It was very close to the train station while the property itself had an elegance yet opening atmosphere
The breakfast was pretty bad, except for the drinks and the omelet station. The workers there were very nice and made up for the lack of edible food

Great location, good breakfast.
The parking fee is outrageously high at $60 USD per night. The staff and supervisors lacked attention to detail, with issues such as missing toilet paper and body soap in the room. Our room cards were deactivated after the first night, and when they reactivated them, they only did one card instead of both leaving my wife stuck having to come back down. The Wi-Fi stopped working at 8 p.m. and wasn’t restored until midday the next day. They also forgot to reprogram our room cards for parking, leaving us stuck inside the parkade at the exit gate with cars honking behind us. This situation could have been dangerous in an emergency. These avoidable errors reflect a lack of care, especially considering we paid over $1,000 CAD for two nights.

Breakfast was great
I paid close to 1000 dollars (around 970) for two nights for 6 people. Even though it was just four of us. My wife, two kids, and myself.
I paid the greater amount for 6 people so that we would have plenty of space in the room.
However, the lady at the front desk saw that it was just four of us and decided to get us smaller room that is for 4 people and not the bigger room that I saw on the website when I reserved it.
After seeing the room I went back to the front desk where I was laughed at by the manager who simply didn't care saying, you guys used a third party to reserve.
I explained that I paid over nine hundred dollars instead of what would've been 600 to have a more spacious room. He just smirked and gave me the "I don't give a ..." face.

The fresh individual omlette breakfast was outstanding. Very efficient cooks.
Elevators are slow and there is a back up but can't be helped. Parking is expensive. Wish breakfast started earlier.

A truly excellent hotel. The facilities, including a large swimming pool and hot tub, were excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view out over the city. The buffet breakfast, with made-to-order omelettes - which were huge! - was a great way to start the day, and the evening reception was a lovely way to finish it. If you're coming for a sports or music event at the stadium, it's literally next door, whilst the downtown tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Definitely stay here if you can.

Even though it was a very busy weekend the hotel staff were very attentive and kept everyone very clean. Breakfast was amazing and my family also enjoyed the snack and cocktail hour.
Only complaint would be hearing sirens throughout the night but that’s not on the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Location is great if going to an even or game. Plenty of restaurants and even being next to a bus/train depot, it’s very clean and quiet.
I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom door that leads into the main area (we were in a suite) and I was a bit disappointed that room service wasn’t available for the weekend but we still loved it and would definitely book here again.

Location, room size, shower and water pressure, the staff work so incredibly hard to make everything enjoyable. The breakfast was nice it just was so busy (think cruise ship dining). I almost wish there were 2 separate times to attend to break up the rush.
The furniture in our room had broken drawers, the tv glitched in and out and then would completely pause, the lamp on the desk was broken and they never replaced it, the office chair was filthy. I think they need to give so TLC to the rooms for the price we paid.

Breakfast was as expected. Room view was really good. Bathroom nightlight was ideal.
I called maid service twice and never got what I asked twice for. So both our grandchildren slept on the hide-a-bed with NO sheets and no additional blanket. GRRR. The floor into the room had a puddle of water as we entered from maid service - but really puddling - not just a little damp. Bathroom floor was sticky - not dirty but sticky from cleaning products I assume - though it was dry. One of the curtains was partially unhooked from the top.

The location was amazing!
It was not super clean. The pool area had no clean towels available.

The location next to the train station was convenient.
The stay was ok until the last day when I got a piece of glass in my foot at the pool. I am guessing someone brought a drinking glass to the pool and broke it. Looking around the pool, I noticed another glass drinking cup under a chair. It seems that the hotel is lax when it comes to glass in the pool area. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room was in poor repair. There was a torn carpet, a handle to one of the cabinets was falling off, and two light switches didn't work.

Location location very clean area and right across from train station couldn't beat that! Staff friendly, room nice size and very clean. Breakfast place nice and airy and nice selection of hot and cold foods.
Toiletries were not in the bathoom - no shampoo/conditioner body lotion etc. I called the front desk and items were delivered.

Excellent for parking and going to a Seahawks game. Very close to light rail. Happy hour and breakfast were great.
It is in a dodgy part of town and a long way from any good restaurants or other attractions aside from Lumen Field.

Property is located at the center of the city, 15 minutes walk from the market.
The facilities of the hotel were good. Best gym and pool I’ve seen in a hotel.
Check in and staff in general should improve. We came as 4 people but room was set to 2. When we asked to arrange the room to 4, we were told to do it ourselves. It took few iterations and confrontations with front desk till we got housekeeping in our room to open the sofa and make it as a bed for the kids

Super convenient location for Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Amtrak, metro and bus services. Easy to get to from I-5 and WA-99 too. Pool and afternoon reception are also handy. Room was comfy enough - we slept on a double sofa bed pull-out and the kids had the beds in the bedroom area. Fine for 3 nights but you wouldn't have wanted to be that cramped for any longer. Hotel looks/feels modern. Parking expensive but convenient on-site secure lot.
Pool was murky and jacuzzi area had a layer of slime. Not sure if supposed to look like that or just how it is after a day of heavy use (hotel was busy due to Mariner's game) but not the most appealing. Shame as the views from the pool area were stunning.

Location was spot on
No extra supplies in room. Had to ask for towels enough for # of people in room 4vs2. Also ran out of toilet paper at night with no refills.

They handled the Taylor Swift concert madness with organization, grace and wonderful service.
The prices were crazy but that’s it.

The train stationmaster gave us a ride to Hilton Hotel on his golf cart (30 second trip) quite literally steps away from the Amtrak King Street stop from (Cascades journey from Vancouver) and he retrieved our bags and brought them to the front desk of Embassy Suites. After a late check-out, we left the next afternoon on Amtrak again (Empire Builder to Chicago) We missed the all-star game in Seattle by a day but the front office staff gave me a key card that had the all-star logo on it.
All was well.. Price for room was way too high, (paid almost $500.00 for one night) inflated because of All-Star game blocking I guess

Beautiful facility, and everyone on staff was very helpful. My wife struck up a conversation with multiple housekeepers and waiting staff. She was thrilled. All 4 of our kids loved the swimming pool, and our oldest was thrilled not to miss working out.
Upon arriving, my family and I walked up to the front desk to check in. And although I'm sure that she meant no harm, the lady behind the counter looked at us strangely and asked, "Can I answer a question for you?" As if to imply that because we didn't look like the other people who were dressed up, that we didn't belong there. Once I informed her that we were checking in, her attitude changed to very friendly. I have worked customer service and sales for my whole life. From a business aspect, taking a person at face value can have a detrimental impact upon sales depending upon the circumstances. Anyway, i just wanted to share this one critique with you. There were a few things that my family and I didn't get to do while in your beautiful city, so I will definitely keep you in mind when booking our trip in a month or so. Thank you!
