Great for families, close to Black Forest attractions.

Clean and comfortable, easy to use kitchen.

We came for 8 nights and were provided with towels and other amenities for 2-3 nights. When asked for more, we were told that they supply it only for the beginning, but after requesting for more, we received more towels.

Clean and spacious, nice location.

Great location in a small friendly town. Underground parking available and apartment clean and spacious. Kid friendly walks around and easy commute to other places to explore. Close to rail tracks but trains don’t bother.

Some furniture was starting to look a little tired and the beds were very hard.

The exact location, view (a wall) and the garden was really small. The furniture was really basic, but ok.

We would stay here again. Cleanliness is most important to us, so this place was great:)

The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for cooking etc. The location is good for visiting Freiburg, the Black Forest, and Alsace. Endigen is a very cute little town!

The only thing that could be better is adding ceiling fans as it was quite hot for sleeping. Bathroom air vents also do not seem to be common in Germany so it got very hot and steamy in the bathroom.

while booking , it was not mentioned that we have to pay extra 8 euro per day for Dog.

Very poor

Staff is so bad. Because of an error, which could have been prevent if they pay more attention on their customers, they dealt with us like we were dishonest people and we had tried to cheat them. Then they accused us to leave the flat dirty when this is not true, and it's unacceptable. Altough, they said they had bed linen, but when we arrived there were only some seedy blankets and flat pillows. I was also missing more cleaning stuff like a mop.

perfect apartment for family , specialty if you want visit Europe park.

i will say everything was perfect , finding the place, checking in, end very clean apartment.

the bed was not comfortable, wish was better one .

Excellent!

The place was very clean, nice and modern. The terrace was very big and even it’s close to the train we were not distributed by it. The apartment is easy to find and everything’s very well explained to be able to enter the apartment with no problem. Every time I messaged the owners they answered fast and in a friendly way. I just found a little impersonal the fact you have no contact with anyone at any moment, but honestly it was not a problem and it was pretty efficient too specially for a short stay like ours. We stayed here in order to be close to EuropaPark and it was perfect. It’s a 20’ drive or less, and you’re close to a Lidl supermarket if you need to buy anything. I would definitely recommend it!

The patio/garden is not enclosed , it lacks a bit of privacy.

All good

The apartment was very clean and functional. Good equipment. Location was great for walks among the vineyards. Welcoming gift was a very nice touch, also the self-check-in worked really nice. Parking place straight in front of the flat.

Communication was a little difficult in the beginning, we got info on pre-payment etc, even it didn't concern us. I felt they just sent automated emails without thinking. Whole communication was very impersonal. We weren't big fans of the big pillows that seem to be common in Germany.
