Excellent location, super staff and 18th floor lounge has wonderful views! I'd stay here again.

The door doesn't lock when you depart your room, have to use FOB to lock it. Wasn't aware of this part. If I'm being picky...no shelf in the shower for shampoo and the like.

Gute Lage und vernünftige Zimmer.

Uns hat gut gefallen Unabhängigkeit, Sicherheit .Die Lage war sehr gut, Bus, U-Bahn in der nähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Bars , Restaurants nur ein paar schritte entfernt.

Das Bett war falsch bezogen. Kein Staubsauger, keine Bratpfanne und keine Fernseherprogramme.

Edifício moderno, el departamento con habitaciones y baños amplios, limpio y decorado con buen gusto. Fácil acceso y súper bien el gym.

No hubo limpieza del departamento ningún día, no sabemos si teníamos que pedirla o no la incluye.

Clean, New and spacious apartment in prime Boston location

Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. very high quality electrical appliances. fantastic location in Fenway, Friendly and helpful front desk, attentive Sonder staff

Poor quality soap and limited washing machine and dishwasher supplies. Was told to buy my own kitchen hand blender when asked if it wasnt provided by Sonder. Very small living room and cramped dining area. Poor fixed lighting as there was no ceiling lights in the bedrooms or dining living area making moving in quite hard on a cloudy date

Nicely decorated unit with beautiful view in a good location

It’s very clean and nicely decorated. It also has a beautiful view from the unit and convenient location.

The mattress is too firm and not that comfortable for sleeping. Everything else is very good about this property.

Good size good location but need to upgrade their facilities

The air cond was very noisy and it affected our sleep. Toilet papers / bin liners weren’t supplied enough , when we asked for more, we got challenged

Nothing special except the proximity to Fenway

Perfect location for attending a ballgame. Lots of food choices around

Zero parking. If you do park in the parking garage overnight it is $90 because the day starts over at 5 am. No pool access

A better way to stay in Boston

Exceptional location. Safe neighbourhood. Green MBTA line (Fenway station) within walking distance. Uber and Lyft readily available. Walking distance to Fenway Park (if you are a baseball fan). Paid public carpark conveniently located nearby. Cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Star Market and a Target (includes a mini supermarket) within 5 minutes walk. This is convenient as the apartment has a full kitchen. Laundry facilities available and very helpful. A TV with Chromecast. Very clean apartment (cleaning services on request). Friendly staff at Sonder (on the 11th floor) and the building front desk (lobby) (Pierce Boston is a private apartment / condominium).

Helpful concierge

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. The room's clean, very bright and roomy. The building itself is brand new and extremely well maintained. We thank you to the concierge of Pierce Boston (Viviana and friends) as they really assist us in everything and extremely helpful. The staff of Sonder itself was not helping too much. He barely knows everything. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment in the future.

Modern building with amazing facilities such as well equipped gym and large common areas ideal for studying/working. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff very responsive to requests. Central & safe location in Boston with affordable Uber/Lyft fares to all parts of the city.

Superb

Location was idel, close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores and a Starbucks coffee. The studio was super clean, bed was big enough and comfortable. The staff was great, friendly and very professional.

Nothing, the room was just perfect for my need.
