Cabin was nice with beautiful views. Very steep driveway to get up to cabin. Loved the sleeping arrangements and 4 bathrooms. It was a usually warm weekend and no fans except in main area. We needed to go to cedar and buy some fans. There were a lot of flies and moths. We saw a mouse 2 times inside which was a little disturbing. No dish soap but we found a little in the laundry room.

Nice property with a lot of cabin space, enjoyable place to be and still close enough to the resort.

Place is perfect for 2 families with kids and has an amazing view. We meal prepped and it had everything we needed. Location for Navajo Kids ski/snowboarding is only 5 minutes away. I got a massage at Brian Head Lodge while the kids were in lessons. I had to contact the owner for a minor question and he was very responsive. I can’t wait to come back next season! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great accommodations for two small families.

Awesome!! The cabin was beautiful. We had a bit of trouble finding it the first time, but overall we were very pleased..

This cabin is more beautiful than the pictures! We loved it and the owners were very helpful when we contacted them. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed the cabin and location which felt like it was in the woods. Several deer frequented the "back yard" including one that seemed to keep coming back for more visits.
4.7
The cabin's location was perfect for hitting the slopes. The number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and common space was excellent and well suited for our family. The problem with this cabin (why it got 4 stars) was the smoke detector rang with EVERY meal we cooked.

Good size property in a good location. Cabin has a good layout and is clean. As others have mentioned, the driveway up the hill is super tricky and we stressed getting to the cabin every time. The appliances and all worked well other than the oven. The fireplace remote was out of battery and the TV remote was low as well. Contact was made to the manager with initial response then we were ghosted. Nothing was resolved and we had to make due with the outdoor grill.

Had an amazing time with our family. Had enough room for the parents to play poker upstairs while the kids played card games or watch tv/movies downstairs. We didn't expect it to snow, but when it did, it was the most beautiful view ever from the house. The upstairs had plenty of windows to take in the amazing views. The only thing that I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle to get to the house. You have to go up a steep hill that is either pretty icy or really muddy during winter. If I can request one thing, I would ask for the cabin to provide a new set of knifes. Other then that, we had an a great time and can't wait to come again.

A great adventure
Me and my family had a great getaway !! The house was prefect for us with all the comfort needed.
The view was breath taking and we could not ask for more snow. The ski conditions were great.
We had an amazing time. !!
I will go back again and again.

The house itself is very nice and clean, and the views are great. Having said that, a couple of issues:
1. In no way does this house sleep 12. there are 3 small bedrooms sleeping 2 each max, a master, and a pullout couch in a common room downstairs. That's 10 assuming everyone is doubling up in the full's. So unless you're sleeping people on the couches in the common room that gets full morning sun at sunrise, or people are sleeping on the lazyboys in the master, this only sleeps 10
2) The driveway is gnarly. We could not get our frontwheel cars up in the winter with chains. We could not get a 4wd drive truck up with snow tires. the only thing we could get up was a jeep that we were super lucky to bring. so DO NOT RENT if you do not plan to bring cars with EXCELLENT ice and snow traction in the winter!!!

The house was in excellent shape and well maintained. We chose this property due to its location to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks.
The roads to the house were good except for the last 1000 feet or so. This road was unpaved and partially washed out due to recent rains. The driveway was in the same condition and had standing water next to the garage which we had to go through to get to the keypad for entry. A keypad is used for the front door, but there wasn’t a paved walkway to the door.
The house is very spacious and easily held our group of seven. The master bedroom was large and the master bathroom suite included a steam shower.
The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The dinning room table was large and provided our group with plenty of space.

the driveway was tough to get up, no ac, so it was warm at night making it difficult to sleep, instead of a trundle bed as shown , there was bunk bed, which threw off our sleeping arrangements, other than that we had a great stay

We stayed in Sept of 2020 - I'm just slow at reviewing things:-) It was way more house than the two of us needed - but the location was perfect. Secluded with nice views from the porch. Quiet and clean. We both work a lot and this 4-5 day getaway was just what we needed to recharge away from our every day grind. The steam shower was absolutely fabulous. I would rebook this place again and again.

This cabin was perfect for our family! We have teenagers, a few adult children and a grandbaby. It is spacious and open so we didn’t feel cramped and everybody had a bed and enough space. The four bathrooms was a huge bonus! We loved the large master bedroom and bathroom with a fantastic steam shower. We love to hike and bike so this location is perfect. There are so many local trails to explore. We loved that we could take a morning and evening walk right on the ski trails by the cabin. It’s also close enough to Navajo lake and Panguitch lake that we were able to spend some time there paddle boarding. The view from the wrap around deck is fantastic and the stars were amazing at night. This property is one of the most well stocked places we’ve stayed as far as linens, towels, shampoo, kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family recently stayed at this property. Here are my thoughts. If you are staying during the winter, please beware of the private road/driveway to get to the Cabin. We have a 4 wheel drive, GMC Denali and are from New England (so we are very familiar with driving in the snow) and we could barely make it up this driveway. It's nearly impossible to get a "running start" due to all the snow at the bottom. The property manager was great in getting it plowed but just be aware. When I read the reviews, I didn't think it was a big deal as we have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and are used to the snow. It got to the point where we were to nervous to leave the cabin to do afternoon activities that we had booked because we were worried we wouldn't make it back up for the night when it was snowing. The house itself was fine - its a bit older. Our kids had fun with the bunk beds, playing air hockey, sledding down the snow piles on the driveway (we brought sleds) and playing on the deck. House was fully equipped with everything you need to cook, which is great. Upon arrival the house smelled strongly of cleaning products and it had a super sticky film all over the floors. Perhaps the cleaning company should look at using something different - so its not as strong. Ordinarily that wouldn't bother me as we could open windows/screens - but that wasn't possible due to the cold weather.

This property was amazing. The place was just as advertised, huge area to all hang out, four full bedrooms and simply incredible view of Brianhead mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, had plenty of communication with property manager who handled all of the little things that popped up. Got snowed in the first night, needed plowing two days and no problem.
Something that you should absolutely know, you WILL need chains. The property is up a steep hill and even with the plowed road, you won't get to the house without chains, or have 4x4 drive.
If we go to Brianhead ever again, we will absolutely be staying here!
Thank-you for a wonderful time!

We had a great time at this house. The winter views are spectacular. We were fortunate to have it snow during our stay. Our kids were over the moon. The location is great but the driveway is extremely steep- manager did send a notice after we booked about must have an all wheel drive or chains, which are necessary- no kidding. One of our cars made it up but the other did not. We parked the one car that did not make it up to the house near.
The house was clean, has all the necessities to make you feel at home such as fully stocked kitchen, toiletries in the bathrooms (shampoo, condition, body wash in case you forget it). Kids we so happy to be greeted by a basket full of candy - thank you!
The master bathroom/spa is amazing. You have a shower spa that we enjoyed after spending all day on the slopes during a snow day. The main fireplace- amazing, really heats up the room and we needed it with the snow and low temps we had.
There was minimal communication with the property managers because we did not have a need. When we did reach out to them, they were very responsive and helpful.
Location - yup, its great. Minutes from Navajo and Brian Head ski resort and also from Mountain Snowmobiles. Seriously GREAT location. Highly recommend.
