Καθαρό φτιαγμένο με γούστο ,πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα (350μ.) θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Very nice accommodation. Highly recommended!

Host was very flexible and kind. She came over in 5 minutes after i said i was there, Also she explained how i can check in myself, in case its needed or i arrive very late. I felt very safe there, it's friendly family area. The rooms are in the house with the garden, and outdoor furnitures. The location is 4 mins by walk to Beach in Rhetimno. Although to reach pure 'old town' you need to walk pretty long, around 45 mins. However after seeing this 'old town' which is btw not old, crowded with people and shops with souvenirs I felt my accommodation is far more better, in quiet area. in 3 mins walk, once you rech the beach you already have plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from <3 The apartment was very very clean and bed very comfortable. You have ac and all you need: hangers, cutlery, cups, plates. You can also cook and there is fridge for your disposal. I loved also balcony where you can chill and listen the sound of cicadas.

Great value stay in Rethymno

Thegaia Studios offer great value comfortable accommodation in Rethymno. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The Wi-Fi connection was very good. The person at check-in was very welcoming, and the cleaner was very friendly, all speaking perfect English. I would definitely stay at Thegaia Studios again

Superb

The apartment was much nicer than expected and the bed was very comfortable. There even is a lovely spacious balcony and the kitchenette is very well equipped. Would recommend this property and be happy to stay here again.

The location as such is lovely and it is very close to the lovely beach. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby in short walking distance. The downside to this area - there's a lot of traffic on the first road you need to cross to go to the beach or bus stop and especially when waiting for the bus at the bus stop you smell a lot of fumes from the pollution.

The room was spacious and newly furnished with a large balcony; well-cleaned. The host was very friendly despite our late evening arrival. Private parking available.

Not exactly in the centre of town, however reachable with a short drive.

Conveniently located and comfortable

The shadow. My studio was exposed to direct sunlight only early in the morning, meaning I didn't even need to use air conditioning, because in the afternoon and evening it was already cool and pleasant. Very clean, comfortable bed, great wifi. The beach was within a 6-7 minute walk, which is great, many restaurants and shops are also found on the promenade, and a bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away from the property.

The bathroom and especially the shower cabin were a bit tight, but considering all the rest, this was something one can live with for a few days

Lovely fency studio

An amazing studio in pervolia aria, at quite place. My studio was in a ground floor, clean, big with double comfortable bed, plasma Tv, kitchen, and bathroom. Outside a big yard with grass, place to make barbecue and a big table for 10 people. The apartment is only 5min from the beach, 6min from a big store and 7min to a bus station. The city center is 10min by bus or 40min by walk. The owner is very helpful, polite and kind, definitely I will book again when I go back to Rethymno.

Owners and staff were very nice, room sparcling clean, A/C cold, nice big balcony a beautifull view, room service every day, housekeeper was very nice, kind and provide us with all info we asked for.

The location was good, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach, many restaurants, super markets and stores nearby.

The cleanliness seemed rather superficial, and there was no elevator, so we had to carry all our stuff up to the second floor.

Exceptional

The apartment was beautiful, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Our host was very nice, she was easy to reach and helped us when we needed it. The place is a little bit far from the old town and city centre, but the beach is just 5 minutes by walk. I would totally recommend to book here :)

Passable

It was clean, I was able to use a washing machine for free and check-out an hour later.

It was not soundproof at all and first morning it was so noisy that after 10 o’clock I wasn’t able to sleep: mops clashing, furniture moving, doors banging, staff shouting in Greek etc. I was extremely tired and could not sleep my fill so I woke up with a headache. I had to use earplugs the rest of my stay to sleep after 10.00.

Neat and tidy apartment at the heart of Rethymno. Close to the beach and some supermarkets. Very welcoming atmosphere! Not noisy at nights. Nice balcony with sea view.

Very good

Nice place. 30 min walk by the beach to the city center but less than 5 min walk to the best part of the beach. Has a parking lot. Spacious room. New towels every second day. Cleaning every day. Good kitchen and outdoor space. Definitely a good place to stay and good value for the money!

Small shower (not a problem for me tho). I also found some beard hair in the bathroom around the sink which wasnt so nice. Not sure if they changed the bed linen during my stay. The sound of crickets woke me up every day.

Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Very, very good value for money. The studio’s are super clean, comfortable and modern. Free parking, excellent WiFi, great kitchen. Really great place.

An excellent choice in Rethymno (The best city on Crete)

I stayed for 3 nights. The studio was super clean, very good sleep quality, newly refurbished & excellent value for money. Lovely bbq area and outdoor place to relax. Free car parking. What surprised me is how good the location is. Looking at the map, I thought it was too far from the centre, but it’s not at all with a car. It’s conveniently located just off the motorway. You also have a really good supermarket, beach, bar and tavernas all within a 5-10 minute walk of the studio. Everything you need. Very helpful & hospitable hosts. I’m very happy I found this place and I highly recommended it.

Best room ever

It was perfect located if you have a car. Free parking. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was bigger than on the fotos and was very clean! Would recommend it 100%

Unreliable hot water. This was highlighted in earlier reviews but has not been resolved. Not many cafes etc at the beach near the property.

Great studio! Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The bed was very comfortable, even though it was 2 single beds together. The studio is spacious and has all the necessary (cooking basics, cutlery, washing machine, etc.). Even if there is no pool, the beach is literally less than 5min walk.

The shower is very small: any tall/large person might be uncomfortable. However, It is not that big of a deal: we managed even though we are both 6foot and over.
