Didn’t get the opportunity to stay due to there being no vacancies

I didn’t like the fact that I booked online and once I made it to the hotel to check in, I was told there were no vacancies. I was very disappointed!

My stay was very pleasant and I would stay there again.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. It was the Christmas holiday and the decorations were beautiful.

That was no parking on site.

The hotel was clean and had excellent access to the freeway.

The location was great for access to the freeway. The valet staff was friendly, especially Mr. Alex and Mr. Sam. The front staff and housekeeping were helpful .

The entrance area is too narrow for cars.

Worst experience. We arrived at the hotel, but the system was not working. The front desk guy said he couldn't check us in. despite the fact that we had an online reservation. We waited for about 1 hour, maybe we could wait more, but it was already late at night and we just wanted to sleep, especially my baby and we had to contact another hotel. but, the front desk guy told us we can check in online. Are you joking ? I think this is the worst customer service I have ever had. Well, the most unpleasant thing is that the hotel withdrew payment from us, for the service that we did not receive, through no fault of ours…

Parking for the hotel is not on site but around the block. Fire alarm flashing was going off until around midnight due to faulty wiring in the elevator.

The receptionist Ms. Ruth was very helpful, kind and pleasant.

We did not see any breakfast.

The bed linen was dirty so I ask for a new set. The property was"overbooked". My children and I waited about 2 hours for a room. However, the staff helping us was very kind. Water cost $5.00 in that hotel.

Really pleasant hotel.

Fairly new hotel, they got the design and furnishings right from the start. A really pleasant place to stay. The room had a large walk-in shower.

I got charged for extra things on my debit card that I didn’t ask for. the staff should have went over my bill before just taking my card. they should communicate with customers more.

Didn’t get any breakfast

We got in 11 p.m and the lady at the front desk was overwhelmed with people. It take us a hour to check in. Than the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning which turns out to be a false alarm.
