IT WAS AMAZING! BETTER THAN I ANTICIPATED.

It was a great location with very friendly people! The views are amazing! We were very satisfied with our room. It was very clean and everything was in working order!

Parking coulda been alittle better but we made do. It was mostly because the grass was so soft from the previous rain.

It was very small, basic and old fashioned but clean.

It was located on the main road from Alex Bay to Clayton which was convenient. Clean. Had chairs to sit outside.

It was too small- very tight space. Sink was outside bathroom and very little. No internet or Wi-Fi so even though there was a little TV, we could never watch it. Didn’t like the parking.

Great place to stay

Staff very friendly, room was clean and area was beautiful. We have stayed there every time we visit the area.good parking right outside and everything was on the ground floor, no stairs to climb.also it was very quiet there, just close enough to the action to be away from it when you wanted to be

Fred is amazing, extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Suggested good places to eat. We highly recommend

We did not stay. BIRTHDAY NIGHTMARE!!!! Had to find another establishment to stay at. Disappointed!

Rented cottage. Absolutely disgusting! Dirty, furniture old/tattered, mold in shower, shower floor damaged/filthy, rusty sink, smells! Dingy towels in bathroom. We did not stay. Lost half of our money.

Very pleasant place to stay in a beautiful area in NY state

The area this motel is in, so peaceful and green. I felt at ease just pulling in. Perfect location to visit Alex Bay, Clayton and Cape Vincent. Property is well kept. Proprietor, Fred, is a great guy He wants you to have "your best time", whatever that might be. For us. it was a lot of relaxing in place.

We had no complaints.

Not at all impressed, very small and very uncomfortable. Musty smelling. Like being in an outhouse.

Room was extremely small, nothing like the pictures shown on internet. It was very outdated, musty smelling, no tub, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Parking was impossible in the space provided.

The stay was great

The room was very clean and quiet.. A very relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Only thing missing were toiletries ,soap in the bathroom . I always bring my own but usually they have them in the room.

Quaint, clean, had everything one needs

The owners were very nice. We arrived a bit later in evening but they greeted us right away. Room had everything we needed even though it was a bit dated we liked it. It was homey and quaint. We could tell they had paid attention to details when cleaning which we really appreciated. The bed wasn’t supportive enough for us but we know that’s very individual. Would possibly stay again if we were in the area. Definitely would if website said mattresses updated. Thanks for having everything in the room so clean and nice.

Only thing not to our liking was the bed. Felt it needed replaced with a more supportive mattress but we know that’s an individual preference.

I actually miss being there.

I liked the rate. I liked the room. I like that the staff cleaned and straightened the room every day. Your mattresses were wonderful I slept like a baby. Most of all I was impressed by the way I was greeted. The gentleman had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. Also we had a small issue with programming the television and it was addressed right away.

I can't find anything wrong and I don't want to find anything wrong. I have already recommended to a number of my friends.

My short stay was ideal and I was able to visit other areas of interest.

The grounds were well kept and my cottage was clean with the amenities I needed. I also found the staff friendly and accommodating. Rock Ledge Motel's location was ideal and in close proximity to other areas of interest.

Love the separate cottage

Loved having a separate cottage. Small but cute. Felt more private. Close to town. Nice & clean. Air conditioner worked great. The bed was so surprisingly comfortable! Would stay again.

Neither are a deal breaker but locks on door could be upgraded to feel safer. Shower is tight space.

Very, very friendly staff! The little cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a family friendly and quiet motel. Would highly recommend staying there!
