Very welcoming & helpful staff and a brilliant location.

The location was brilliant. near the chairlift, near the arch, near the steps down to Isola Bella. The hotel had a beautiful central courtyard to relax in.

Really quite nice.

The staff was amazing. The grounds are wonderful. The food was delightful.

Highy recommend.

Everything was terrific. The parking was tricky but staff helped. The room was superb and newly renovated with an incredible view. We made the most our short stay thanks to thoughtful advice from the front desk.

Great accommodation in a lovely setting

Beautifully appointed hotel in a good location. Lovely secluded garden and great breakfast area with excellent range offered. Staff at reception and at breakfast very helpful and accommodating.

quiet, quant and enjoyable.

over the location. the elevator to the rooms, the balcony with the view, and the option for a breakfast.

The shower leaked right near the toilet and the breakfast was really picked over if you went after 9am.

Fantastic location and views

Great location, close to the bus station and a short walk to the main shopping and restaurant area. The views from the breakfast room and balcony are amazing! Thanks to Mario and the team for looking after us in Happy Hour! Hotel staff booked excursions and a restaurant table at nearby Nino's - lovely food. Taormina is beautiful. Especially liked the Greek amphitheatre, which is close by and reasonable at 10 Euro entrance fee. Visit the cafe at the top for great refreshments and amazing views.

Although the hotel itself and the staff were charming the bed in our room really let it down for us. It was most uncomfortable, noisy and springy and felt like the bedframe was very flimsy. It needs replacing along with the mattress. You can also hear other guests in their rooms and doors banging really easily.

Well located with excellent staff

Easy to find and lovely surroundings. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Only a short walk into centre of town. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly Marvelous Stay in a beautiful surrounding.

We had a stunning view of the sea from our room!! Breakfast has many wonderful choices. The staff was very attentive. The terrace is such a marvelous place for Happy Hour and just to sit and relax. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. So close to the bus station-a 2 minute walk.

Can't think of anything that could be better!!

Excellent, reasonably priced, Taormina accommodation

Only a few minutes wallk to the centre of Taormina and also the bus station. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful receptionists. There are several good restaurants/cafes nearby.

location very good - close to bud terminal for trips and 5 min walk into town

walls seemed to be very thin or very loud neighbours next door and you could hear shower start up etc from nearby rooms

Exceptional

This place was beautiful and clean. It was a very convenient location to exploring the town and getting the lift down to the beach area. Very charming. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful.

The room and balcony was a bit small. Book a bigger room.

Lovely hotel in a great location with helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast!

Excellent location, close to the historic area of Taormina, the bus station and the funicular. Great views overlooking the bay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!

overall very good, out side of points noted .

great staff and nice location. Breakfast was also very good with custom made coffees

no parking on site and not even ability to unload bags . I was expecting a better view , good , but over looking rooftops across the lane

Great friendly hotel in a superb location. - Would visit again!!

The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. The trip was for my partner's 'big' birthday and the hotel upgraded our room for the occasion. We had superb views across the bay from our balcony. Great choice for breakfast.

I cannot fault the hotel at all - everything was perfect.
