It was a very relaxing treat.

Good variety of food at breakfast. The staff kept the area clean, and the food was very good. The Wednesday happy hour was a nice treat.

Pleasent for one night

-location -easy access to the building from Different entrances -easy check in -nice/friendly staff -kitchenette

-thin walls that I heard the whole night a person snoring in the room next to us -beds-pillow-sofa cama not comfortable enough, need update -not enough fumigation, saw two cockroaches in the bathroom

Breakfast was great. The hotel's greatest asset is their staff. I was very impressed by their customer service skills.

Breakfast was fine. Coffee was very good.

Hallways smelled very strong of cigarette smoke but room was very clean.

Very relaxing and location is perfect to travel to different beaches around the area.

Everything/everyone was clean, friendly, breakfast was delicious

Not sure if this hotel didn’t offer but beds were not made for next night, not a big deal but it would have been nice and then one thing obviously not the staff but the company is that the pool was built on a way the sun doesn’t really hit well but two minor things that definitely wouldn’t change us going back and or recommending

Breakfast was simple with nice variety each day.

The price per night was high for an average hotel with the average amenities. I understand it was a suite and due to Hurricane Ian and few places to stay near beach, higher prices can be asked. Barefoot Beach closed as well as Bonita Beach. Should not be a question on your survey right now.

Breakfast was okay … nice menu items to choose from. Location of hotel was great - close to beaches, shopping , and other cities we were visiting. Pool area was very nice. Kitchen area was well stocked. Shower was good. Would prefer door between bathroom and living area.

Pillows on bed were too soft. A/C unit a little noisy at night

I would not recommend this establishment at all!

Fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card from this establishment. Several jewelry pieces were also missing from my luggage during my stay.

We had a nice time, it just wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The breakfast was good. One of the beds was comfortable, the other one was not.

The swimming pool was closed. It would have been helpful to know in advance. No USB plugs. There were 5 in our party. Another bed pillow would have been better. The room temperature was either cold or too warm, especially in bed rooms.

The location is great for access to beaches, shopping and eateries. The accommodation was modern, very clean and had all the facilities that I needed. The staff were extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a great selection of both hot and cold food items and drinks. I have stayed here before and will happily stay here again.
