Overall it was a horrible experience for my wife and daughter to experience.

Breakfast tasted great. The lady serving it was rude. Horrible experience.

Way over priced, Outdated, smell of weed, rude staff, people hanging in the parking lot that didn’t stay there begging for things.

I didn’t enjoy the stay. It could have been better.

It was close to the places we needed to go. The clerk who checked us in was nice.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the lobby area. The elevator’s smell was worse and the floor was dirty. My room was not the cleanest. There was hair in the shower and vanity area. The vanity mirror was not clean. The tv stand was broken. The pillows were very uncomfortable. And we could not pull the window shade down to block out the parking lot light so I had to stack pillows to block out the light.

Great spot for the night.

The location is nice and the building is clean.

We had an adjoining room with a family with young kids and were awakened by the youngins’ hijinx too early for how late we arrived. I’m sorry for the young family as we came tumbling in after midnight.

Easy access to the highway, lovely staff- we had everything we needed.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK but it would have been good to have bread to make toast. Laundry facilities were clean. Close to main highway so good location.

The sofa wasn't very comfortable- too far back. There wasn't enough coffee sachets but staff did get them for us. There wasn't enough fruit out at breakfast-not much variety in the food. The worst thing was the noise of the other customers (especially above) that kept us awake at night so we couldn't sleep very well.

A quick weekend stop with kids.

Pool. Good cereal choices..off main hwys..housekeeping did replenish towels when requested..comfy beds.decent size room.

Breakfast was a bit bleak,fake eggs,cold sausage.. Staff seemed less welcoming than I've encountered. Dirty carpet in rooms..air conditioning didn't cool well.

Had higher hopes given the Marriot name

It was a place to rest and the room was clean. It was also close to the area's we needed to be.

The hotel should be an embarrassment to the Marriot name. The staff (the ones we saw) were too young to demand order. Some guest were loud at all hours of the night, running up and down the hallways, and the hallway reeked of Marijuana every night. The elevator is tiny and has definitely seen better days. The breakfast was a joke, burnt and tasteless. The rooms were dark, shades broken (couldn't open). The bathroom was old and the door was broken. The hotel smells and looks old. We recently stayed at a Springhill in Lindale TX and had a great experience, leading us to book another Marriot. This Marriot was a bit scary, thankfully we just slept there.

I would not stay here again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

When I arrived with my kids there was a very intoxicated women running around downstairs and on the floor we stayed out. She was not removed from the hotel even after cussing and yelling really loud while my kids watched. The 3rd floor also smelled of weed really strongly but luckily it was not in our actual room.

Overall experience 10 out of 10!

It was extremely clean and maintained! The staff was excellent as well.

Small thing… The shower did not have anything to place a bar of soap on. I normally bring my own soap and had to sit it on the shower floor because there was no area in the shower that holds soap or towels (in the shower).

Blessed Trip

The rooms were large and the TV was amazing!! Loved the gentleman that booked us in during the evening. He was very nice and accommodating. We needed more bedding for the boys and he found us some. My wife said His nails were cool as well!!! Also love the free cookies each evening! Kids really enjoyed that treat!

One thing but not a deal breaker .. the pool was no longer there. That is one of our kids go to activities. But we found a water park in the city and it was awesome!

liked the property; parking was a little tight. I was bothered by the fact that the carpet felt “wet” and unclean. I hated to put my bare feet on it.

Bad service

When we arrived the hotel was clean

We stayed 3 nights, and not one day did we receive cleaning service in the room. No clean towels or service im the room. We had to reuse the original towels, and room not attended while away We asked for additional bedding, and we had to go to the front desk late at night.

All around a great stay.

Clean room, plenty of towels in room when we arrived. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of fresh coffee ready. The bed was very comfortable.
