The Staff were nice. The room excellent
Basically, I did not think the food was particularly good and it was, for what it was, very expensive. which is a shame as the hotel was lovely. There were also deals on offer for breakfast which we were not informed about. To summarise, due to the cost of the restaurant, not good value for money.

Very comfortable bed and very clean nice room. Really nice downstairs bar and restaurant areas with cute seating areas
Nothing, breakfast included was hugely more expensive

Nothing at all, was perfect .

Nice place. Nice restaurant it seemed. Large rooms. Very clean. Everything you needed in them.
Not the best service at check in and check out. A lot of traffic noise from the room facing the street. We had 2 rooms.

Green exit light in bedroom number 2 was a little annoying at night

The recent reworking of this old hotel has been done very stylishly and presents a warm welcome.

I loved everything! And the staff including the resident cat was so friendly and approachable. I will definitely come back again especially to say hello to lovely David.
Nothing.. Everything was perfect.

Not applicable - didn’t have any.
Re- the Disabled Access Bedroom, where we stayed, which is also the room where dogs are allowed (we had our dog with us.) We mentioned the following after our last visit months ago and nothing was done subsequently to change anything. (We are 84 and 82 and are a retired doctor and nurse). We had hoped it would all have been fixed by this visit. There are no suitcase stands. (So our cases had to go on the floor and we had to access them on our hands and knees….) There is no armchair. .. needed to relax in … and for putting on shoes and socks. No hooks near the entrance door (which opens onto the Car Park) on which to hang wet coats and dog leads (we were dripping wet from the storm on arrival and did not wish to put sodden raincoats in the wardrobe). No hooks for clothes in the bathroom or on the bathroom door (we had to put them on the floor ). No shelves anywhere in the bathroom for toiletries, medications, tooth mugs etc. (At least two needed). No curtain on the curtain rail around the shower, so the entire floor gets wet and thus one has to walk through water with bare feet to get to the toilet and washbasins (2 : one higher and one lower - for wheelchair users). (Walking through water in the middle of the night is very annoying). There is no movable stool for the elderly / disabled to sit on in the bathroom (e.g. at the washbasin) apart from the (useful) fold-down seat under the shower.
It is a lovely room and could be both comfortable and very convenient, especially when you have a dog - because there is immediate access to the outside. One can park the car right outside the door - very useful. It saves carrying bags any distance.
The Coppa Club restaurant, bar and lounge areas are delightful and we had an excellent dinner with friends.
We are from Kent and would like to return when next in Haslemere, but not if there are no improvements.

Great building and decor with a lovely vibe, relaxed atmosphere and good service
Bar closing at 11pm even for residents, very poor and unexpected

Lovely size rooms, shower was amazing, bath towels and products were lovely too. Bed was comfortable
Pillows were very flat could have done with foam ones (but saying that it was late and I was tired so didn't goto Reception to ask if they had any so unfair to score on that!)

The property was nice but not as described on
booking.com !! They said there was free use of leisure facilities including a swimming pool and spa
Not as described on booking.com.
they have conveniently changed their
description the day after we complained.
There has been no come back from either the hotel
or booking.com ,basically blaming each
other and not dealing with me the customer.
I feel I have been totally mislead.
I originally booked the Hythe hotel and spa up the
road but changed it to this one as it was
more in town. I wish I had changed my booking back.
would have been nice to have the leisure
facilities to come back to after a long walk !!

Staff were great, room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast service was also brilliant
Nothing to report!

The room was beautifully decorated and furnished. Extra touches like bottled water and fresh milk in the fridge. Even though restaurant/bar was very noisy downstairs you could not hear this in the room
Took quite awhile for the hot water to come through. Personal choice but pillows far too soft. Perhaps one soft and one firm

Good location. Parking available. Walking distance to near by shops. Well presented inside and out.

The decor was beautiful - in fact the whole hotel/restaurant was really stylish
The only possible moan is that a lighter duvet would have been good given how warm it is at night
8.0
Comfortable bed, good bathroom, excellent breakfast.
Evening meal - pasta not well cooked, and sauce poor. Only one chair in bedroom.
