Отличный вариант

Хорошее место. Гостеприимные хозяева, всем помогут. Завтрак включен, он достаточно большой и вкусный(Кокосовые лепешки, яйца, масло, чай, фрукты) . По желанию можете заказать ужин. Подниматься надо высоко, имейте это ввиду, но зато открывается потрясающий вид. Рекомендую)

A place for young fellas to enjoy the nature.

The view from the terrace, the breakfast , the willingness to serve well by the lady owner though her broken English sometimes was hard to understand and many times she misunderstood us.

The fact that we have to take a long ride tuk tuk in the middle of the road while in fact we could ride the car just to the bottom of the location then walk up a little bit was something that I don't quite understand the owner logic. And there was no hot water enough for 2 persons. The wifi is only ok in the morning.

Schöner Ausblick und super Frühstück!

Das Guest House ist sehr ruhig am Berghang gelegen! Vom Balkon aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick in die umliegende Berglandschaft. Es gab jeden Tag ein sehr großes, leckeres und selbstgekochtes Frühstück! Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber es ist alles da was man braucht! Es wird sogar ein Wäscheservice angeboten und man bekommt die Wäsche schon am nächsten Tag zurück. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsvehältnis!

Im Zimmer war die Feuchtigkeit sehr hoch und das Warmwasser wurde nicht wirklich warm. Das scheint in der Gegend aber nicht unüblich zu sein.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Einheimische!

Die Lage war super, morgens hat man eine tolle Aussieht auf den Sonnenuntergang und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar mit ihrem Auto abgeholt, da wir spät am Abend angekommen sind. Da wir früh abreisen mussten, haben sie uns (und auch für unseren Fahrer) auch ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet. Für low budget Reisende ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Wir haben 19 Dollar für Übernachtung mit Frühstück und Dinner gezahlt. Wer mehr Komfort will, für den ist die Unterkunft vielleicht nicht so geeignet.

Idealne miejsce na błogi wypoczynek w Ella

Wspaniała rodzina. Poza samych noclegiem mozliwość wynajęcia tuk tuka do Lipton Seat oraz uczestniczenia w zajęciach cooking class. I wszystko w bardzo dobrych cenach!!! A śniadania i kolacje - po prostu bajka! :)

Dość daleko do centrum. Raczej tylko w opcji tuk tuk.

Really nice stay at lovely guest house in Ella.

Really good stay at this lovely guesthouse! Very nice owners, comfortable room, nice breakfast/dinner and hot water - had everything we needed for good price so would definitely recommend!

The property isn’t in the centre which is fine for most, it’s around 15 minute walk down from the property but we didn’t try to walk back from the centre as it’s almost all uphill and there’s a lot of stairs once you arrive. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you have lots of luggage or have mobility issues this place might be slightly difficult (of course you can always take tuktuk).

Great stay in a calm Sri Lankese family homestay with a beautiful view.

Everything, the family is so nice and welcoming. They prepare the breakfast and dinner if you wish and it is reallyy good ! (they even took care of us as we were sick :) ). Also, the place is really calm with a little terrace with a nice view to relax and rest close to nature. I would recommend anyone to come here, and it is a great deal !

Splendid views from the house Clean fresh air Friendly host AMAZING dinner, couldn't believe it was for 2 people Spacious room We arrived at the place right before the thunderstorm started and heard the loudest thunder in our whole lives 😁 Amazing experience getting you close to the nature. Also, the host has a lovely dog 🐕

From this acconodation is nice view to mountains but you have to go up a lot of stairs. Room was clear and comfortable. Staff (family) were very kindly, nice and friendly.

Unexpectedly the broad view proved to be one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka so far. A very warm welcome from our hosts and a lovely light large room with a private balcony surrounded by the beautiful hilly landscapes of Ella. Good access to the Ella Rock hike and easy walking distance into Town. Tasty breakfast, great value for money and big smiles all round. :) Highly recommended!

Lovely place!

The first thing we liked was the nice and caring owners. For the price we got more than we expected. We recommend taking breakfast and dinner, you can ask to be cooked when it suits you. Lovely view, especially in the morning. We were welcomed with a smile)

Amazing stay in Ella

Wonderful hosts - you absolutely have to have breakfast AND dinner there. Mandula is a great host and cook and everyone there was just lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s also a bit further away from the main road. And you’ll have a nice view of both little Adam’s peak and Ella rock.

Nice place away from it all

Good view. Nice balcony with a big table - perfect for a digital nomad. Wifi works (alright, it's pretty slow, but not hopeless, and it's Ella, after all, not Colombo). Big, spacious room. Good hosts offering tea every morning. Two fans (unnecessary, since it was chilly at night), electric kettle and extra blanket eagerly provided upon request. Middle of nowhere location - i love it.

High humidity - but it's Ella, it's unavoidable. Tepid water in the shower - probably solar heater, and it was cloudy. Otherwise, all good.

I booked this place after a week in Ella because I wanted to treat myself for the weekend. Turns out it was just pricier. Room was ok (kinda moldy), view was ok, location was ok - it's a really beautiful walk to the city but to go back you'll need a tuk tuk, so you can't be spontaneous, like going back to change/rest in the room etc. So overall okay, had better

Friendliness and hospitality

We enjoyed staying at this place so much! The host is such a nice and friendly woman, she cooked delicious breakfast and dinner for us, we have tried local food thanks to her. She was always eager to help us, even though we spent there just two nights. Thank you for hospitality!

Really cute and thoughtfully furnished room, pleasant hosts, huge breakfast. And of course the balcony with the view is just amazing.

It's a bit far from the city centre, but in return you get a beautiful view.
