All inclusive. So it’s really handy. Very central, and the beach is literally at the backyard. The staff are amazing. Will definite come back here again.

uitstekend ontbijt, zeer gevarieerd. Zeer gevarieerd en smakelijk avondmaal. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk

The swimming pool was lovely, the food was great and had something for every taste and plentiful. The laundry was useful and my youngest loved the playground
The kids club was great for my 8 year old but didn't work out for my 4 year old as he left without anyone noticing and was outside on his own
. I think they could improve this by giving children name tags or hats or something that helps them know who is part of the club and who is not , as the attached playground was used by everyone so there were too many people going in and out and I don't think they could keep track. The rooms were tired and not truly interconnecting. There was lots we liked but we wouldn't stay here again as a family of 5

Las instalaciones están bastante bien , el personal muy atento y amable
No es realmente un todo incluido.
Si los se quiere merendar o almorzar algo sólo hay sándwiches envasados al mediodía y crepes o gofres por la tarde.

We stayed on a half board basis. Always plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner and always piping hot. Dinner at busy times was sometimes difficult to find a table for a family of 4, outside where we preferred to eat, the restaurant staff went out their way to accommodate us. Rooms were lovely, beds a bit hard but spotlessly clean.
Can’t think of anything, perfect family holiday.

The atmosphere, the hotel itself beautiful, food was very good, drinks for all inclusive were good
The average age of the guests was above 60 years old.
The guy with beer at the pool bar was very unkind

the pools are beautiful, the food is really delicious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating
the small refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the phone for reception didn’t seem to work so it was difficult to communicate with reception without going there physically (which always seemed to involve queuing for ages)

All inclusive food was excellent. Room cleanliness excellent, as were the pool and facilities. All staff are really friendly. But special shoutout to Denise on the animation team, who our kids ended up referring to as "The Favourite Lady". Car hire to escape for the day can be done in reception. Hotel is well affiliated with the local hire company so was great we could just park up at the hotel rather than have to drop the car back at an office down the road.
You have to get up early for a good spot by the pool. Location is a little quiet if you wanted to get off site and walk into town, but with good entertainment and food, you may not need to.

nicer than the photographs!

Staff attitude and meal quality - a very good 4 star
Would not take much to get 5 stars - maybe a quality dining experience with table service even with a dining supplement

Location, facilities, food, staff & entertainment.
The place was just a little dated. Some might describe it as quaint, I felt it was well dated and needs modernising.

Location is great lots of little shops bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel lobby lovely and pool area looks nice. Piano bar decor is lovely. Food is good quality and varied for buffet
Very quiet. No atmosphere. You can't pay as you go. Buffet got boring after awhile. Mainly for older people and couples from what I saw. Basement area very dark and shaded incl exterior of restaurant. Bars lovely but only populated when entertainment on otherwise quiet.

Los Jameos is at the eastern end of the resort, 20 mins walk from the main centre, making it a more relaxed and informal setting which we really liked. It's opposite the beach, and a short stroll to the mirador where you can watch planes landing ... right over your head! (PS. - dont worry, there's no flight path noise at the hotel itself). It is a large and established complex, with designed originally with input from famous Lanzarote artist Cesar Manrique - this is apparent especially in the layout of the grounds, pools and public spaces. Happily, everything is maintained to a very high standard, and the whole effect is luxurious without being in the slightest bit flashy. Parking is easy and free, either at the side or in front of the hotel. The staff ... superb - from the cleaners, to the waiters, to reception ... all polite, smiling, efficient and combining to create a relaxed and courteous service from breakfast till bedtime! The buffet breakfasts and dinner (- we were HB x4 nights -) were varied, plentiful and freshly cooked in situ. Table and bar service was prompt - and prices were extremely reasonable. We hardly ever stay in large hotels like Los Jameos, but this was an axceptionally enjoyable stay and we would definitely. return and heartily recommend it.

the best part was the food buffets which had an amazing range and taste

This was our 2nd time here, and we knew what to expect. The facilities and the food was very good. The location is great.
This time around the place was quite full and busy, people were putting towels on sun lounges early in the morning for reserving but then not turning up. We found it difficult to find a spot close to the pool.
This is not a criticism, more of a suggestion: it would be nice to have buffet area for younger kids who can access the food and serve themselves. We saw this done in another resort and our son really enjoyed choosing and serving himself.

A lovely, excellent hotel with fantastic facilities. The range and quality of food in the breakfast and dinner buffets was great. Beautiful gardens with lots of flowers and spaces for sunbeds by the pretty pools, with a couple of handy poolside bars.
The room was spacious, with a large balcony, nice views and well appointed with a fridge, electric kettle, bottled water and a safe. Bath robes and slippers were much appreciated. Good to have chairs and a table in the room and lots of wardrobe space. So great to have a bath tub in the bathroom and not just a shower, so please don't change them all for just showers! Very helpful staff in the hotel and the maids keep the rooms well looked after.
The social tennis on the four hotel courts for a small fee was really good, with excellent, professional coaches who organise matches and offer private lessons. Also, there is convenient access to the seafront and cycle lanes via the gardens rear gate, where there are lots of handy shops, cafes and cycle hire available. Airport and local buses stop outside the hotel entrance.
Lovely Spanish decor in the hotel and an entertainment bar, as well as afternoon tea options. A super hotel for with either families or solo travellers.
The water in the heated pool was colder than last time I stayed, which was disappointing. Also, the pillows are very large, so a smaller, softer pillow option would have been appreciated for a more comfortable sleep. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

All round, a fantastic holiday and despite the hotel being very busy due to the time of year we felt very well catered for throughout our stay. Very friendly and attentive staff, great location, facilities and spotlessly clean.
Nothing worthy of note.

Love this hotel and have been coming back for years. Friendly staff, great food always, good entertainment.
We came in peak summer which is the busiest time so can't complain too much about this as the staff did the best they could but one day no sunbeds available so had to sit by the pool bar all day. Long queues to bars/resturants.
