Great location with plenty of food options nearby. Easy parking (free of charge) around the hotel. Great size room (we booked a family room) with comfortable beds and fairly clean. Communal kitchen available for all guests to use. All in all it had a very pleasant atmosphere.
We came across a few minor issues during our stay, but we didn't really mind. The neighborhood was poorly lit at nighttime. Other than our arrival we didn't see any staff at all. Our shower had a clogged drain (we sent a message and fortunately the next day it was fixed). There was only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom for a whole family to use for two nights stay. No toiletries (only one shower gel sachet). One bath towel per person (no hair towels). The pillows were rather uncomfortable (personal preference). Our room didn't have a hairdryer even though we found hairdryer attachments (diffuser and concentrator nozzles). They didn't pick up the trash (understandable for two nights stay at a budget hotel), but they could have given us the option to do it ourselves by providing us with clean trash bags. In the communal kitchen there was no way for us to cook a meal (no hob or oven) even though it was equipped with pans and pots. Lastly, we were not able to operate the vending machine to get some coffee (we followed the instructions but our money was declined). Most (if not all) of the issues above might have been easily fixed had there been a member of staff at the reception desk for us to ask for help.

Пізнє заселення пройшло дуже легко. Картку залишили в ящику, номер був чистенький, всюди гарно пахло
Не було фену, хоча насадки на фен в шафі були

Odalar iyi.
Karşılayan personel oldukça eğitimsiz ve kaba. Selam verdim, cevap vermedi. Tekrar selam verdim, “Dinliyorum” şeklinde karşılık verdi. Berbat bir karşılama. İnsan parasıyla rezil oluyor.

1 gece 4 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. 1+1 ev kıvamındaydı, temiz ve yeterli bir otel. Hemen 100 metre yakınında LidL ve bazı kafeler vardı. Memnun kaldık. özetlemek gerekirse yeterliydi diyebilirim.

Стаите са чисти, приятни, уютни, доста големи. Местоположението в Студентски град е прекрасно, много важно според мен е, че наоколо може да се паркира.В близост има чудесни заведения. Ще го посетя пак.

That we had a kind of upgrade, but it was really outdated.
First our (self check-in) box with the key was empty. The second box was also empty. The third box had a key. With that key we went to the room which was mentoined by the receptionist (she worked remotely). In the room we were shocked it was somebody elses room. In other words, someone else was in there. Then we had to wait for 30 for somebody to come and we’ve got the penthouse. However it was really outdated.

1. Clean modern room with everything that we needed
2. Good location near "Student town"
3. Overall everything is totally meeting our expectations
The only issue was that even though we've arrived at 13:50 and I've sent the message about our arrival in advance we needed to wait 20 minutes at closed doors of the hotel, noone was answering the phone and messages.

Easy check-in process. We were given a code to a locker box and got the keys really fast. We managed to find a parking spot right next to the building. The rooms were nice and cool when we arrived, bed and pillows comfortable. Close to shopping centre and restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean apartment with a lovely bathroom. Lots of places to eat nearby.
One of the rooms was too small.

Location was easy to get to and the reception helped with the last step over the phone. The parking is free in the area and there’s also paid parking available nearby. We parked the car right in front of our window, for free.
We only stayed for one night and we liked everything. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. We liked the big windows. There’s a vending machine at first floor with coffee, drinks and snacks, but there are also markets, a Lidl and fuel station very close.
Overall this is a good option if you want to spend a night on your way to Greece. The city center is also easy to get to from here in case you want to visit Sofia. We felt the price was right for what we got.
Didn’t find any negatives

Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, park and buses. The rooms are comfortable. We are a family and we loved having separate rooms. I wish each room had a kitchen instead of a shared kitchen.
The shared kitchen fridge is tiny. There are no cooking necessities like salt or pepper. There were not kitchen rugs/or paper towels to wipe anything. No cooking utensils. There were cups and plates.

It was our second stay here but unfortunately I think it was our last. The first time was perfect.
We were asked about what kind of pillows we wanted and said soft. The pillows were probably soft but they were cramped into smaller pillowcases and made then really hard.
Last time we had a refrigerator in our room and we had plans to use it now. Not so lucky, because the room we got had none.
The room was very small compared to our previous stay. Yes, it did have a balcony if that’s important. Bottom line, we got a room different from the pictures on booking.
The carpet was a little bit sticky and the room had a subtle tobacco smell. Nothing to weird for a place that has this price range.
They cherry on the cake was our last night. The power went off in the building at about 2 AM and the fuse box for the entire floor was in this room.
They had an automatic fuse (a relay) or something that went on and off with a really loud noise like someone was hitting a table with a stick. Really fast and really loud. We woke up with our hearts pounding and did not realised what was happening. After 10 minutes, again. For a longer period now and that was the moment we realised what was making the sound. Our devices went on and off (they were charging), the TV was turning on and off, because of the rapid on-off-on automatic fuse. We tried to turn the light on to see what was happening and the lights resembled a strobe disco light.
Imagine waking up to that after an exhausting busy day (we were on a business stay).
We don’t necessarily blame the host for this incident because is mainly an issue with the power company but the faulty relay/fuse is on the hosts responsibility.
For us it was important to get a good night sleep and this was far from that.

The staff is extremely friendly. The lady there spend a fair bit of time explaining things to us and walked with us to show where the bus stop is located. The hotel is pretty fresh
A few things can be improved: 1) have some extra toilet paper in the room, 2) the room wasn't perfectly cleaned when we moved in.
Another thing to mention: if you come to Sofia as a tourist, bear in mind that the hotel isn't located in the downtown and you'll have take bus or taxi.
