Excelente apartamento y relación calidad -precio

La decoración, la ubicación a 100 metros de la playa, el aire acondicionado, las prestaciones del apartamento ( tiene de todo), la terraza...

La plaza de parking, por decir algo. Era muy estrecha y difícil de aparcar. Lo dejamos fuera algún día.

Fantastic apartment in super location

Highly recommended. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet location beside the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and Tram for getting around the Costa. Will definitely return.

Beautiful and well-kept apartment.

Nice welcome. Great apartment and good beds. Quiet neighborhood (February). Exactly as described on the site. Good beds, somewhat small bathrooms and a nice terrace. Wifi is ok. Located within walking distance of supermarket, beach and tram. Handy parking garage. The car can also be safely parked outside (February). You can be in the center of Alicante in 20 minutes. Recommended.

The 2 bicycles are no longer in good condition. Better not offer bicycles.

Amazing location great apartment

Location, size, balcony, had everything you could possibly need.

Hot water tank was not enough for 4 adults, learnt we had to have 2 showering in evening and 2 in morning with still very quick showers (3-4 minutes each) as otherwise water would turn freezing cold.

Hier ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich von einem Apartment wünscht. Sogar eine Einkaufskarre für den nahe gelegenen Supermarkt und zwei Fahrräder waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. Die Betten sind super.

Outstanding accommodation.

Everything was just ideal. Facilities were great - washing machine was a huge plus; kitchen was well equipped: two bathrooms made a big difference; as did having two sets of keys. Location is excellent, three minutes from the beach and six from the tram to Alicante. Maya ('la encargada') was helpful, booking taxis etc. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals as well as getting lots of sun. And it was excellent value for money. All in all, a really great holiday apartment.

The fact that you cannot enter the apartment from the terrace if you close the door behind you - you get locked out. It only happened to us once, and, fortunately, there was somebody inside to open it. But it was a concern and could have been very awkward. There is a warning note inside the flat, but it is easy to forget.

Superb

We have stayed here four or five times. Its great for us as its near the beach, huge supermarket within walking distance, Restaurants and bars are nearby. Its near a Tram station so Alicante City centre is only 30 mins away. This isn't Benidorm with endless bars and cafes etc and that helps to keep the area quiet. Maya, the lady who usually manages the apartment is an absolute treasure and a lovely person. Very highly recommend this apartment for a quiet location but easy to get to more lively places if you want that.

It had everything you need, it was really clean, it’s a 3 min walk to beach. Owner was really nice, offered us a late checkout (we had a late flight)

Wanted to ride the bikes, but noticed one had a flat tyre, so we couldn’t use them. But it was no issue for us.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment has everything that we need. We have booked for the last three years and we have already booked for 2022. It's near to the beach, there are a few local restaurants who offer fantastic food, the metro station is very close, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Maya, the lady who looks after the apartment is a lovely person.

People who stay in this lovely apartment who don't have any respect for the property, the owner and for people who will visit the apartment after they leave. Previous tenants had broken one of the bicycles, broken the two beach chairs, broken the terrace umbrella, severely chipped the crockery. What is wrong with these people?

It would be difficult to find better than this.

We have stayed in quite a few apartments around Spain but this is the best by far. It suits us 100%. We have already rebooked two weeks for 2020. Its clean, quiet, comfortable, very near to the beach and trams to Alicante. Maya, the lady who meets and greets you is very nice and helpful too. The two bikes and beach chairs were very appreciated. I cannot praise it high enough. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! I hope it's not our last vacation there. Perfect place - beach is few steps from apartment, shop just around a corner and Consum few minutes. Unfortunately we needed pharmacy and hospital bud our landlady arranged taxi for us and was very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a calm and very well furnished accomodation you're on the right adress here. Beautifil pool and very clean seaside. Recommended :-)
