasn’t working properly. The furniture wasn’t old and not comfortable. The pool sticks were worn out. The pool table was in a smaller room than needed to be.
