Situation au calme. Hôtel familial Nourriture excellente. Pas beaucoup de choix mais compréhensif parce que l hôtel n est pas grand donc pas énormément de monde. Personnel agréable, sympathique, poli, serviable. Un petit plus pour Olivia qui est super sympa. Comme l hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre et de la plage, une navette nous y conduit 3x par jour.

La literie est plus qu inconfortable. Le logement n était pas vraiment équipé comme dans le descriptif mis sur le site. Il n y a que le strict minimum. Il manquait la machine à café, le grille pain, fer à repasser, peignoir... Pour la propreté, un aspirateur pourrait être fourni au dames qui nettoient les chambres parce qu avec une brosse ce n est pas possible d avoir tout les cheveux.

Lovely family run place, great outdoor space and food

Such a lovely outside space, nice jacuzzi pool and larger pool. Lots of sun beds and optional free beach towels you can grab as you go in. The food was lovely really enjoyed everything I ate there. Lovely big room, however we couldn’t open the doors to our balcony, they were screwed shut. Close to falaraki town and they offer 3x shuttle bus there, which also takes back each day which is great (11am, 5pm, 8pm). Staff were so lovely and helpful and such a nice family fun place

It was sadly let down by noisy younger people who use it as a base to party in falaraki. They were shouting, screaming and playing music until literally about 2/3 am each night and then coming back at 5/6am doing the same. Up a massive hill, not easy to walk to but that’s it, and be mindful and you won’t have a problem, everything else is great

You had connect with wifi but transfer is 0.2MB! you can't open any web application, even RDP. If in other room someone use water in your room you will heard very loud sound like shut from gun.. Try not wake up...

- So kind people on the kitchen - Overall view

- very rude shuttle driver (we were full packed with bags and stuff, asked him to give us a ride to main bus station, and he dropped us off 300m from there... saying it's your stop...) - poor Wi Fi, always lost connection.. - morning dogs barking - old spring mattress, - no towel dryer in the room - thin walls, u can hear all neighbors - basic kitchenware things missing, as rag, washing liquid etc.

Superb

We stayed in Junior apartment, there was a nice sea view from its terrace even though it was on the ground floor. Room was okay, unlike from the studios in the other building there was no kitchen area in the room but we was expecting this. Breakfast were great, dinners were also okay even though the food choice for dinners was limited (which was understandable as really not many guests had dinners included within their stays). Overall we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners very much. Pool was great. Regular hotel transfer that was running three times a day between Hillside and Faliraki downtown was also very much appreciated and we used it every day.

Thanks to its location you get nice views, on the other hand it is located quite far from the Faliraki downtown. Walking from Faliraki to Apartments is possible, but I would not recommend doing it with suitcases like we did. Wifi needs to be improved, it does not work well, most of the times we were not able to connect to it, not even within the restaurant by pool area.

Peaceful location with lovely pool, restaurant and bar, mini shop and large clean rooms

Nothing negative to say about this place, it was lovely (peaceful location, lovely pool area with restaurant and bar, mini shop and large clean rooms with air con), albeit a little far away from Faliraki town than we preferred, but Hillside do offer a free shuttle bus that runs at 11h00, 17h00 and 20h00. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We felt that Hillside might increase the frequency of the free shuttle bus into Faliraki as currently only offer 11h00, 17h00 and 20h00

Breakfast was good, the variety was good. The view was in the breakfast area excellent (the pool, the mountains).

I booked a room with garden view, but there was a view to the parking area. It is unpleasent that we have a room on the first floor and on the balcony have cars parked a few meters from you.

Very good

The room was big, clean, it was quiet, the staff was very friendly, there was a bus going to the beach 3 times a day, the restaurant was good.

The room had old furniture (one of the bed slats kept falling during our stay), the wifi was barely working in the room

Exceptional

The hotel is set in a lovely quiet spot with amazing views, the staff are fabulous and can't do enough for you, I was really touched how this was only my 2nd time there but I was remembered from last year, the rooms are spotlessly clean and towels and bedding changed everyday apart from Sunday when they have a much deserved rest 😀 will definitely be back

Great location and facilities, the kindest staff

The apartment was clean, the facilities were immaculate, Charlie and the family were amazing hosts- they treated us like family and took really great care of us. The lovely women at the restaurant were so kind and full of smiles. There is a free bus from the property that goes to faliraki centre 3 times a day - only 3 minutes away. There’s a lovely pool and the breakfast menu is full of variety. Overall 10/10 experience- we will definitely be back !!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The design of the shower is a disaster. The shower curtain is useless. There is a risk of slipping.
