Characteristic house in a beautiful environment, directly at the ocean. Host Marco gave great advices 😀

great stay for a big group

very big house, excellent for groups with all the necessities.

the only downpoint is the house is located near a train station that's currently (June 2023) under construction and it could lead to very long waiting time if you're stuck at the wrong side of the track. but it's not something that would prevent us from booking again!

Good value and a warm and likeable villa, location is perfect quite and safe neighbourhood. I would go again

good location very close to the beach side. the view from both front balconies is excellent. well sized rooms and beds. towels provide and the kitchen had everything you need for a big group. the hot water tap was hot and good functional bubbles. good Wi-Fi. Walking distance to the station and there so many local restaurants. the bikes were good and durable and handy for local ride and transportation.

The only down side to the location is shopping area, there are less grocery shops around for my liking. Also be mindful restaurants close at 3pm and reopen at 7 pm, my group suffered earlier in our stay. finally all facilities and entertainment excellent except the table tennis could have been bigger or to standard size.

Stay at Villa Granja

It was perfect location - just a few meters from ocean. You can see and feel it from balcony. If you are a big company - it is a great place to stay as you do not feel each other due to a lot of separate rooms, you may get a privacy at any time. Home is eqipped with all necessary to cook, live and have a fun, even bicycle is available. As a family with adults and kids - we still found anything necessary for any preferences. It was pleasant suprise to find a welcome wine and coffee. And our host Marco showed the ever best care and support at any time. The location is also vert close to the bakery and local fish market. Will definately come back!

Easy and enjoyable and I would gladly return with the family.

Excellent hospitality, and the place was very clean and spacious for us all (10 of us). With the beach on our doorstep, the kids were very happy too.

My only suggestion is (not criticism) an additional third set of keys would have been useful as we were three couples.

Excellent villa close to the beach where you can have a nice and relaxing vacation.

The location is excellent for when you want a relaxing vacation but also be able to check out the city. Walking distance to the train station for when you want to see Porto or check out Espinho and just around the corner from the beach. There is also a small local store in walking distance that has most essentials and the most delightful staff, and a butcher next to the store. The staff of the property is very helpful and they were ready to tend to everything that we might have needed. They greeted us with welcoming fruits, bread and wine which was such a great touch. We had some issues with the plumbing but the staff did everything they could to sort that out for us while we were there and I'm sure they will have that fixed permanently whenever they get the chance. This is a great house for larger groups with a small pool and a cozy garden.

These are not really negative things that made us dislike the villa, we really did love it there, however: We might have liked to have some basic cleaning essentials since we were staying for two weeks but, to be fair, we didn't ask if we could have some (I'm sure that would not have been a problem since the staff was so great). Also, some lighting in the garden would be aces.
