Personeel were friendly and the Posada was nice and quiet. It was perfect for our family.
Hot water in the shower was not so hot, only slightly warm enough to take a shower

Super nice terrace and very good location in Taxco. Kitchen is poorly furnished but useful. Cute place.
The staff was really unwelcoming. There is only one bathroom for many guests and it is quite dirty. Rooms are not very nice, dark with bad beds. There were rests of chips under the blanket and the sheets were dirty. We had to ask for other to a mean host and change it ourselves. Not sure they change it between guests.

Location is 300m from the Costaline bus terminal up a cobblestone street and the Zocalo with the church is 300m away walk up some steps. The complex is very beautiful with a lot of excellent wall murals. Even our room had lovely peacocks and flowers on all the walls. There was a convenient gas stove in the kitchen. We had our own utensils.
The owners live on the premises and were very responsive and sweet. The view of the Church towers from the terrace outside our room was amazing.

Spacious Posada with terraces, plants, kitchen and friendly staff. Our junior suite was nice, but not very clean though.

The location was good
- When we arrived it took some convincing to make them beleave that we had already payed for our room on booking.com.
- I had to pee in the early morning and the shared bathroom was occupied by a guest taking a ahower so I politely asked the owner/ main caretaker of the place if there was another bathroom I could use, and I implied it was an emergency and he just looked at me like I was an idiot and told me no.
I’m sure there must be other bathrooms in a hostel that size… So yea super unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
- On our booking it said we would have a balcony and our own bathroom, which we didn’t get.
- The matress was super bumpy/ old.
- Over all we managed alright since we only stayed two nights, but for a longer stay we would definetely recommend going somewhere else

The place has a nice terrace view. That's about it!
First of all, this is not a hotel and I knew that. Our plan was to go out do a few tours and just come back to rest. We had a room with private bathroom. The place is not comfortable at all, paint peeling off the walls, old beds, no fan or ac, bathroom smells, I don't even think they wash the bed covers. Like I said our plan was to just come here and sleep since we had our days busy, we got there Friday evening, first night we couldn't sleep, there is a night club right next door and party went on until 4 am. Also drunk people going up and down to terrace and falling making so much noise. I tried closing windows to avoid the noise and the room was so hot, it was impossible to have a good night. You get what you pay for, I wouldn't recommend this place even if you just need a bed to rest. We left Saturday after we came back from our tour and got a room at a decent hotel

We stayed in the junior suit. It was perfect to have 2 separate bedrooms & private bathroom. The hotel location was perfect and the terrace had an incredible view.
No fan or AC in the room and no screens on the Windows so the mosquitoes made a buffer out of me

The junior suite was perfect and great value for money. The rooftop view was lovely. The property was very secure. And a hot shower!
Communication - I messaged the hotel three times in advance of my stay. They never replied. I arrived at night and no one was in the property. We had to find another hotel for the night. The owner finally messaged me in the morning saying he checked the CCTV and saw drunk people knocking on the door. This was incredibly insulting and rude. We had been travelling for 12 hours. What an awful way to welcome paying guests into Taxco.

Can’t think of something.
I asked one of the staff if they have a plug adapter for the computer. He looks grumpy and did not bother helping at all. So if you’re computer has 3 prong make sure you have 2 prong adapter before you stay here. The location is a taxi or Uber ride away, you can walk to the center but be prepare for stairs...a lot of stairs.😂

Very reasonable price, easy and fast check in, close to town centre.
Everything was fine. You get what you pay for.

The attention was very nice.
The room was comfortable and clean.
I didn't like the bathroom because it was smaller.
