Central location, friendly staff, everything was clean.
1.5
Location- but comes at a price - very noisy from bar area and passing trams/traffic etc.
Property description should say - hostel. It is not a hotel nor should it be described as such.
4.5
The amazing location and how easy it was to navigate everywhere plus awesome help from staff on anything asked !
Can’t think of anything other than no breakfast option is provided and most things nearby are closed when I get up!
3.0
Solid location, and the staff were nice.
Bad experience with roommates, which wasn't totally in the hostel's control. There were three separate arguments, all after midnight, about who had which bed. Hostel should have a better system for managing bunk assignments.
Beyond that, there also wasn't much of a real hostel atmosphere - few hangout areas, so people weren't really mingling.

Nice stay here and in a good location, free map guide of all the main sites. Room spacious and even got a free upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the location was amazing, also the interior of the building and the rooms were really nice. i loved the balcony!!
that the toilet was in a seperate room from the sink. felt very unhygienic. not nice to touch the doorknob before washing your hands

Staff, rooms.
No AC in the room.

The people at reception are really helpful and nice. The particular dorm I booked was in the basement, but I knew what I was getting. Beds are surprisingly comfy, kitchenwares are decently stocked. Showers are plenty, clean, and spacious.
The hostel wasn't busy when I was there, but the number of toilets were a bit concerning. If the place is full i can imagine peak hours might be difficult. Someone clogged the kitchen sink in the morning and it was impossible to do the dishes.

Great location, friendly staff
We stayed in the Art room and at night it was unbearably hot even with windows open, but that was the only negative

+ very friendly staff
+ very clean and tidy
- rooms don't have enough windows/lighting
- Toilets/Bathrooms too few

We were greeted by Rob who was very friendly and showed us around and gave us all the information we needed. The room was perfect with 3 beds and very neat and clean bathroom. They have a wonderful community sort of vibe going in the entire place! Location is very central and walking distance from Jumbo, AH, Primark and many restaurants. Their own bar is lovely and cosy and not very expensive. They have a lovely dispenser of ice col, lemon water that was so so welcome in the summer! I would stay here again for sure.

We had a private room and it was so cozy and quite a unique decoration! I loved the concept and the ambiance of the Stay!
There was no climatisation in our room and the windows did not open...it was quite warm that day
2.5
It's a decent location, about 5 mins on foot from the Grote Markt
My 9-person dorm had no windows and was absolutely pitch black at night, the beds didn't have curtains (first hostel I've stayed in without curtains in years and years), the towels you pay to borrow for your shower are hand towels rather than bath towels, there was no shampoo/shower gel in the showers, check in was very very slow due to only having one laptop (and a disgruntled customer in front of me). This hostel really fails at a lot of the basics - really disappointing
