Heerlijke sfeer, prachtige styling! Super netjes en super vriendelijke medewerkers!
Alles was helemaal top

The hotel setting was lovely. Room was comfortable and spacious. Property was well maintained. Food and drink was quite expensive, but really good quality. Staff were really helpful and attentive.
The location meant that we had to use a lot of taxis which became a bit of an expense.

Amazing accommodation, every detail is really well finished. Room with balcony on the garden, very quite, far from the loud music of Tulum beach.
Perfect place to disconnect with the word and perfect base for excursions. Breakfast super, fresh ingredients! Mara and the rest of the staff are kind and really look after their Guests. One of the best concierge!

It was nicely maintained and offered value for money room options as compared to other properties based in Tulum
The property could have some mosquito problems but the reception was kind enough to keep a bug spray to be used !
The in-house restaurant was a little on the higher side of prices

Very unique hotel, our room with a private plunge pool was super cool and good value for money overall. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Only minor improvements: A lot of the trees are over grown and you need to bend under and wander around as you go through them as you walk to avoid touching them. It’s a very cool atmosphere but you get a lot of bites from the bugs near them so you need to walk around them. The breakfast included option we booked; only includes one plate, juice & tea/coffee - no buffet of fruit, juice, pastries. You can only choose basic juices, not the special juice, 1 coffee/tea and one plate. It’s not bad but I think there’s no harm in having fruit/pastries to mix and match. Also, there is a lot of glass bottles used in the room and bathroom/shower and the surfaces are uneven small wooden shelves, we were very nervous of them falling and breaking as we could have gotten cut badly so I think a switch to a more durable bottle would be worthwhile.

Honestly the hotel was beautiful and relaxing, we loved that we could also use the bardo pool at night with no time closure. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable.
The hotel is close to the main road of tulum pueblo but a too long walk to attractions . We ended up taking taxis or buses to more around.
The people above our flat had a small baby and unfortunately woke us up every day at 6:00 in the morning moving all the furniture, but it’s a family friendly hotel so it’s understandable. Just something to consider.

The property is beautiful. Almost feels like you’re in a forest. The staff peeps were extremely accommodating and helpful at all times.
I also availed the Spa services and loved the experience.
Definitely coming back on my next visit.
Our room/ villa was amazing but just a little far from the main hotel entrance/ area. We didn’t mind the walk because it was safe but would definitely suggest to put some more lights around the path just for clear visibility at night.

The property is so unique and relaxing! Every small detail added to the experience from the trees, candles lit every night, decorations and especially the staff who goes above and beyond to help improve your vacation. The hotel staff (especially concierge) went above and beyond to help us find restaurants, tours, beach parties & make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Restaurant staff, house keepers and security always greet you with a warm smile & a good day ◡̈ I could go on about our wonderful vacation here for days, Thank you Una Vida for a much needed and amazing trip.

What a dream! Una Vida is the perfect place to stay in Tulum, an intimate boutique-style hotel ideally located in the jungle and within a 5-10 minute taxi to town or a short bicycle ride (you can rent bikes for free from the front desk.) Highly recommend it for adults looking for a quieter getaway or downtime between their explorations.
We celebrated our wedding at Kima, a beautiful venue only a 5-minute drive away so location was perfect. Great place for groups traveling together who want their privacy but also a common area to hang out at. We had 30 guests staying here with us and enjoyed being able to gather at the pool here and at Bardo (the sister hotel on property).
The guest experience managers were readily available through WhatsApp, booking us dinner reservations, taxis, and excursions. They were willing to go above & beyond to make our stay special and effortless. They'll deliver filtered drinking water when you need it and even provided me with a Nespresso machine upon request. HUGE thank you to Mara, Daniella, and Guido for making our stay what it was.
We stayed in a tropical king suite with a plunge pool. Our room was small but felt so private, quiet, and comfortable, with lovely decor, and it was very clean. The plunge pool was great to cool off in between activities. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and bathtub. Ours was on a screened-in private porch.
It's not a big restaurant on the property, more of a counter and a couple of outdoor tables but the option for room delivery was perfect and it was convenient to have it all available on-site when we needed it. Bardo had a bit more space if you prefer to sit for your meals. And the food and cocktails at both were all delicious!
We loved the daily yoga offerings and additional experiences. I highly recommend the sound healing experience, we booked a private session with six of us women on my wedding morning — it was a transformative experience I'll always cherish.
Due to the bathrooms opening to the outdoor shower in some room types, they don't have AC and can get quite warm (but the split AC unit in the bedroom kept us cool).
There were a couple of price discrepancies with experiences and taxis, so as always be aware and confirm before booking or getting in a taxi.

We loved our stay at Una Vida! The hotel is beautifully decorated and offers an amazing atmosphere ! It’s very calm and quite. Our room was very spacious! Everyone at the hotel is super friendly and helpful! Especially Arti and Daniela were great at giving us recommendations on where to go and what to do!

I love this hotel. It feels like a true oasis. The staff is so friendly and they made me feel like I was at home. The concierge team, Arti and Daniela, were assertive in making sure I had everything I needed and were always available to help with anything. Santos, who works at the restaurant was so great! Always cheerful and greeted me good morning for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the rainfall-style shower and the basic toiletries that were provided. I will definitely stay here again.

The place is really beautiful, the staff is just amazing.
The food is really average for this type of hotel... Plus it is the first time in Mexico that we have taxes on top of the prices that are given but i believe this is the case everywhere in tulum (it's more USA than Mexico....)

beautifully decorated, very serene, relaxing and elegant.

The design is timeless, elegant and luxurious. From the minute we walked it we felt transported into an oasis. The linens were exquisite, pottery, soaps- all perfect. Also the food and drinks were next level. The staff took care of us impeccably well.
We chose to come during a festival so to no fault of the hotels- it was noisy during the night.

The food was wonderful, the staff were so attentive and helpful. It was a lovely, small hotel. Beautiful property in Tulum town. We would go back for sure!

Beautiful hotel by night and day, everywhere.
Cleaning room is very good, people are very kind.
Restaurant is delicious.
The perfect place to discover Tulum’s area.
I don’t understand why the price on the menu of the restaurant is not the price you will pay.
I don’t talk about the service/tip but about taxes from nowhere, it’s strange.
I don’t care about the price because it’s not so expensive even it is not the price of Tulum, but I just want to pay 300 pesos if the price is 300 pesos (I will add obviously the service/tip, that’s not the trouble ).
Another stupid thing, you will be charge 8000 pesos in check-in bill at arrival for… I still don’t understand, balance is done at check-out but all these things should not be.
This is holidays not a John Charles Fields test !

Relaxing and comfortable pool area and hotel grounds. Very clean. Staff was SO helpful with recommendations (restaurants, beach, beach club, day trips). Also great location to have a rental car and also be able to walk to local restaurants.

The staff was incredible! I I was traveling solo and got sick and the staff was very attentive, arranged for a doctor at no cost and frequently checked in with me. I really felt like it was a home away from home. I already miss Daniela and Ary!
Then there’s the property which is lovely. The pool is even heated in the morning. Plus you have access to the other hotel which has a great pool.
The rooms are very spacious and have water for drinking provided.
It’s a little off the beaten path so walking in the evening isn’t ideal. With this location I would rent a scooter or rv.

The staff is amazing and very accommodation you also have access to the sister property and their restaurant. Leo and Pricella provided exoccipital service.

it’s a beautiful place where you feel like home. they meant on everything. it’s very clean and they do everything to make you feel like home.
the only thing that we didn’t like was a location but we were already aware of that in reviews. But when you figure out where is everything that it’s not so bad.

Where do I even begin? This place is a dream! From the second you enter the property, you’re transported into what seems an alternate universe. The flickering tea lights and Copal scent set the mood for tranquility and peace. We were greeted by Daniela at the Reception, who with her knowledge and charisma, quickly became our favorite person. She was professional, thorough and witty. She personally gave us a tour of the facilities and explained all the fabulous amenities on site (which include the use of the adjacent sister property, Bardo, and its insanely perfect tempered pool, restaurant, bar and spa). Our room was equipped with a safe, a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet and attractive bathroom. The plunge pool was an added perk, surrounded by beautifully manicured bamboo and greenery. Jonathan, also at the Reception, was just as helpful, reserving taxis and encouraging the use of complimentary bicycles to explore the neighboring Cenotes. The food was equally satisfying. Breakfasts were nothing short of fantastic - From the homemade Papaya marmalade, the perfectly poached-eggs over artisan bread and a spread of sliced avocado, to the freshly brewed cappuccinos and fluffy hot cakes, to the freshly squeezed orange juice and detox green juice, it was heaven. For dinner, we enjoyed their Spinach-filled raviolis over a buttery and light tomato sauce were delicious, as well as their pork belly tacos. Leo, Alejandro, Jarvin, the entire staff and chefs at the restaurants were splendid - thank you for your hospitality. You made us feel right at home. All in all, we will miss Una Vida and Bardo, and eagerly anticipate our next stay (hopefully later this year.)
Nothing had to say except we wish we could have stayed longer!
