The location is good - close to Arlanda airport, but so are other hotels at the same price.
It is good for a one-time one day stay just for the experience. The bathrooms were clean, the breakfast options though very limited, were good.
The triple room is extremely small. The lift was also broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. It is good for one night stay and perhaps the experience but that's it. For the same price, better options are available close by.

Such a unique experience staying in a 747 engine!! The room was good, just a bit warm but a fan was provided. Checking in late was very easy with codes to enter the main area and pick up key in locked box.
Breakfast was lacking, very basic with bread, lunch meats, a few fruits. Coffee and some juice.

A big surprice! We had not heard about the Jumbo Stay before, but needed a nights stay close to the airport due to a missed connection. We were really energized and happy when we discovered the plane.

The hotel is very, very close to the ARN airport. From the airport there is a bus that runs every 15 minutes to the hotel and it's free!!
The hotel is a dream! I never thought I was going to sleep on a plane!!, but other than that, I only stayed one night during a long layover, it's very comfortable to be so close to the airport and in such a particular hotel!
The room met my expectations. It's very small, but just to spend the night it's fine

Easy and fast 5-min transfer by buss to and from the airport. Simple self-service check-in and -out. Clean, warm and great athmosphere. Good selection of basic breakfast -items.
The (3-person) room would have needed a little more floorspace.

Could not get into the hotel was told we had been sent a email with the code that arrived on the way home and the room was cold even though we had heaters

we stayed in the cockpit room and it was amazing. my son loved playing the captain of the plane and that was priceless but it was nice that the cost is quite reasonable for what you get. the room is massive and bed super comfortable. the actual bedroom is a little cold but the duvets were heavy enough to give us a great night sleep. the location is perfect just minutes away from the terminals. breakfast is simple but perfect to give you a quick boost before the flight.
the lift wasn’t working which is a problem for an airport hotel as most guests would be carrying quite s bit of luggage. Cleaning in the room could be improved and heating in the cockpit could work better.

The beds were good.
the air condition was closed first, so we were basically suffocating, and my son got a very bad pain in his ear because of that. We didn't know the reason, until I found that the air circulation is closed completely for no obvious reason, considering that hotel staff knew we were coming and they had our key on the reception already. The mat at the shared bathroom in front of the toilet was wet and not changed in the night, apparently no one attending the hotel at the night. Also, when we asked for our baggage to be kept in bag drop off because we had another flight in the evening of the check-out day, they declined to hold it and we had to carry everything around the whole day.

As a big fan of airplanes it was a great experience to be able to stay in the cockpit suite, to explore the plane, see it's history and take pictures. Location is good, connection to the airport with the shuttle is fast and easy (and free).
There was no one at reception during my whole stay. There was no vending machine or anything to buy water or snacks.
Getting up to the room through the narrow stairs with the lugagge (cabin bag and a backpack) was quite complicated (and the door upstairs opens direction to the stairs which makes it even more complicated)
Room was freezing cold, electric heaters were not enough. There are no shelves or drawers or anything to put your belongings on (except a net pocket on the wall). Room seemed to lack maintenance, a lot of things seemed to be falling apart. The door wouldn't lock, you could open it from outside without a key card.
There was a TV but no remote.
Poor water pressure in the bathroom/shower. Lounge area had what seemed to be mattresses rolled and laying behind the seats. There was a kettle and some tea/coffee in the lounge, but no water. Breakfast was poor, watery juice, some bread (no toaster) one marmalade, some apples, tea/coffee and not much more.

Unique opportunity to sleep in a Boeing 747 Engine !

The fact you are staying in a 747 is a novelty in itself. Beds were comfortable and breakfast included.
The rooms were far too small for two adults and one child. There is no room to store luggage and manoeuvre around the room.
Lift was not working, so it was dangerous to manoeuvre the stairs at night with snow and ice whilst carrying suitcases. If you have accessibility issues, it would be impossible to stay.
No reception staff on arrival, called to ask for a larger room and I was told “you’re staying on a 747, what do you expect?” This was a very disappointing start to stay and no suitable alternative was provided. Called again the next morning to ask about staying in a larger room and was told this would it be possible with a child. The hotel ‘manager’ was incredibly rude and could do with some customer service training. There are no facilities for food and drink if you are arriving late at night.
It was so small and disappointing that we didn’t stay for the second night.
It’s such a shame that this beautiful aircraft has been left this way. There are so many opportunities to improve it.
