ホテル全てが素敵な作りですが、部屋までの階段が滑りそうでした。シャワーカーテンがないので、シャワーの水が床まで飛び出してしまいます。

Fantastic Staff and Location Fantastic.

We loved the location and the staff. Especially Maria on reception who was excellent. Maria was extremely helpful and informative throughout our stay. The location was away from the busy Fira Centre but only a short walk away. The quality of the room' and grounds was excellent. The rooms were clean and towels were changed when we wanted with plenty of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and provided good hot water. The loungers outside on the balcony were good also. We got good sunshine around the top pool and relaxed for one the days there for several hours.

We think that the room should have a small table and chairs inside as there is nowhere to sit together and have a drink (tea, coffee, alcohol). Despite having the loungers outside, there was nowhere to sit at a table together... unless... you go and sit in the restaurant directly oppositeand this is the biggest gripe. The restaurant/bar is situated outside our room, and on Friday night, it played music until 1am! It was a beautiful bar/restaurant but it is owned by a separate company and they charge for the sun loungers in the pool in frot of the restaurant (not the top pool lougers) So despite being lovely you felt unable to use this area during our stay... even sitting on our terrace, we felt that it was expected that we buy from their bar. We ate there once. It was pretty expensive. We asked if the milkshake had ice cream in it. We were told it did when it didn't. We got served a pretty poor milkshake and were charged €9 !!! I ordered a club sandwich which looked the part but didn't taste great. Just our experience, but we didn't go back. We loved the hotel, but the location around this pool area, despite having great views, was not very private nor appropriate for us. We didn't like the notices saying we couldn't eater drink our own food at either of the pool areas either.

Nice hotel

I liked the hotel and the room we stayed in which had a jacuzzi in it. The place was very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like that you had to buy €25 (per person) worth of food or drink at the pool beside Katsaboo. I feel for hotel guests this should definitely have been discounted. Perhaps for people just going to the restaurant this price if fair

The Perfect Place to Stay in Santorini!

I am soooo glad that we chose to stay here for our Santorini leg of our trip. It was away from the tourists/crowds, it was easy to get to, walkable to town and everything we could have wanted, beautiful views, amazing restaurant, refreshing pool, great bar, and fantastic accommodations. Maria and Angelina at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. We did the private Jeep tour of the island with owner George, and that was the highlight of our stay! He took us all over the island to places we never would have seen/found on our own, and really helped it all come alive for us. If we ever go back to Santorini, we will absolutely stay here again, and we will recommend it to anyone we know.

I wish we could have charged our drinks to the room rather than pay as we go. There was some confusion on our check-out as to whether we had paid for a couple of poolside drinks while we were there. This could be avoided by keeping a running tab during our stay. This was a minor thing though compared to the overall excellence of our stay,

Relaxing and near the main town.

It was quiet - a short distance away from the main town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was good and beds were available most of the time. The staff were very friendly.

The food and drink at the pool bar were expensive. Was thinking of using the spa but treatments were too expensive.

Great room, Substandard Service

Location was great, just off the main area. Good restaurant on property. Shuttle driver/Porter was great. Great shower with nice bath products.

Restaurant had nuts in food that was not written on menu and our son had a moderate allergic reaction. We had to give him medicine and he had an upset stomach and felt out of it for the next 16 hours. We had to cancel our evening and subsequent morning plans. There was a musical performance that was right outside our suite that started at 8pm and went till Midnight. We were not told about this cultural performance or we would have asked for another room. We found out about it as we were coming back home from dinner at 930pm. We called and asked about options as it was very loud. No options were given from staff and we were denied a discount due to the troubles. Our kids could not sleep till after midnight and once again we had to cancel early morning plans the subsequent morning.

wonderful!!

everyone was so nice and accommodating!! Literally the nicest staff I have ever seen anywhere. both the evening desk clerk and the daytime one were beyond nice, as well as the driver/maintenance person. it truly is a resort and everything is taken care of, leaving you time to just relax! The pool and bar were right outside our door, we could even hear relaxing music at night! you can open the windows for a breeze. Santorini is literally heaven on earth. Can’t wait to come back! For US customers: the sink drain is not a pop up, you have to unscrew it, and the little cave pool is jetted but it is not a hot tub.

Reduce overall prices else everything is fine.

Driver Bobby was very good and genuine guy who took us to places whenever we hired taxi from calm collection. We recommend Bobby taxi driver whoever visits calm collection in future. Also food and staff in katsaboo restaurant is very kind, polite and they make sure to take care of every request you make.

Not happy with Receptionist Maria who called us after our stay was over to ask for payment which we have already made to the other receptionist Angelina. May be there is communication gap or what I don’t know but she sounded a bit unprofessional and gave us unpleasant experience. Also she always charged us a bit extra for any taxi drive that we took.

Incredible place, simply stunning, great calm vibes, George Kipatis the owners attention to detail was second to none..everything was perfect and immaculate at all times, seriously impressive! Katsaboo resturant was great, food was delicious, staff were lovely and friendly..shout out to GoGo! And Dimitris! 10 min walk into the center.. what a gem, we will return 100%, thank you for an incredible holiday.

Calm getaway from Fira centre

The facilities were great, two lovely pools. The poolside food was great.

A bit of a walk into Fira town - which was fine for an active couple! The cocktails were serviced in plastic at the sun loungers and you had to pay to use the sunloungers by the pool which were pretty much always empty which was a shame,

staff were exceptional. go way beyond. granddaughters luggage didn’t arrive and receptionist started calling family and friends for a wedding dress for her! we didn’t need to take her up on the offer of the use of a swavorsky wedding dress of her cousin as luckily the rings and wedding clothes were packed in their carry on luggage!

A fantastic place to stay made even better by some of the best people, we will be back!

The vibe of the suites and property is relaxed, the cleanliness was extremely good, the pool area was relaxing and comfortable during our stay in early May, we couldn’t fault it. The people were amazing, everyone we met and spoke to were brilliant and very helpful with recommendations for places to see and go for dinner etc. A special mention has to go to Gogo the restaurant (Katsaboo) manager, nothing was too much trouble and she really did make us feel special. From recommending drinks on our first night to Shisha flavours and lunch around the pool, she was a dream!

The only feedback is that we felt the breakfast could have been a little larger and more varied, but there is coffee and juice and a small selection of meats/eggs and pastries, so if you want to just have a small bite to eat before venturing out then it is fine. We ended up walking into Thira most mornings where there are lots of very good bakeries with good coffee too so wasn’t a big issue for us.

Breakfast is something that could be improved. One hour before the end of the breakfast, there were no pancakes, and it's always the same few things.

Aegean gem

Beautifully presented and with attentive staff, the rooms, pools and bar/restaurant were all fabulous. Great views over the Aegean, well equipped rooms with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Just sad we only had one night there!

A minor issue compared with all the positives, but there was a lot of light coming through the bedroom blind. Still slept really well though.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay in San Marino suits. We took the villa with the private swimming pool The weather was too cold (unexpectedly) so we did jot use it. The indoor jacuzzi was great alternative. Everything was pleasant with this place, tastefull decoration and style, the staff was very friendly and the area was never to the centre for lots of sightseeing and local restaurants.

I can hardly fault anything in this place.
