Excelente localização e comodidades para se sentir como em casa.

A simpatia do staff, comodidades do alojamento, piscina para uso. Limpeza e higiene. Cozinha equipada com material necessário para refeição. Proximidade com praia, supermercado e bares. Zona recomendável.

Algum barulho devido a manutenção dos quartos com máquinas de bricolage pela manhã (09H00) o que não é o melhor cenário para quem vai de férias e pretende descansar. Colchão da cama pouco confortável.

Haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Personal sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut. Sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten. Balkone zum Innenhof, daher sehr ruhig. Man kann für 12 € pro Person im Nachbarhotel frühstücken. Dieses Frühstück ist sehr lecker! Appartement sehr geräumig.

Gänge zum Zimmer ohne Licht und oft zugestellt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort des Nachbarn.

Beautiful clean basic property close to bars and restaurants

Location beside very noisy strip. Guy on check in made us aware of the noise and moved us to a quieter room which we really appreciated.

It was amazing! I just wish they would get better beds 🛌

We loved that the room is actually small apartment with mini kitchen, living room, balcony, bedroom and pool. GREAT location- 20 min from the airport, 3 min walking to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and shops.

The staff don’t speak English but we managed. Also the beds r old, metal and making sound for every small move we made. We even woke each other up because we we’re turning in the bed 😩😅

Beautiful apartments in a very messy road

excellent rooms, large swimming pool, friendly staff

no bar or restaurant inside the building. the building is in a very crowded and noisy street, with a German club attended all day&night long by drunk guys screaming and singing. Very funny if you’re into it.. but we had very difficulties to get some sleep. People were also screaming and listening to music during night inside the building (in other apartments) and the staff did not make anything to stop it.

A hidden gem at a great price

The staff are fabulous, we had 2 problems nothing to do with the hotel and they were very helpful. The facilities were modern and clean. The accommodation was modern and one of the best bathrooms I've ever had in an apartment. Extremely clean. Would definitely recommend it to couples , ten out of ten!

Amazing place !

Very good location, clean & cool place to stay with professional & very good reception staff answering & helping with smile on any queries we had as we’ve been for the first time in Mallorca.

The location was excellent. Even though I was with two small children the proximity to the German drinking bars was not problematic at all. We all had a great time and the Spanish ham bar just over the road was great. Staff were really helpful in the hotel and the boys swam every day in the pool. Loved it.

Would be nice to have the safe included in the price but not a big issue

Near to airport. Parking on adjacent streets. Good kitchen with electric hob & microwave and with utensils. Room had balcony with sea view.

To our tastes the overall experience was very good.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable.

We asked for a quiet room and I think that from what was available we got one. The closeness of the location to the Bierkönig hall is a drawback however but you soon got used to the din from that establishment.

Very close to the beach. Clean Nice and helpful staff. Large apartment Breakfast served at another close hotel is superb.

The beds are not comfortable. Too many noisy young German tourists in the area. If you are looking for a quiet vacation chose another location.

Loud music, not for relaxing

The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. A nice beach is in 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The biggest disadvantage of the apartment is that a really loud german disco operates across the street (Bierkönig). And you can hear the music and the yelling of german youngsters in your room even if your windows and doors are closed. “Thanks” to COVID Bierkönig was open only until midnight (the receptionist said that otherwise it is a 24/7 party place). Only after that was possible to relax and sleep in our room. And many times the party continued in the apartments which was also disturbing. Based on this I can only recommend this place if you want to party and drink all the time during your stay, preferebly at Bierkönig. If someone wants a family vacation with relaxing and sightseeing this place is definitely not suitable for that.
