All in all, our stay was great. The owner was hospitable and rooms were clean.

Mr Yiu is very kind. We tried to call him a number of times for assistance and he always answered and helped us. The location was also great since it is near the bus stops and mtr stations. A lot of stores nearby the guest house as well therefore easy to eat when needed. The rooms were also clean and has the basic necessities needed. There is just a surprise deposit but was returned to us earlier than expected since we needed to check out early in the morning to catch our flight. Owner was flexible to understand it which was great. With the price, I think it is worth it.

Elevator and building was old but much better compared to Chungking.

I like the guard near the elevator. Very helpful. The room is very secured. The location is just a 3 minutes walking distance from mongkok station and 2 minutes walk from bus stop going to airport. The location also is a walking distance from the ladies market where you can buy freebies.

Im kinda dissappointed with the linens. In the picture its white but actual accomodation is brown. I preferred white linens. The alley from the elevator going to the room is not appealing. Its like an old tiled floor and walls and smelly sometimes. I had a hard time searching for the building of the apartment.
