No variety on the breakfast selection.

Location is superb! Accessible to all main attraction of Baguio. Service is amazing and the hotel has a basement garage.

I rented two Prestige Suites for the 4 of us. Both were large comfortable; loved the cleanliness! Showers were very hot and modern too. I liked the small number of rooms and intimate feeling. I also felt very safe in the hotel. The location was amazing! We will definitely recommend it to others! My elderly father loved it. Having the restaurant in the same building was very convenient. We loved it and where there twice for lunch and dinner. I also liked the plated breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!
I rented two prestige suites, but they were greatly different for the same price. One room had no windows and very little light, but ended up have a day bed with trundle which I did not know would be in the room. My father still liked it very much since his driver had the day bed. But if i had known there was a day bed in the room, than I would not have gotten the 2 bed room, and instead booked the queen or king for my father. The second Prestige room was exactly what I expected .

Inside the city.
Elevator is to busy and crowded

The location is very near Session Rd and Burnham Park
The bathtub/jaccuzzi is not functioning well.

This hotel had a great location near restaurants and attractions. We had a large suite and it was well decorated, and the breakfast area and staff was excellent
It was called a one bedroom suite but there was not an extra room, just a partial wall. Overall though it was excellent

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Baguio that has a bath tub! Especially if we factor in the price and location of the hotel. They really do provide all the things they say in their booking page, e.g. slippers, complete toiletries, complimentary drinks(bottled water & coffee) etc. oh yeah there was complimentary breakfast too
I think one of the best things about this place is its location. If you need a pharmacy, there’s a Watson just beside it and then the other side you have a grocery store, Puregold supermarket. If you want reasonably priced food in big servings there’s Good Taste Restaurant and others within the vicinity. Burnham park is also just across
During the night some critters like baby roaches appears

Fortune Restaurant was good.
Old style hotel

The room was superb for its price and it had a great view of SM Baguio. I believe all their rooms have bath tubs and the bathroom was spacious! The free breakfast is at Fortune Restaurant which is located just in the same building. Choices were silogs and other usual breakfast sets with unli coffee and juice. The lobby was a feast for the eyes having so much artworks displayed. The receptionists always greet you with a smile! The location is very accessible to public transportation, there's a jeepney terminal just in front and taxis usually pass by. Popular restaurants nearby are Good Taste, Samgyupsalamat, and Cafe by The Ruins. Burnham Park and Night Market is just walking distance as well. Even Session Road and other areas is walkable if you have better stamina than me! There's a grocery, pharmacy, variety store, eatery, and bank just a few steps away. Overall, we pretty much enjoyed our stay here. Definitely going back!
Bath tub needs some maintenance checking since there are leaks.

Cleanliness, presentation, comfy, and location of the hotel. Paragon Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and roomy. The beds are comfortable, really comfortable 😊. The bathroom is also very clean. I had a lovely bath on my first night, which is perfect after a tiring journey from Manila..
Burnham Park is a short stroll away, too!
I highly recommend this hotel. Whether long or short, stay.
The only flaws I can say is the front of the hotel is quite busy as it's a station for PUJ but it didn't really affect me as my room is so comfy.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from Good Taste, Watsons, Coffee and Tails. Burnham Park is a few minutes walk and the room provided a nice view overlooking the iconic Baguio scenery. It was also a nice feeling soaking in the tub after a busy Baguio day. You can opt to open the curtains and gaze out to the busy Baguio street nearby or the greenery of Burnham Park.
There was a miscommunication between their front desk and cleaning staff that I was sent up to my room even if it was not made up yet after the previous occupants left. It was sorted out in about 30 minutes, but still. Aircon does not reach the cool relaxing temp inside the massive room. Glasses in the sink appears to have not been cleaned/changed for quite some time. There was an iron and ironing board but the iron was defective. A little table where you can eat snacks/meals would have been great.

I was given a room without window - to be precise, there was a window, outside the window was a wall. The room had absolutely no naturall light coming in. It was so suffocating. The hotel should mention such conditions on selection of rooms... There are other rooms with proper view in the same category of room, but when I requested to change, they were ready to charge me much higher charges. The way staff responded was not expected of this class of hotel. On top of this, they gave me wrong invoice at check out, and I was almost made to pay for some other room with higher charge.

Location and good parking.
Small bed. Poor breakfast. Room with "prison" view although we booked the room more than month before arrival and asked for view.

the location is great, close to the Market and Burnham Park
no complimentary water, coffee and tea inside the room. when I requested, they said they’re not providing coffee and tea because they’re just recuperating for their loss during the pandemic. I think those are basic hospitality necessities for guests. The TV is at the middle of the room which is not child friendly.

Excellent staff and service. Central location. Easy parking.
No info for local services (taxi, laundry, etc). Heavy traffic area for driving. Not easiest place to hail taxi.

the only good thing about the hotel is the it’s location which is around 5-10 mins walk from all touristic areas . as the town is suffering the heavy traffic almost the whole day , being able to walk to different locations was very time saving .
the hole is very old and bad maintained! the rooms are noise , walls are thin and you can hear everything from others’ rooms! no constant hot water for taking a bath ! very poor wifi . I saw a small bug in the toilet !
The staff are very cold , even at the time of check out at 6:50 am , when our car was waiting for us outside we asked for only 2 cups of coffe ( breakfast was included in the room price) they refrained and only said that breakfast is served only from 7 onward !
The breakfast was A la cart and only few options that we didn’t like any of it !
