La vista y la decoración nos encantaron, además tenían un cojín muy bonito.
Teníamos que estar avisando para entrar y salir, no diría que es demasiado molesto y siempre están atentos pero si era un poco incómodo.

Que se escucha todos entre las habitaciones

No running water for about a half hour at 830 am the day of checkout

The room was a good size and had all of the basics - towels, shampoo, soap. We were also given a fan and the room was clean.
There was no bottled water in the room, which has been given in other hotels we’ve stayed in in Mexico. There was no safety deposit box.
Also, to flag, the hotel is adjacent to the plaza of another, much larger hotel. There was a wedding happening on the plaza the night we stayed and music was playing very loudly (the windows of our room were vibrating) until 1am - it’s unclear whether this is a regular occurrence, or if we were just unlucky, but perhaps something to bear in mind if you’ll be staying on a Saturday.

gorgeous view, private entrance, very charming apartment
lots of stairs to get to this, this is all of Taxco it’s very hilly.

The decorations
I didn't receive directions of the parking and had to contact them for it

The style and set up... Beautiful views!

Great location, less than 1 minute walk from the zocalo. Quiet even on the crowded weekend.
Friendly staff who willing to help (spanish speakers only).
You don't get a key to the main gate. You need to ring the bell in order to get in & out. And in some occasions it took a while to get a response
Though the room was very clean, there were some small ants.
4.6
The design, the history, the very welcoming hospitality of Rosalia and Marta!
nothing I can think of

Location was great, a few steps from main central.
No air conditioning, but it’s a little chilly in the morning!
4.6
The view from the terrace.
The private balcony was very small. It was suitable for standing upright and looking outside.

A beautiful historic building with a great staff in a central location. The private rooftop patio with a great view was a plus.
Parking was a hassle, but that's the nature of Taxco and not a surprise.

-Great location. Comfortable bed. Very thorough COVID considerations.
-Room didn't seem as large as Booking suggested.
-Noisy because of traffic climbing the hill below the hotel.

Location and staff
It said coffee/ bread included and it wasn't

Beautiful location the heart of town (if you don't mind the few stairs uphill) , superb view on the cathedral and town center, very nice balcony, beautiful (classical) furniture and room design, coffee machine available in the room.
Though noisy trafic on the road in front, and in the weekends the city center can be lively (read noisy), we slept well and enjoyed the marvelous view from the balcony.

The charm of the room was very nice the decor of the bathroom was beautiful
The WiFi did not work the space was cute but I don’t think it was worth all the money I spent location was not very easy to find either.

Location has its advantages and one huge problem - it’s located right near the central square in a gorgeous hispanic building with a gorgeous views. However, it’s facing the central road - where cars and motorcycles labor up the steep hills, and windows are historic old windows - they hardly stop any noise. Hence, all day and all night you’re hearing intense road sounds. It’s very bad!
Not sure what breakfast people mentioned in the reviews - there was no breakfast included

Great location and beautiful room. The check-in was easy and the hotel has everything you could need.
There could have been more chairs for the balcony table.

The staff were very kind and the hotel was absolutely charming. We loved our room and the view.
