Beautiful cosy hotel in the heart of Bern

Very well situated and well designed. The rooftop is beautiful, the room practical, and the common areas make you feel at home. And for those wondering, as it is not mentioned in the equipment’s on booking, there is a hairdryer in each room.

The noise isolation could be improved a bit, but it was far from bad.

Erreur sur le site pour l’adresse… on nous a envoyé dans l’autre hôtel de la chaîne alors que j’avais réservé dans le centre de Bern…. On a perdu 1h Dans la chambre minuscule, il n’y avait pas de shampoing mais 2 conditionneurs pour les cheveux et un seul savon liquide pour douche et lavabo Vos draps font un bruit horrible, je ne sais pas quelle est la matière

Very easy check-in--all digital. Host available in public space for questions. Location central to Bern Old Town and easy walk from train station. The room was very basic, but guests were encouraged to gather in the comfortable public space, where there were games, books, couches, tables, and large kitchen. It's like an upscale hostel.

Centralissima e mi piace molto la sala comune con cucina, praticamente è un ostello per le aree comuni e un hotel per la camera privata (grande e con mobilio ricercato)

C'era un evento in città ma secondo me per una struttura che non comprende colazione né culle 270 e passa franchi per notte sono decisamente eccessivi.

Fantastic location, cozy rooms, and easy process! The self check-in system was very easy and offered a great option for accessibility. The amenities were wonderful as well, nice common area with free coffee, tea and water, and a beautiful rooftop balcony!

Quiyky design hotel in the centre of Bern

Stay KooooK Bern is a quirky design hotel right in the centre of Bern. We had to get used to the mobile phone keyless entry, but it functions really well. The common areas with large kitchen and free coffee/ thee are being used well by the hotel guests: it is a hive of activity in the mornings. The rooms are nicely designed with some quirky elements, but mostly highly practical.

Zentrales, gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential

Sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Prinzipiell sehr sauber (ausser teilweise im Zimmer). Schönes Wohn- und Esszimmer zur gemeinsamen Benutzung. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Personal ist nicht besonders aufmerksam. Auf den Zimmerwunsch wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen, aber dafür wurde uns nach der Beschwerde zumindest gleich ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Im Zimmer haben wir an der Heizung einen alten Socken von unserem Vormieter gefunden. Zum Platz und zur Strasse zu ist es nachts sehr laut. Nach hinten raus ist es ruhig aber der Ausblick ist nicht schön und es ist sehr dunkel. Kein Frühstück vorhanden.

Stylishes Self-Service Hotel

Die Einrichtung ist sehr stylish und clever und es macht Freude, die kleinen Gimmicks zu entdecken. Das Ringlicht des Spiegels über dem Waschbecken ist gleichzeitig eine Wand der Duschkabine, was ziemlich futuristisch anmutet und cool ist. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick über Bern und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr zentral. Online Check-In, öffnen der Schlüssel via Kundenportal und online Check-Out funktionierten einwandfrei.

Da alles digital ist, bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass auch Informationen zu Frühstück irgendwo im Kunden-/ Buchungsbereich zu finden sind, was nicht der Fall war. Fall sie kein Frühstück zur Verfügung stellen, könnte das noch explizit erwähnt werden bzw. sie könnten Tipps für Frühstück in der näheren Umgebung auflisten.

Vollautomatisches Hotel im Zentrum von Bern

Ansprechend gestylte Zimmer in einem schön sanierten alten Gebäude. Die Lage im äußeren Bereich der Altstadt ist perfekt und die Dachterrasse wirklich einen Besuch wert.

Auf das Konzept eines Hotels ohne Personal kann man sich einstellen. Allerdings sind die vielen Nachrichten der KI etwas anstrengend. Meine Fenster gingen auf einen engen Lichtschacht hinaus, das war in der Zimmerbeschreibung so nicht erkennbar.

Awesome place. Felt right at home in this beautiful city.

An extraordinarily cozy place, with super nice hosts. The room was very small but so optimally designed that it was very comfortable. Location was excellent, right at the heart of the old town, tons of restaurants and bars, and within walking distance from all touristic spots.

Just a silly thing. In this part of the world, the ground floor is zero, not one as I'm used to. When buzzing in from the street to get in the building the first day, the host (there is no reception) answered "Sure, I will help you on the first floor". After spending a couple of minutes there, I realized she meant for me to go UP one floor to meet her. Silly, right?

Highly unusual, not as wi fi device friendly as one would expect.

Comfortable bed, good shower, good lighting, nice coffee/break room. Nice coffee machine in common room on 1st floor. Interesting railing along wall to hang personal items. Location was great.

Very tight space; no room for luggage; no room on second side of bed to get back and forth, very few wi fi plug ins, and only USB plug was malfunctioning, no room for 2 people to sit if not on bed. Asked for a tremendous amount of private info to check in. Asked for further payment of 5 CHF per person, despite prepaying in advance. No person to help with on line issues to check in and get access to room. Rooms require using stairs even if take elevator.

great value for its location in central Bern. Everything was clean and functional, and the large communal space was appreciated as the rooms themselves are pretty small. I thought the room itself had everything you could want.

the low-touch, AI check-in process gives off the vibe that this is probably owned by a big private equity group and not some mom-and-pop, but honestly it works fine for what it is. Expect to start getting WhatsApp messages t-minus three months from your stay about the check-in process.

Mycket fint och fräscht boende. Sängen var underbart skön! Ett spännande och kompakt rum samt härliga gemensamma ytor för egen möjlighet till matlagning. Läget mycket bra!

Viktigt att även en 68 åring förstår hur man tar sig in i det helt digitala lås och inchecknings systemet. Men det gick bra 👍!
