Tout. Nous avons tout aimé. Discret, cosy, vieux bois. La décoration est subtile. Luxe discret.

Everything was perfect. From the welcome drink and cake to the last day of the stay. Everybody at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. The view from the hotel terrace was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from and definitely quality food. The room was spacious with big cupboards, wooden furniture and beautiful materials. The room was always clean and tidy. The village is really beautiful, safe and there is a lot to see and experience nearby.
Nothing to complain about.

Staff was awesome
Breakfast and dinner were terrific
Loved the room
The overhead spotlights in the bathroom were not good for putting on make-up.
Please shovel the walkway from the Library exit to the road. It wasn't shoveled while I was there.
4.5
Cozy swiss chalet environment with very helpful staff. Bed super comfy. Great ski-deposit near to the slopes. Diverse great facilities.
Unfortunately, our room was on the ground floor, without view on the mountains. Accordingly to the price, we would have expected a room on high level with balcony. Food is ok, but doesn't worth the price.

Fabulous stay at The Capra- we wish we planned to stay for longer!
Set within the charming confines of Saas Fee village, The Capra is a home while away from home. The communal relaxation space is cosy, warm (with fire) and has plenty of little nooks enabling afternoon tea to be enjoyed quietly. Afternoon tea itself is a treat- cookies, chocolate tart, macarons, choux pastries. Delicious!
The spa is first-class; great indoor lap pool (~15m), heated outdoor pool with fantastic jets for massaging achy muscles, and an array of saunas and foot baths. It becomes increasingly difficult to ski knowing there is such a lovely place at the hotel to spend time in!
Although we didn’t use it, we also noted the library had a great projector for movie nights. Definitely one for a longer stay.
Our bedroom was comfortable with a great shower. We were ground floor and had no issues with light and/or noise.
Breakfast was included with our stay- extensive menu and all freshly prepared. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, both of which were served to a high standard.
Overall, an idilic stay. We will now struggle to go anywhere else!
We had a couple of instances where service could have been better however, Florian the General Manager dealt with these in a thoughtful, considered way. No resulting impact to our stay.

Excellent hotel in the heart of a traditionnal village in the beautiful Swiss moutains. Three chalets linked with an underground tunnel. Beautiful room, high quality materials, very good restaurant and more important, amazing Staff, at all levels (from the breakfast team, to the reception/concierge, the restaurant/bar waiters, and all "hidden" staff members (cooks, cleaners, etc)!
Some clients require that the heating is increased (way too hot on my opinion), while the lack of snow should make them aware of the excessive use of fossile energies on the nature and climate. I guess the hotel can't do anything about it, or maybe try to "educate" the clients and explain while heating should be not overused.

food amazing, staff very welcoming and friendly, the shuttle service amazing
Internet
whatsapp did not work properly on the Hotel's network, and my laptop could not connect!

Warm and cost, delicious breakfasts, good location just out of the centre of town
Never-ending having to follow up with staff on every matter. For example, please let us know about certain activities in the village- no response 24 hours later, follow up again. Staff are friendly but perhaps not trained properly.

We absolutely loved our time at the Capra from the welcome drink in the lounge to the amenities that allowed us to have our dog with us. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and we loved the spa and wellness area. We had a great first visit to Saas-Fee. We will definitely be back next year!

Great attention to detail and a free room upgrade when we arrived. Although checkin was not till 15:00 they organised a room earlier for us.
Saas Fee is car free so we were picked up from the bus in the hotels own electric cart/taxi and dropped back which is a nice touch although distance is short it was nice to not need to look for the hotel.
Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner and food quality was very good.
Room had separate seating area which was nice to relax in. Rooms can be either in the main hotel or a separate chalet reachable by heated underground tunnel.
Nespresso coffee machine in room and a fully stocked bar and snacks available to buy.
Rooms overlooking mountains so great views.
We had massages in the new spa which opened specially and they were excellent with Laura doing a great job.
Main spa was just being built so was not opened when we arrived. Small spa available which is suitable for 2-4 people.
For the restaurant everything is brought to you and simple things like salt pepper and sugar should just be left on the table.

What an pleasant surprise ,out of many trips we had and many hotels we booked around the world, this one is exceptional!
the staff shows they welcome you sincerely and made sure you will have a good time here. We had dinner at the hotel and don't let the price tag scared you as all other places are more pricey. The food is fresh and plating is nice. Free breakfast topped anything you paid at a 5 star hotels. Would love to go again Saas-Fee is a place to spend a quiet vacation and you can still go skiing in Sept!
The spa open late as the season is about to close in a few days.

Beautiful accommodation and attentive services.
Food is superb quality. Breakfast definitely sets you up for a day
Thank you to Florian and his brilliant team.

Breakfast was exceptional - the eggs florentine were amazing - Food was excellent. We had dinner there on a few occasions, and there were some minor issues - while the taste of the minestrone soup was amazing, we would have preferred the soup to be much hotter. Staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional.
The gym and spa - I understand that the Capra is under renovation, so we understand the subpar facilities.

The staff were absolutely excellent and made our stay very pleasant. The room was perfect, and the spa was great.

Great breakfast & dinner in the hotel restaurant, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable & well designed suite with high quality furnishings.
It was unusually warm in Saas Fee during our stay, and it was difficult to get the room to cool down even with the windows open. We heard noise from the street late at night when the windows were open. The private spa was too small for the number of people using it.

Breakfast was very varied and delicious, spa facilities incredible. Comfortable beds and soundproofed rooms. Great Fun lab for kids with table football and pingpong, library where we could watch movies at night. Great ski locker located next to slopes with a shuttle to take you there.
Everything was perfect

Beautifully finished and top branded fixtures in the Hotel, with an amazing spa and treatment area. Very warm, cosy and functional. The team in the main are amazingly friendly. The girls (aged 6 and 7) got bunnies on arrival which they slept with the whole week. Our room had an amazing view and was cleaned to a fantastic standard every day. We were welcomed so well and a special shout out to Matthew in the restaurant (morning) who remembered little details about what we liked which was a great touch! The taxi service to and from the boot room was fantastic and made the stay effortless. There is also coffee and refreshments in there, which was perfect! We would absolutely book again. Well done team Capra!
My only advice to the team would be to settle down the man who rushes around like a lunatic in the dining room on the evening. He wasn't 'present' with us or other guests and chose to ask a question about what we wanted to order and then went off to greet other guests before taking our order. He also went to take the order and when I started to put the drinks order in, which is fairly normal to do this first, he said he would take the food order instead to speed up the food, but then once he'd taken the food order, then asked for the drinks without sending the food order in? Very strange! This odd behaviour made our minds up in terms of not booking the restaurant again that week after eating in there twice. Shame really, as the food quality is great and the rest of the team are really attentive, super friendly and remember little details, which I thought was really commendable.
