Belle découverte

Proximité de la plage. Des commerces. Du bus pour aller à Palma et à l’aéroport. Petite chambre mais très propre manque juste de quoi étendre les serviettes de plage. Personnel disponible et agréable. Possibilité de demander des serviettes de plage.

Lit trop proche du couloir (personnes bruyantes le premier soir) sinon très bien !

Skön vistelse

Närheten till stranden och flera restauranger. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stor och fin balkong med solstolar.Mycket bra varierad frukost. Bra restaurang på hotellet.

Framgick inte vid bokningen att dusch och toalett var separata små rum.

Fantastiskt utsikt som är svårslagen.

Bra luftkonditionering. Fantastiskt utsikt. Familjär stämning, vänligt och trevligt. God mat. Mycket fina rum. Ligger precis vid stranden Nära till buss och nära till flygplats. God frukost, lagom ej överflöd. Gick att beställa en frukostpåse vid tidigt flyg. Bra tryck i kranarna och i toan. Balsam, schampo, tvål och lotion fanns på rummet. Gratis flaska vatten en gång per dag. Bra städning. Fin balkong mot en magisk havsutsikt. Safety box.

Minus är att de saknar pool. Obefintlig information vid frukost, det vill säga svårt att veta vad som är vad på bufféborden.

Hotel veramente fantastico, ottima posizione di fronte al mare, vicino l'aeroporto, vicino Palma, colazione ottima come anche io ristorante; personale molto gentile. Lo consiglio.

Okay room, bad service , breakfast is good average.

Room was clean with spacious and clean bathroom.

Guy on the reception wasn’t friendly. Left very bad impression overall about he stay, because service and staff attitude is what makes the stay memorable. He was annoyed with me asking questions, when I asked him if he can call a car rental for me, which apparently is the service they offer at the hotel, he told me that they perfectly speak English and I can do it myself. Such an attitude is something what leaves a bad impression overall about the stay. Probably people who hates their job should not be working at the reception.

Un super voyage et un accueil incroyable fait pas David !

La proximité de tout, la beauté du lieux, la plage au pied de l’hôtel, le restaurant était incroyable et surtout un accueil fabuleux fait pas David un grand merci à lui pour tout !

Prachtige kamers! Leuke omgeving, om de hoek fietsen huren die je binnen het hotel kunt stallen.

Zentral zum Flughafen, ruhig, direkt am Strand gelegen.

Zentral am Strand, trotzdem ruhig, nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Ideale Distanz zum Flughafen.

Top Lage, sehr nettes Personal

eigentlich sehr schöne Zimmer und dann eine eigenartige Lösung mit Dusche und Duschvorhang. Das Material des Duschvorhangs leider so gewählt, dass er immer nass aussieht. Also kein Hingucker.

Fabulous hotel

David was very welcoming on our arrival. The room was beautiful.

Shower gel dispenser fell off the wall! But not a major issue! Couldn't turn off balcony light

Хорошее местоположение и завтраки, не чистый пол с волосами, грязные полотенца.

Местоположение прекрасное, особенно закат. Просто сказка. завтраки очень вкусные, действительно рекомендую.

Честно говоря, полотенца ставили со следами обуви, то есть не чистые. Мы были 3 ночи , и на полу были волосы черные , много . ( я блондинка) .

The reception staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The location is fantastic

The bar staff were sour and unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. Bathroom was tatty. The room was clean but past its best.

The location, the comfort and homely feel to the hotel. The sea view is lovely and just accross the road from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any queries I had, Stayed in Double /Twin room with sea view.

Water pressure Breakfast

Stinks of mould and chip fat! Old fashioned decor, Facilities broken, Balcony doors broken and unsafe. No English Channel on tv. Immediately asked for a refund and was refused. So was offered multiple rooms all as bad as each other. Hotel next door was cheaper and worlds apart in upgrade.

Beachfront Hotel 5 minute drive from the airport

Location, staff were very accommodating, aircon was very good, room with balcony was great for sunset.

Room had an older style decor. Walls were thin, but got a good night's sleep. Tea/Coffee facility/Fridge would be a great addition

Never ever again, not even for the location of the hotel

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The location was just wonderful, directly in front of the hotel there was a clean Beach but little overcrowded (due to summer season of course). One was able to explore many things of the island (especially bars restaurants etc along the promenade) by foot.

The hotel was very dirty! Cleanliness 000 points! Our towels and bed sheets were not changed daily and when they were changed they seemed used because there were stains on it - disgusting! The breakfast was always the same no variety especially nothing for vegans for example. The plates were kinda sticky and oily (not well washed dishes). Our rooms had molds on the ceiling and especially in the bathroom/shower, which is not only unpleasant but also unhealthy. All in all worst experience ever! I wish they saved money for decoration (which was also very outdated) and invested it in hygiene!!! 😡😡

This is a perfect location because it’s near the airport and beach.

The location was perfect! close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful! There was a beautiful view from our room.

The rooms need refurbishing.

Exceptional

Location is outstanding. Just next to airport and 30 minutes from more "party" towns with just 15 by bus to Palma as well. View from breakfast is second to none, beach is just outside the hotel. Staff is friendly, food is delicious. For £100 per night amazing value for money

Rooms are on the "cheaper" side but you don't really come here to spend time at hotel.

something else

only good thing I could say was the staff who kindly offered us to prepare breakfast to take away as we were leaving very early in the morning and also location of the hotel.

First of all the entrance to hotel is through the restaurant, you have to pass people enjoying their meal with your luggage and we had only one bag, imagine if you are family of 4 with children trying to pass through. Second - bathroom. toilet was leaking which made really hard to sleep and we had barely 4 hours of sleep. Shower curtain was dirty, shower hose was leaking, more water was coming out through it than through actual shower head, mirror wasn’t cleaned properly it felt as if you look through the mist. The room looked cleaned but you can see this room did not have any touch up in a very long time. At 3am we were woken up by the fire alarm. as this has not been ringing in our room, we assumed that fire alarm is ringing somewhere outside the building. By the time we understood what is happening and we were ready to leave the room fire alarm stopped. considering that there is no front desk person at night I am not sure who actually checked the fire alarm. we have checked out at 3.30am to go to the airport, reception door which should be closed was wide open and that makes you feel a bit uneasy. considering the location I guess that’s where the price comes in also we have stayed on Saturday night, but I would definitely not stay or recommend this hotel.

Beware of robbery

We stayed here for a week with a friend and I, and we were robbed of a large sum of money from the hotel room. My friend thought that we were safe and left 1000 euro well hidden in her suitcase. To our surprise, the money was not there when we returned. The worst thing is that this is not the first time this has happened in the hotel (according to what we heard in the hotel) and the staff could not do anything for us. They started to make up stories like "maybe someone came in from outside" (we were staying on the 3rd floor) maybe this, maybe that. But the truth is that we all know what probably happened, but due to lack of evidence we couldn't say anything. We filed a complaint with the local police but of course without any real wait. Be careful if you stay in this hotel, nobody warned us and that's why I warn you.

Great stay for the price, basically right on the beach.

Our focus was on the location, the hotel is practically on a beach, so it was exactly what we needed. Staff was very helpful with whatever we needed. The room looked like an standard room in a standard hotel.
