About this villa rental

Fantastic Villa located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, on the northern slopes of the Sierra de Mijas, next to the Lauro Golf golf course, just 14 kilometers and less than 20 minutes by car from the beach and the international airport of Malaga. It is located on a 1,300 m2 plot consisting of a parking area for several vehicles, a private heated saline chlorination pool, with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, with a beautiful 1000 m2 garden and barbecue and for private use for 12 people with a children's area. games. In addition, it is one of the few accommodations in the area that has a sauna. This can be contracted for units of 1 hour, the 1 hour unit has a cost of €50.00.

Also, this property stands out for having a charger for electric cars. If you have an electric car, you can charge it overnight in complete comfort while you rest.

Villa Llanos de la Plata is an environmentally conscious house, the owners have invested in a complete installation of photovoltaic and thermal solar energy to eliminate CO₂ emissions. The internet connection is high speed via fiber optics. It has Smart TV, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Internet TV. Excellent area of great tranquility, plot surrounded by olive tree farms, and other single-family plots.

The 240 m2 house consists of 5 double bedrooms, three on the 1st floor and 2 on the ground floor, with 5 double beds, plus the possibility of enabling a sofa bed in the suite-type bedroom if necessary. ground floor, plus two extra beds.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Pool will be heated to 28°C from 10/01 to 04/30
- Fixed glass cover installed from 11/01 to 03/31
- Roller thermal blanket installed from 10/01 to 10/31 and from 04/01 to 04/30
- Supplement for use of heated pool: €80.00 per day
- From 10/01 to 04/30 the pool is always heated, if the supplement is not paid, the pool will remain closed and cannot be used
- The heated pool can only be hired for the entire stay.

In this property there is an alarm system installed that has an integrated camera and that only records images in the event of an alarm going off and for a maximum of 60 seconds. Only the Police and the authorized person from the Security Company have access to the content of the recording. At no other time does the camera record, nor work, and no one has access to them.

We normally stay in an apartment at Lauro Golf but as they were sold out we opted for Villa Llanos instead and it worked perfectly. Its only a 5 minute walk from the house to Lauro Golf. The house was nice and the pool great after a warm day playing golf. Highly recommendable.

On the whole a lovely villa in a beautiful setting. The villa was very clean and tidy with a good supply of towels ( bathroom and pool) linen and dressing gowns. The garden, pool and play area is perfect for families with children. However it should be made more clear in the villa details that the' heated pool ' is only heated if paid for. Assistance from the office, especially from Almudena and Diego for attending to an issue with the electrics and water supply were very prompt and professional.All things considered we had a very enjoyable week at your villa and would recommend it for families.

Lovely Villa with gardens and play equipment for the kids. Paying for the heated pool is a must in the shoulder months, our kids were never out of the pool. Location is great for a rural holiday, only downside is the narrow street, where somebodies bad parking can block you in. The check in was great and efficient and Diego who looked after the grounds and pool was very helpful.

The villa was all that we had hoped for , with beautiful accommodation and grounds. Its was clean and well maintained. Check in with Juan was easy and quick. Loved the outdoor grill area and used it everyday. About 1o minutes drive to supermarkets and 25 minutes drive to airport. We had some issues with the pool, but messaged cubos and it was sorted quickly with a visit from both the pool maintenance company and the villa owner.

The garden is wonderfull, enough sunbeds, nice pool. Near Alhaurin Grande for bakery's, butchers, supermarket. Nice restaurants. Also the fresh drinkwater bulb is super! take care for enough chair for outside diner, breakfast! A bbq worthy of the villa!

Our host Christina was superb, our flight was delayed but everything still went smoothly. Check in was quick and if we had any questions, response was quick and helpful. All in all Villa was perfect, it covered all of our needs and more. Trash management was a bit confusing. It would be nice to have a big bin near the house.

Beautiful garden and the security of the electric gates Better recycling facilities for rubbish. There were no recycling bins in the kitchen and we had to put all rubbish in together. We also couldn't see where the main bins were kept to empty the house bins into.

Todo, tanto la casa como el jardín, está muy bien cuidado y no le falta detalle. La casa es muy acogedora y agradable. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Faltaban las bombillas de algunas lámparas, y nos ha sorprendido que no hubiera detergente de lavadora ni de lavavajillas. Por otro lado, la barandilla izquierda de la escalera de la casita en el árbol necesita un pulido: el niño se clavó una astilla.

The villa was lovely. The gardens were lovely and well kept. The electric gates were good, making you feel safe, and kept the children in the grounds. The temperature of the pool was fantastic. Table tennis table was useful. It is within fairly easy reach of plenty of places by car. I would recommend it to other families. and would certainly return myself.

Comfortable spacious villa. Private,not overlooked. Fully fitted with all necessary equipment. Outside area garden was fabulous. The pool was improved by the addition of a winter cover and stayed clean and warm after this had been fitted. Ideal for children. Plenty to amuse them. Difficult to fault this property. Very little really. I would be being "picky" if I made any suggestions. I have stayed at many villas and this rates very highly. Thank you.

Villa Llanos de la Plata is an amazing villa with a great pool & garden. It was all immaculately clean on our arrival. Good sized kitchen with an amazingly large fridge freezer. Great outside kitchen with fridge for more drinks just a shame there isn't a traditional bbq, there is only a gas grill plate. Beds all very comfortable & showers all good. We hope to return soon. Also the internal photographs on the website do not do it justice. Only negatives to this villa: there isn't a proper bbq just a grill plate - this could be rectified very easily. No air con unit in one of the downstairs bedrooms, although a fan is provided in temperatures of around 30 a unit would have made the room more comfortable.

A fantastic, relaxing week in a lovely property. Nice rooms and really comfortable lounge. There was a shortage of wine glasses and bowls in the kitchen, but this is only a minor point in what is a very well equipped kitchen. The pool and grounds were fantastic for the adults and also the kids, lots to do and it made for a really relaxing weeks holiday. The owners/property management team were also very helpful with any queries. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again!!

We (6 adults & 5 kids) spent two weeks at this house and we loved it. The house and the garden were nice and clean. The kitchen in the house is well equipped to prepare meals for 11 people. The best thing was the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue. We loved it to have a nice cold drink while preparing our dinner on the barbecue. The garden is nicely maintained and the pool invites for a refreshing swim. The kids area is nice as well, maybe it is a little bit pity that the ground of the kids area are little rocks and it can be a little bit dangerous when they go down the slide. One thing someone mentioned before: "From time to time you can hear some dogs bark, apparently there is a hunter in the distant neighbourhood that holds a bunch of dogs." That's a little bit annoying. Apart from that is the area quite tranquil. If there is a problem with the house you can contact Juan/Susan everytime and they try to fix the problem as soon as possible. We had a problem with fridge, it was solved in 1,5 days. Luckily there was a spare fridge in the outdoor kitchen. We would rent this place again any time and recommend it to friends and family.

Very spacious, perfect for a family play. It also had a heated pool and little playground which was convenient. Nearby town is very cute and Malaga/airport not far away.
