Do not provide mineral water, and then still have not found the water fountain, thirsty all night

The location is beautiful and the weather wasn't too bad, We did like the fact that the hotel is located close to many things to do with children. (Museum , town plaza with tiny shops etc.) I also liked the fact that a key card is needed to get to each floor which is awesome for safety reasons. The room offers a fridge, ice container, tea and coffee maker but NO Water bring your own or buy some from the hotel. They have a restaurant in the hotel which isn't too bad (*especially the drinks) for the first night since we were tired but look around the area if you have time because awesome restaurants are all around but make sure to reserve. The beds were comfortable with weighted blankets and the view was nice from our room to the town and the house keeping is very polite and friendly they will only clean if you want them to. The pool is nice and warm but a bit on the smaller side yet not bad for kids and with it being located on the 2nd or 3rd floor may be the reason for the size. They offer a gym and free drinks (flavored water)in the workout area. Our room location was extra quiet and when reading reviews we were nervous about our children but not a complaint nor issues with the boys having fun.
The only day we noticed any type of low energy from staff was on Sunday morning from the valet gentleman which was odd because the Friday morning guy was phenomenal and even helped us on how to unpack our items for our stay especially since he noticed we arrived with a baby.
Parking is not good in the location so get ready for the fee and be advised that card is the only option to pay not cash. (Try to park and walk around during your stay)
Honestly for the price it would be nice if the hotel actually offered something free even a bagel or drink but everything is a fee even the WiFi.
And the escalators are still not working but the elevators are.

It was good but way to high priced for what you had available at the buffet.
I thought the hotel would have been much nicer for the price we paid. Room is way over priced. Air conditioner didn’t work the whole stay. Someone came and check it but it still didn’t work. You offered us a fan for a 450.00 a night room. Also the bath tub was very slippery we actually had to put a towel down inside the tub cause my daughter almost fell the first night showering there. Another thing we didn’t like is every where we ever stayed and that has been quite a few Hotels we never had the maid come in every day. And it seemed like it was a must which I didn’t think that was right. If we don’t want them coming in every day that should be our choice. Why couldn’t we just tell them what we needed. There were not very many options in the hotel for the price. Our first time staying at a Marriott and it will be our last. Thank you for listening to my experience with you.

Great location, clean and comfortable room
Our stay was pleasurable but the $95 a day in extra fees was not expected. $64 per day for parking was a bit excessive. The $30 per day to coerce us to use the hotels services was outright unreasonable

The location is excellent, the valet parking is great. There were two false fire alarms in one day, one was at 2 am and both led to partial evacuations.
The L and LL on the elevators caused major confusion amongst the guests. It’s literally what everyone talks about when trying to figure out which floor to select.

The hotel is the perfect location for enjoying a visit to Boston be it as a single person or family. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The escalators were not working during our visit

We transferred here from a distasteful hotel. So this was a delight. I should have chosen this in the first place
No free water at all in our room. No towel hoks or racks in the bathroom.

I don't believe one can beat the superb location of the hotel in Boston. It's literally right next a T station, and most of the water ferries dock right next to the hotel, we took one to Salem, which is a highly recommended destination on the northshore. The aquarium is also right next door, which is a must-visit sight in Boston. It's a short walk across the street to the wonderful Quincy market food hall and shopping area, and an equally short walk to the north end, featuring the finest Italian dining outside of New York city on the East Coast. Liked that the hotel provided washers and dryers for self-service laundry. The rooms were quiet and we were not kept awake by any noisy celebrating during our entire 9-night stay.
We paid top dollar to stay in the hotel, so I was a bit annoyed that my room charge didn't include breakfast. We did get the $30/day credit for use at the hotel facilities, but that didn't stretch very far, given the prices. While I appreciated that the hotel provided washers and dryers for self-service laundry, I was a bit put-out that the machines weren't free but were pay-operated. For the amount of money we spent on the room, I think the hotel should have provided that service for free. The indoor pool was a little too small for a hotel of this size; I'd recommend putting in a much larger outdoor pool in the future, if possible - that would be an even bigger draw, especially for guests with children.

the escalator was broken

The location was perfect.
They didn’t have any fragrance free, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The food from the restaurant was a tad bit expensive. And the portions were a bit small.

The room was spacious and very clean. We loved the location in town, the view from our room, and the staff was very helpful. Perfect for our stay in Boston.
I liked everything.

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Some more grab and go type options would be nice. Room was great. Hallways were a little dark, not well marked. I had my elderly mother in law and she could not find room independently due to this. Pool was small and chilly, but we also traveled at a very busy time. Loved the pool deck. Beautiful area, close to everything, would love to stay again in the future.

Location (walkable to a lot of downtown Boston), clean, spacious & safe rooms, amenities. Near some good food! Right next to the aquarium and some ferry trips making it easy to spend a day without much walking!

The staff has been great! The food we ordered through room service was outstanding!
I would've preferred a room that was closer to a harbor view.

Great location, beautiful property!
The sheet on my bed was far too small. May be a silly complaint but no one wants to sleep on a hotel mattress:/

Location, size of room, staff & service
Lack of outdoor seating areas. Patio area ok but no bar service. No balconies for rooms.
Swimming pool and surrounding area in need of a good clean. Depressing dated decor in the pool area.

Hotel was beautiful and location is the best. The hotel staff is excellent.
Reservered a Standard king room but only handicap accessible was available. Room was awkward for a non handicapped.

Great room. Comfortable bed
No coffee downstairs till 7am. We are up early. Shower pressure to low. Would have liked a microwave in room.

The bed is comfortable, and the room is very clean. The location is very good.
The ceiling is very low. The whole room is far from what it looks like in the photos.
The front desk man who checked us in gave us a room with a broken bathroom door. When we called them again from the room and said the room number, they said they knew that room. Thus, if some of the staff were aware of the broken door why they still gave it to me? The good side is that they changed the room for us and upgraded it for us.
