All is good with good mood 😉

Just all good and maden with quality Had coffee cups and machine,good studio with opened wooden kitchen and bar table Lovely design. 😍 Pharmacy,pubs,kiosk all in the building,very useful and comfortable

Muy buen apartamento para estadías largas, sin internet

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar varios días. La cama y el sofa cama son cómodos, con buenas almohadas. El baño es muy bueno con una ducha deliciosa (hay que entender como prenderla) y muchas toallas. Tal vez un poco frío porque el clima no estuvo muy bueno. El edificio esta muy bien y estuvo muy tranquilo. La zona es muy cerca al centro caminando y el Tram B está prácticamente al frente. Es fácil encontrar comida y supermercado. Una ventaja grande que tenga parking porque es muy difícil parquear si llegan en carro.

El WIFI nunca funcionó y fue complicado porque no era un viaje turístico. Se conectaba pero no tenía internet y las otras opciones no funcionaron, posiblemente en otro apartamento del mismo edificio tengan más suerte. En la plaza al lado hay muchos domiciliarios en la noche y eso no es tan cómodo algunos días.

La ubicación y la comunicación con el dueño

La puerta del baño no sirve, la secadora del centro de lavado siempre estaba ocupada , no estaba muy limpio ( mucho polvo), solo dejaron dos ganchos para colgar ropa, no tiene closet, la coladera del la regadera estaba medio tapada, relación calidad precio, lo considero caro.

Apartamento super cómodo.. pequeño y muy bonito. Suficiente para pasar unos días de estancia cómoda y muy céntrico.. no lo dudéis.. Y lo del aparcamiento todo un puntazo..

Valuable for the money

Cozy apartment, downtown at place de la Victoire, with excellent public transport accessibility

Wi-Fi was not working. Bathroom creams were basically not existing. Not recommended to older people due to narrow circle stairs to bedroom. Closet was narrow with difficult access.

Compact, well-equipped studio apartment with good links into the city

This is a studio apartment, and although small it had been modernised and was very well-equipped. We were on the ground floor, which was convenient for us as there is no lift. It was conveniently located close to the Place de la Victoire, for the tram to the city (and on the same line to the Cite du Vin). The walk from into the city is about 20 mins straight down an adjoining street. This is a student neighbourhood. There is an underground carpark available, close by and below Place de la Victoire.

Being on the ground floor meant we couldn't have the windows open, due both to street noise and smoke from delivery riders waiting for orders. The apartment has a fan that can be run continuously but on hot days this is not really effective enough. It was very difficult to get to the apartment by car, as there is a one-way street system and the apartment is on a pedestrianised street with no entry for cars! We had to ignore the sign and drive down it, but only after we had gone around the one-way system twice trying to find it. We then had to drive across the pedestrianised square to get to the car park entry (rather than drive a thrid time around the system). Better instructions on how to get to the apartment would have been useful.

NEVER AGAIN!

Property as described do no problem with that.

Terrible location. Almost directly above a take away restaurant which uses Deliveroo, Uber eats, etc. Unfortunately the delivery drivers (more than 10 of them) congregate outside and talk or fight extremely loudly or race on their scooters on the 50m of road outside. This continues until 2am in the morning making sleep impossible! Possible free parking is advertised BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE.

A very good address for maximum 2 persons desiring to live in the center of Bordeaux.

We agreed to meet at the car park available with the renatl. Just a 2min walk from the appartment. So very easy for us. A short presentation of the place was made. We had the great surprise to see we could also wash and dry our clothes! The appartment is mall but comfortable. Just a few meters from place de la Victoire but no problem with noise or otehr disturbance. Everything is close by. Clean and very comfy appartment. WiFi is OK. Good amenities.

The matress of the bed would need replacement. I notice that the smoke detector was missing. The bathroom would need better ventilation system but it was OK for us.

Superb

We had a lovely time in Bordeaux. The appartment was full of character, with all the amenities that we required. The parking at La Victoire was a real bonus, as it was literally just around the corner. The appartment is within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city, and if you don't want to walk, the tram stops just around the corner.

It could be noisy, but that is to be expected in the center of a busy city. If the windows were kept closed, you couldn't really hear much though.

it was clean with plenty of cooking utensils etc

very small and cramped. winding stairs to bedroom above was difficult to use and was wobbling as wasn’t fixed properly to wall. no air conditioning unit and just a fan made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Like a home

amazing location for exploring the city on foot; very secure looking free parking in a garage a minute away; everything we needed was in the apartment; beautiful big windows; excellent value for money; double glazed windows amazing at blocking outside noises, quiet.

minor issues - the bed in the studio needs a check as the mattress was a bit tilted inwards; ventilation in the shower slow, but bathroom can be dried with doors open ok; toilet tank very very slow to refill.

Loved Bordeaux, the apartment is small, but has everything you need. Excellent value for money.

The location of this property is excellent, within walking distance from most places.

The picture on Booking.com looks like there is a sofa in the apartment. There isn't so no where to relax unless you lay in bed.

Great location and a cosy little studio. Thoroughly recommend.

Compact studio with everything you could need for a short stay away. Great shower. Location excellent with main shopping district and a varied choice of eateries virtually on the doorstep.Easy access to trams and buses. Despite being right on the street there was no noise or disturbance at night.

Occasional noise from upstairs apartments when occupants moving around as flooring very creaky. Being on the ground floor and situated by the main door experienced some noise from comings and goings from other occupants in the building.

Maybe OK for 1

Parking garage close by, nice shower, comforyable bed, full kitchen, and good communication with the owner.

No AC, wifi didn't work, very small, spiral staircase to bedroom/loft was difficult with luggage, and not much room for anything other than the bed in the loft. The pics on Booking.com make it look much bigger than it is.

Perfect Location for University

We stayed in a studio apartment on the first floor of the building. The apartment was basic but comfortable, and catered for what we needed. Shower was good and brilliant location for tram, shops, pubs, bars. Across the street from the University. Le Plana does beautiful seafood (we ate their twice). Overall great value for money.

The stairs are quite steep and when you have the windows open, the street can be noisy. However the noise is significantly reduced when you close the windows.

Great room for a city break.

bedding needs updating, sheets pillows etc. You are required to wash up but limited facilites to do this. no clean cloths. We had to go shopping for cloths and toilet tools. not a big deal but they should have been provided. (did the last user just use the dirty old cloth to wash up with?)

Multi flat property great for groups of friends

Comfy bed, good shower & facilities, great location next to tram stop and many cafe/ restaurants/shops. Great communication by owner and plenty of helpful advice.
