The location, the staff.

The shower. Not enough hot water to complete a shower and the water pressure was so poor it took ages just to get wet. The pillows smelt of old sweat. The cleaning consisted of making the bed and changing the towels and emptying the bin.

Everything we wanted

Staff are all so kind and really looked after us so well. Really lovely people. We only intended to stay for 4 days ended up being here for 3 weeks. Very professional management Lovely waiters Such cheery cleaning staff

A bit noisy but right opposite beautiful restaurant so obviously it would be. Didn't put us off though

This is not a 2 star hotel

Good location on Beach Rd

Where to start. Superior room was NOT superior. Filthy shower, tv was crackling unable to hear it properly. Pool was green , I chose this hotel for the access to the pool being slightly disabled and the steps were slimy and very slippy. Nobody cleaned it in 15 days we were there. Manager asked staff to clean the steps and that's all they did. The water was unpleasant so I only used it twice.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, excellent facilities and nice food.

We loved the location. At first we requested a quiet room but these were the "Superior" rooms and through Booking.com we had booked a "Standard" room which overlooked the street. However, this was fantastic! We loved being on the balcony watching the world go by. Even thought the beach road was busy during the day it was quiet after 11.00pm and so we were never disturbed by it. The Standard room was huge and the shower was fantastic. It was fully enclosed by a shower screen in a large bathroom, meaning the whole floor didn't get wet. Also there was plentiful hot water. The breakfast was excellent with cornflakes, fresh fruit, choice of eggs and also a tasty Indian option which we took advantage of. The staff were so lovely. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I liked how the breakfast staff brought the main course to our table and made our toast for us. Lester and Alysha were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.

There wasn't anything not to like! It was wonderful!

Good location, nice pool. Not the best wifi.

Good location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. we loved the pool area, nice chairs to lounge on and the pool was clean too. Pool towels supplied which was handy. Staff we’re all very friendly and accomodating. They had an on-site restaurant where we could order meals all throughout the day.

wifi wasn’t too good, had a habit of cutting in and out. Our room faces the Main Street so could be a bit noisy at times, especially at night with all the loud music playing from bars and restaurants. The bed was a bit hard and rooms a bit old, but reasonable for the price. a bit expensive, but we stayed near Christmas so the prices would be higher.

FANTASTIC, LOVELY AND FUN

My stay was at Room A-6 for 2nd and 3rd Oct-Quality of room, Food option at the restaurant itself and bar attached on that swimming pool is good. I stayed for 2 nights and it fared well for me and my family considering access to beach, market for shopping to karaoke nights in the same hotel to the lovely view from the balcony to world walking by. My Kids enjoyed the most of the hospitality, by staff(Dadoo, Debashish & Santosh at Bar). I also went to Vagator after booking a bike from the reception, however returned back to the same place on 5th again. So I recommend any day, Stop thinking and Start booking at Silversands anytime.

if Breakfast can be made available, since I stayed in standard room, not sure if breakfast is served for higher rooms.

Interesting experience in North Goa

Nearby to the beach, huge supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, thus, location is good. Personal are very helpful, you can ask anything you need and they do or try to do everything to fulfill your needs. Live music every night - it was really interesting to watch Indian performers.

Live music every night till midnight or so, so you will hear it in your rooms with open balcony. But from midnight till 10-11am it’s quite well.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Good location close to the beach and the resturants. Rooms were nice and comfy.

The pool area was dirty and not maintained. The filter in the pool was broken but was fixed after a day or two

Not Upto Mark for Family and Group.

Only the best highlight of Hotel that its only 200 mtrs. from Candolim Beach. for that we given 10 marks. But for other services and hygiene not up to the mark as per description. Never suggested to any Family Members to stay in that Hotel.

Very Bad Service Provide by Hotel Staff. The manager also does not responds to requirements. Not provided glasses, or Plates for dinner. Breakfast was not up to mark. very limited food for breakfast. I never suggested for staying in Hotel for Leasure Purpose to any family member.

I will not book this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else

There was no breakfast but in the listing it was mentioned with breakfast

Horrible staff at the reception and horrible room service. I asked them about the laundry, they said go pick up your clothes from the room and drop to the reception desk. They refused to go upstairs. Also they took 37 hours to return the laundry clothes

The Hotel is quite near (walking distance) to Beach Live music and Singers were good Staff was courteous

Room fittings, furniture, beddings could be better Swimming pool is there but it does not have filters Basic tea/warm water kettle were not available in rooms as default but were immediately provided when asked Room service staff barged in without knocking room a couple of times and had to be taught basic etiquette

the ;location is very good, very near to the beach. breakfast is as minimum as it could be, hardly any choice.

very basic property , the amount charged is not at all justified. Staff at the resturent is very rude , treating tourist as tourist not as guests.
