Hidden Gem, magnificent Dar right within the Kasbah. Architectually authentic but with all modern pleasantries one could ask for at the gate to the Sahara. Hair dryer, mini fridge and the flawlessly working air condition. Breakfast is being served fresh, warm bread and various jams, everything you would expect from a typical maroc brekkie
If we could ask for only one thing it would be for maroc almond butter for breakfast:)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Saubere Zimmer.

Fantastic location in the historic area of Ouarzazate. Simple and comfortable hotel!

Service was great, rooftop was beautiful and the architecture was lovely. The home is cute and cozy and some restaurants were walking distance nearby. There are no elevators but the family that owns and operates the Rose can help carry them.
Checkin took a while because the passport form had to be filled out perfectly. It took several tries for us to get it correct. Took about an hour + to complete. The entrance took a minute to find but it’s still accessible.

Our stay at Rose Noire was one of the most enjoyable in Morocco. We stayed for 2 nights in total (at the beginning and end of our trip). Jmiaa, her family and staff were extremely welcoming and warm hosts. We loved the terrace with amazing views over the Kasbah and Ouarzazate. The hotel is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the centre. This is a restored Riad, with great , characterful interiors which offers an authentic stay with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent, with the best pancakes! Highly recommended and if we ever visit Ouarzazate we will be staying at Rose Noire.
everything was perfect!

A beautiful, old kasbah, with warm, helpful, welcoming staff and nicely equipped room. A hair dryer!😊 I highly recommend.

Interesting location of the hotel in the very old part of the town. Nice view from the roof terrace. Staff helpful and friendly. I liked also decorations, main staircase and room arrangement.
Proximity of Kasbah, Cinema Museum and very interesting Old Synagogue. definitely recommended to stay there.
Breakfast could have been a bit better organized in terms of buffet arrangements and product availability (no omelet). Might be difficult to find the hotel.

It's a beautiful place hidden in mystical alleys, owened by a wonderful woman. There's a amazing souk (market) near by, away from the turístic markets.

If you are looking for a crisp clean white hotel/riad, where there is not a speck of dust, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for the most romantic setting, with over the top decorations, and a lovely family atmosphere, you found it! The rooms are huge and colorful, almost Arabian fairy-tale style. The bed was very big and good, and lots of blankets for the cold nights. The breakfast is served on the (again) romantic rooftop, with a great view of the surroundings. The people where very laid back, friendly and made us feel right at home.
the location is not where google/booking says where it is, the best way to get there is, when coming from the bus station, don't go in the kasbah, but follow the sign (see picture) before going up the bridge to the kasbah, and keep right until you see a sort of communal bathing place, there, you go left in to kasbah, and you are there.

Staff helped with luggage to the carpark which is useful because the riad is not easy to find.
Shower had good hot water.
The building felt authentic and Kasbah-like.
No washing machine or views as advertised for our room. We found it dark and small bathroom with no where to put toiletries.

Wonderful location and a beautiful place, the rooftop terrace is something very special.
Room was pretty cold at the start of February. AC/air heater in the room but didn't really take the edge off.

Big comfortable room, good breakfast, great rooftop deck with wonderful views of city, and medina, great host, and wonderful location.
Google maps has 2 location noted so it can be confusing which one is correct. Actually finding the Rose Noire is tricky the first time, but I believe they are putting up more signs to help guide you.

Lovely guesthouse with really comfortable, large rooms and an excellent rooftop terrace, and kind, helpful staff. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We were getting tired after 3 weeks of travelling so we appreciated having a bath for relaxing. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Historical building, well designed, rooms are big. Location near the old synagogue and the cadbah. Great staff. Great balcony to have breakfast at the casbah view. Really unique
Hard to find at first time. Parking at walking distance.

Big room, big nice bed. Traditional style. For the value you get the price is right.
Difficult to find. Tucked in a corner of a system of alleys and tunnels in a shabby area of the kasbah. Clumsy bathroom: no towel rack, no hook for the shower, no hot water even after long wait. Poor wifi.

Liked the young man on the staff - went completely out of the way to help with everything and tried really hard to relax us after a long trip. Breakfast is very good on a comfortable terrace.
The place is hard to find. Had to pay 15dh to some guy just to show us how to get to it. The hotel/riad has seen better days and is quite worn out. Some things don't work.
Flies swarm you when you try to eat breakfast.
The price was out of the line with the quality of the room, we got a nice riad right in the centre of marakech for the same price.

This is a charming riad, in an authentic Berber style, Located inside the Kasbah of Ouarzazate, very close to the site - Kasbah Taourirt. my room was huge, spacious, clean and beautiful, I felt like I was sleeping in a luxurious Bedouin camp...
The environment is quiet and pleasant and there is a large balcony on the roof that has a pleasant air and overlooks the entire landscape around.. and there they also serve a good breakfast... fresh traditional bread and a selection of yogurts jams and cheese coffee and of course also Moroccan tea
The place is managed by a lovely woman named Jamia, she is attentive and helpful and despite her warmth she also knows how to give space and privacy to her guests.. and I liked it very much
.. She really gave me the feeling of home
Ther was nothing i didnt like, everything was good

The property is located in the heart of the kasbah.
It is a real Moroccan riad, an amazing internal structure with any detail carefully designed.
It was a pleasure to say in the room, in the common spaces as the dining room and the terrace, go up
and down the stairs.
We had the impression to stay in a museum!
The room was nice, the typical Moroccan style. As well as the others ones: asked the staff to visit these, each one is differently furnished and styled, different colors and dispositions. We were really impressed.
The facilities are comfortable, even if standard, but all what is needed for a stay is guaranteed.
The terrace on the top of the bulging gives a nice view on the kasbah, it is pleasant for a beak and to watch the stars during the night.
The staff is really friendly: we had an excellent welcome with tea and biscuits, they took our luggages and managed us to the room and utilities. Great friends for discussions and conversations, knowing differ r r cultures and countries (they even knew the Swiss politics and government structure!! unbelievable!!!).
The owner is really attentive to the guests’ comfort: she was constantly checking and asking if everything was ok and if we needed something specific.
A delicious traditional breakfast is served: totally homemade, typical food, we were really delighted.
i strongly recommend this structure !!
A real dream stay is guaranteed !!

Breakfast is excellent, more than we could eat. Very nice view of the valley and the kasbah
We found some hair in one of the pillows. Access is a little tricky but it's alright.

Warm reception with a typical marrocain tea.
Amazing breakfast, fresh and with a lot of options. The terrace is really nice with sofas and small tables where we can chill and enjoy. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Recommended

Beautiful accommodation in the oldest part of Warzazat. Very nice staff, the possibility to arrange a trip to Ait Ben Haddou, Rose valey and film studios. Excellent breakfast on the roof riad with spectacular views of the valley.
