Decepção com a qualidade do quarto

O atendimento da recepção é excepcional. Extremamente simpáticos, solícitos, educados. Ficamos muito felizes e sentimo-nos entre amigos especialmente mencionamos Sebastian, Agustín e Pablo. Muy amables.

O quarto não era igual ao da foto que consta no site. Era bem inferior em questão de decoração e a cama não era uma cama de casal grande eram duas de solteiro juntadas sem cabeceira e com os Lençóis nada parecidos com a foto da reserva. Uma total decepção. O box do banheiro tem um vidro pequeno e molha todo o banheiro por mais que se tome todo cuidado durante o banho. Na descrição diz que tem banheira... nada a ver. Já não é a primeira vez que isso acontece com reservas do Booking. Disponibilizam pra nós o pior quarto do hotel e depois dizem que não dá pra trocar porque o hotel está cheio e bla bla bla...

Impecável!!!! Recomendo muito

Amamos o hotel e voltaremos com certeza! Instalações antigas porém super reformadas, limpas e muito confortáveis! Banho super quente, cama gigante, lençóis e toalhas novos e de qualidade, nota 1000, podem reservar sem medo. O café da manhã é básico, porém completo, com opções de pães, geleias e doce de leite, cereais, suco e iogurte, mas com poucas frutas.

A porta do elevador realmente range alto, mas não dava para ouvir muito do nosso quarto e não nos atrapalhou.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, con todos los servicios. La cama inmejorable. Buen aire acondicionado. Espacio para trabajar cómodo.

Algo ruidoso el exterior, solucionable dejando cerradas la ventana y poniendo el aire acondicionado.

PIOR HOTEL DA VIDA!!! TERRÍVEL!!

Não gostei de nada! Pior hotel no qual já fiquei na minha vida!!! Funcionários totalmente despreparados, não sabiam nada do hotel, fomos colocados num quarto triplo e um duplo, sendo cobrados 3 quartos duplos (sendo q um deles NUNCA foi usado!!). Desde que cheguei, solicitei à possibilidade de trocar, os funcionários disseram que não tinha quarto triplo, sendo q uns dos quartos q ocupamos era triplo! Conclusão, paguei 6 estadias de um quarto duplo QUE NUNCA FOI USADO!!!, já que éramos 5 pessoas e conseguimos nos ubicar num triplo e um duplo. Quando sentei pra negociar com o gerente, ele ofereceu “a solução” de cobrar as 3 primeiras noites!! (ainda sabendo q ninguém tinha usado um dos quartos!!). A solução que ofereceram achei ABSURDA! e como não confiava no hotel, fiquei no prejuízo já que não sabia se realmente iriam estornar o valor. Péssimo atendimento de quase todo o pessoal da recepção, chegando alguns a ser grossos e mal educados. O Booking não deveria oferecer tal hotel na plataforma, simplesmente é HORRÍVEL!!!

Não gostei de nada! Nem dos funcionários, nem da estrutura do hotel, nem da “limpeza”, simplesmente DE NADA!! Não vão lá!! Furada!!!!

PÉSSIMO HOTEL!!!!

Hotel terrível! Funcionários pésimos, despreparados, chegando a serem grosseiros e mal educados, alguns. Gerência não resolve o problema, foge! Ofereceram uma solução tão irrisória que não topamos (cobraram 6 estadias por um quarto que NUNCA foi usado!) Limpeza ruim…

Não gostei de nada! A estadia deixou um gosto amargo nas férias em família! Queria q terminasse pra poder ir embora e nunca mais voltar naquele “hotel”

Lugar casi perfecto:

El lugar donde està ubicado.

Una persona de recepcion no estubo a la altura de su lugar de trabajo. Nos dieron una habitacion con muchisimo olor a pintura, esto no puede pasar de ninguna de las maneras, las chicas que hacen la limpieza lo tienen que decir y dejar està habitacion fuera de toda duda, y no pasar la pelota al cliente, y Luego nos dan otra habitacion con dos camas cuando està no es de matrimonio, para mi muy mala Gestión por parte del recepcionista haciendose el loco como aquel que no le fuera lo suyo, un hotel tiene que tener unos profesionales a la altura del hotel nada mas, espero que no vuelva a pasar a otros clientes. El resto todo bien excepto que tienen que tener una rampa para las personas que llevamos Maletas grandes y no tantas escaleras. Por cierto cuando uno llega se tiene que tener algun lugar para poder-se cambiar si las habitaciones no estan preparada a a las 12 del mediodia, no el baño, porfabor ser mas profesionales, gracias.

Very happy with my stay at Hotel 8 de Octubre

Perfect location, everything you need available in the neighborhood (restaurants, laundromat, shops, banks), short walk to the metro, and many important sites accessible on foot from 10-30 min. walk (Teatro Colon, Plaza de Mayo, Obelisk, Plaza de Congreso, Recoleta Cemetery and more). Really nice staff working in the hotel, accommodating, courteous and friendly, including reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. Nice comfortable room, very clean, spacious, large closet with shelves and a safe, nice large TV including Netflix and Youtube.

Minor things. My room didn't have a chair, it could've been useful in case I wanted to sit down and do some work on the computer, but the truth is the city has numerous cafes with wifi where you can sit and work for hours and you have no reason to sit in the hotel room. Breakfast was ok, with the basics (scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal...), I would've liked some more variety, but it was not a problem.

It was good for a couple of days

The conservation of the main hall and the breakfast areas are very good. Room has a good space and the bed is very comfortable.

When you go deeper inside the hotel you realize that it is outdated and some stuffs need maintenance. In my bathroom it was possible to see many things to be fixes (the sink had a problem and apparently was fixed- but the fix appearance was terrible). there was a black stain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Plastic curtain in the shower (i don’t like this model because it kept stiching on me all the time). There was a drain near the toilet and one day it flooded with shower foam. Had an issue about the preprocess amount on hold but was solved after a considerable amount of time (not sure about How long they take to view and reply the messages).

Perfect location, good breakfast

Perfect location, comfortable room, clean and well-maintained. Rich and tasty breakfast. You can safely leave luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Wifi worked very bad. No empty glasses anywhere in the room.

It was a cheap hotel for the area and you get what you pay for... which is not much !

The check in was incredibly slow, as was the Wi-fi. The shower was broken and only produced a lukewarm dribble of water.

Superb

Breakfast was very good, so as the location. Theres a lot of markets near the hotel. The room is also good, but not that quiet. We can hear other rooms and the hall.

The bed were 2 single beds put together. I was waiting for a big one.
