The house and outdoor area is beautiful and centrally located in the city center. Kitchen is new and clean, the beds have seen many people sleeping in them. The communication with the house owner worked out well, although he mainly talked Italian to us and we answered in English. Unfortunately, we had the impression that every chance was taken to charge us extra. AC costs extra per day, also the towels and sheets are charged additionally. The recycling system should be explained more in detail, as they only fetch it if it fulfills the requirements, that aren't explained in advanced (plastic bag yes/no is different for each trash sort). We were a bit disappointed with the landlord in the end, who shifted his responsibility for waste disposal to us and forced us to dispose of the garbage in the recycling center or even worse - in public trash cans. This should definitely be included in the final cleanup, which is of course charged extra. Overall a great place to stay in San Teodoro.

In the center of town, easy walk to amazing beaches. Lovely holiday, we didn't need a car which is what we wanted. San Teodoro is great family resort, beautiful beaches. Enrico was very nice host.

We (2 Adults and a toddler) loved our stay in Enricos place. Located in a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance to the center where you have all the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gelaterias etc. The kitchen is well equipped (maybe a bit outdated) where you find everything you need for a dinner@home. Two good sized bedrooms (one with a attached bathroom) and a further sleep option upstairs. Garden and outside sitting area was very nice to have (but make sure you ‘re equipped with mosquito repellent) and a big plus is the washing machine. We’d love to come back one day, grazie Enrico!

Das Haus ist etwas klein und recht spärlich ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorsicht: Nachts lange laut im Ort.

L’appartamento è molto confortevole. Il boiler in giardino per l’acqua è fantastico vista la quantità minima di acqua corrente nel periodo estivo. Posizione perfetta in mezzo al paese comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Enrico cordiale e disponibile in tutto.

Casa molto carina, attrezzata con tutto il necessario, molto vicina al centro ma nel contempo abbastanza isolata dalla confusione. Punto di forza, a mio giudizio, il grande giardino con alberi e il portico che ampliano lo spazio fruibile. Il proprietario è presente sul posto ed è pronto ad intervenire in caso di necessità. Ottima scelta per noi che eravamo 4 adulti e un adolescente

Casa ben tenuta e funzionale, posizione assolutamente strategica sia per spostamenti verso le spiagge (grande vantaggio il parcheggio privato) che per gli spostamenti a piedi nel centro di San Teodoro (davvero a pochissime centinaia di metri dalla casa). Posizione centrale ma tranquillissima. Il proprietario, sig.Enrico, persona disponibilissima e molto cortese. Suggeriamo assolutamente questa proprietà per una vacanza a San Teodoro.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location

We chose this villa for the location and as we were 4 adults (2 couples) we decided on this villa as it has 2 bathrooms one being ensuite. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The villa comes with a kitchen so perfect for cooking meals with a lovely outdoor space. There is a BBQ outside and also a washing machine and shower to wash the sand away. Its in a fantastic location you are a few minutes walk to the town and about 20 mins walk to La Cinta beach which is stunning. The town has the most amazing restaurants and night markets selling beautiful jewellery and gifts. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood so not noisy at all. You are close to shops so easy to get those villa essentials. San Teodoro is an amazing holiday town and very safe. Locals are friendly and there are many things to see and do. Check in was very easy, Enrico met us at the villa and explained everything. We are British and communication wasn’t a problem. We were here for a music festival and had the most fun. This place holds a special place in my heart... We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you :)

Kleines Haus mit Garten im Ortszentrum von San Theodoro, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr viel Privatsphäre. Ein paar Abende hörten wir die Musik eines Festivals, sonst ruhig. Sehr gut geeignet sowohl für unser Krabbelkind wie auch die pubertären Kinder. Schöner überdachter Aussenplatz und Grill. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das grosse Plus dieser Wohnung ist der Garten und der überdachte Vorplatz mit Grill. So können Kinder jederzeit draussen spielen und man kann bei jedem Wetter draussen essen. Durch die Bauweise ist die Wohnung auch während der Mittagshitze angenehm klimatisiert. Ansonsten hilft die Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, gleich neben dem Zentrum, so dass man zu Fuss alles notwendige einkaufen kann.

La casa si trova in pieno centro, comoda al mercatino ed ai negozi. Per la spiaggia serve la macchina a meno che non si opti per il trenino o l'autobus che hanno la fermata subito dietro l'angolo. La casa è ben ristrutturata con ampio terrazzo e giardino che funge anche da parcheggio interno. Unico neo: mancano i porta- asciugamano in bagno. Sicuramente la riprenotiamo per l'anno prossimo. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Casa molto carina e pulita rinnovata da poco con cucina nuova con forno. Molto comodo avere due bagni e due camere. Abbastanza fresca anche in pieno agosto. Molto spaziosa all'esterno con barbecue in muratura utilissimo e tavolo per mangiare fuori. I problemi di mancanza di acqua della zona non sono un problema grazie alla cisterna esterna, mai state senza acqua. Posizione ottima per il centro di san teodoro (2 minuti a piedi) e anche per la Cinta (15 minuti a piedi) ma in strada non rumorosa. Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in giardino. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile.

"This is my 2nd stay at the villa. its clean and tidy, clean towels and bed clothes. perfect location in the middle of the town, and for what we needed to do. was just out the way of the hustle and bustle of the night market even though we were central which was good. the owners are only a phone call away, they picked us up and took us to the villa. once again a lovely stay. hope to see you again next year :)"

La casa è situata al cent...

La casa è situata al centro, quindi accessibile a tutti i servizi tranquillamente a piedi, a parte qualche problema con l'acqua siamo stati bene. Il bagno è un pò troppo piccolo, e manca il piatto doccia, per cui quando ci si lava si allaga tutto, attrezzature da cucina carenti, pentolame , mestoli ecc , in compenso c'è un barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato parecchio.. giardino spazioso per i bambini,ma meglio affittare solo se si hanno bambini silenziosi, perchè i vicini si lamentano in continuazione x le strilla.. nel contesto casa contenente l'essenziale, ma con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza.

Splendida posizione a due passi dal vivo centro ma completamente isolata da rumori e traffico. Ottimo l'ampio giardino recintato con casetta chicco, per lasciare liberi i bimbi con serenita'.Molto fresco anche con il sole a picco di mezzogiorno grazie all'ampia veranda atrezzata. Luminoso.Posto auto al fresco. Unica pecca il pentolame da cucina troppo essenziale e in cattivo stato.Belle piante da frutto con possibilita' di coglierla fresca tutti i giorni(limoni, arance,prugne..) prugne). Propietario gentile e disponibile.Si consiglia di affittare le bici dal propietario (conveniente rispetto ai rent ufficiali)visto che qui tutte le spiagge sono con park a pagamento.Propietario risiede iun San Teodoro fornendo disponibilita' e garanzie ulteriori.

Machine à laver archaïque et à l'extérieur Pas de table à l'intérieur, nous avons rentré la table de jardin. Propriétaire pas sur place et moyennement sympathique
