Old Church Coach House is a semi-detached converted coach house in the village of Church Leigh set in the grounds of the owner's home. The property has three double bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps six people. The sitting room has a designer fireplace and the open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and French doors that open out on to a sheltered courtyard and garden. There is off road parking for three cars included. Old Church Coach House is a luxury cottage and is a fantastic base for couples or for families in a beautiful part of Staffordshire.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio to rear and side with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Restaurant 1 mile.

Town: Steeped in history and situated at the southern end of the Peak District, is the lovely village of Church Leigh with a beautiful Norman church. With Uttoxeter Racecourse and Alton Towers within very easy reach, this is a lovely village for a holiday.
