Good location and spacious accommodation.
The accommodation had most things you needed but absolutely no home comforts. Only 3 comfortable chairs for 4 people, some ancient wiring system with nowhere to charge phones and things things. No TV, no radio, no speaker. Not particularly clean and many of the utensils and cooking facilities still dirty from previous guests. Bathroom small with an ineffective mixer tap that was lethal given the water temperature. Towels old and threadbare. The flat was also in the basement of the main house and had a damp and cool feel and you could hear the owner's grandfather clock chiming all night from upstairs. Not recommended as the owners have no real thought for the comfort of their guests and make little effort to provide a pleasant experience. They are happy to charge a premium price however at over £150 for a couple per night (and we endured it for 2 nights because it was booked a long time in advance).

Comfortable rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Almost all kitchen equipment available. Towels and a lot of bath stuff available. Washing machine and dryer available.
There are chairs in the bedroom. But they are not suitable for placing suitcases. You sit in the living room and not in the bedroom. A suitcase bench instead of the chair is more convenient. And we didn't find a bread knife.

Clean. Washer and Dryer if you wanted.
The price is insanely overpriced for the apartment. It was the most expensive in Iceland and the least cozy one. There is no real living area, no TV and the furnishings are very basic. The host was not very friendly and welcoming at our arrival. Kitchen is ok.

the location was great- within 30 min you can get to the lava fields, myvatn baths, kafla, et . there is a small supermarket right next door and a restaurant.
the host, Helga, was lovely and attentive.
the apartment was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was stocked and had coffee, tea, oil, sugar and pots and pans etc.
there was also a washer and dryer, which was amazing!
it was a bit pricey, but most places in this area are

Fully equipped kitchen, even with Washing machine and dryer which we actually used. Good Base Location to Explore the Myvatn Area and Godafoss. Friendly host.

The place was nice and clean. There were a washing machine and a dryer. The location was OK but we didn't need to go to Laugar. It is close to N1 gas station.

Wonderful apartment, very nice host

The host is charming and kind. Ready to offer suggestions for the area. It's a very convenient spot for the ring road - just down the road from Goðafoss, and close enough to Mývatn to be a good base for exploring that area.
The apartment was a bit warm in the hot weather (could choose between shades or ventilation, but that's expected in such unusual weather. It was otherwise very comfortable. Be aware that there is no TV. This might be a negative for some, but we didn't mind that.

The breakfast is made with love - pancakes! It is simple but good. Helga the host is also nice to talk to and gives tips on what to do. For me she also filled my thermo with hot water several times. Definitely a like as I drink tea during my drives and hikes :-)
Walls are kind of thin. I could have heard the other guests easily. But luckily they were very quite. As this does not seem to be a place where party people stay I think no guest will be disturbed by this.
