location was excellent and the staff at the key pick up were super nice and helpful.
The property was squalid. Pretty much everything was broken, including - the TV in the living room (total bummer on superbowl sunday). The electric kettle, the dishwasher fell out of the cabinetry every time you tried to fill it - it was actually dangerous. The toaster was broken, one of the cooker rings on the hob was broken, the toaster oven was broken. The beds had shabby dirty blankets on them and were exceptionally uncomfortable. There was no wifi and when i called the concierge to enquire about some things no one called me back. it was literally disgusting. Hands down the worst place i have ever stayed in. The furniture was smelly and stained and the decor on the walls was akin to trash.

The only two positive things about this rental is the location and the space / amenities. Plenty of beds and blankets for guests. The skii lifts as well as the jacuzzi and recreation room are all a short walk from the rental, and the stairs to the rental are facing the main street (canyon blvd), so getting to the lifts and back is a breeze.
Management for this rental is a complete disaster. I've never had worse customer service with a vacation rental. You can't get ahold of anyone for assistance after 4pm (which is check in time and most likely when you will need assistance). Even their "Emergency" number went to voicemail.
CHECK IN PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE. Check in was 4pm, but I did not receive the check in documents until 5pm. The check in packet did not include a map, so we spent about 10 minutes hiking around the complex looking for the rental because the unit numbering system is not clear.
THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. This should be fixed immediately, or at least mention that there is no wifi in the unit. "Free Wifi" is false advertisement. As I mentioned, management does not answer the phone after check in time. I left a voicemail on their emergency number and I received a call back 10 minutes later and the only assistance we received was "turn the modem off and on again, if that doesn't fix it then there's nothing else I can do". Turning the modem off and on did not fix the wifi, so we had no wifi for the entire stay. Some of us had to do homework and work from the rental and we were forced to use our phone hotspots. Completely unacceptable to advertise "Free Wifi".
Note: 6 of us are seasoned software/mechanical engineers, we tried several different methods to troubleshoot the wifi with no success. This was not user error.
THE LIVING ROOM TV DOES NOT WORK. You can turn it on and off, but you can not change the channel whatsoever. There are about 10 remotes laying around and none of them control the TV. Even the "+/-Channel" buttons on the TV do not work, so you are stuck with one channel. I hope you like VH1 because thats the only channel we got. We really wanted to watch the winter olympics during our stay, but could not.

The location was walking distance to Canyon Lodge and close to the Recreation room. We had plenty of room for all occupants.
The internet connect did NOT work at all. The main TV was not working properly and the kitchen had some oddities. Called office but they never sent anyone to fix WiFi or TV.
