Obiekt wymaga remontu w tym pokój w którym podczas deszczu leciała woda z sufitu i zalewała łóżko naszego dziecka. Pokój 8114. Basen jest średnio zadbany - widać zielone glony. Ręczniki plażowe wielokrotnie w plamach. Plaza bardzo przeciętna. Ogrom sportów wodnych i zapachu spalin.

The all inclusive package was great, need not to worry about where and what to eat/drink. The property well presented and room was clean with comfortable bed.
Deco & furniture looks a bit old need something more modern or trendy

Lovely hotel and staff were very nice. Plenty of places to eat outside if your not all inclusive. Great massage inside and out of hotel.
People smoking or vaping around pool and entertaining area

maybe some maintain needed for some spaces thats all

great poolside bar, nice place to meet people. friendly staff. full board all inclusive package is pretty decent spacious rooms
only local liquors included in silver package but friendly staff is willing to make even signature cocktails with the local liquors. Food could have been 5-10% better but can't complain too much.
poolside chairs are mostly blocked by some towel reservation system, so can be a bit hard to get one.

We stayed at SOL Melia for 1 week during our 2 werk stay to Bali. 2 Adults and 1 toddler (2yo) The resort was lovely and quiet. The private beach clean and calm. The pool was great too with a smaller kids pool. We stayed in a family room which gave us heaps of space for our toddler to keep busy. Room was very spacious and clean. Really loved that they filled the mini bar once a day (included in package)
The food at the resort was on the average side. Breakfast was great but not the best lunch and dinner/room service.
Found ourselves going to Bali Collection to eat.
They also didn't tell us about a private function that went for 2 days that was extremely noisy late at night with music and loud speakers. It also closed the main breakfast area and guests had to eat breakfast out side which wasn't great with all the flys.

I actually can’t think of anything other than aircon In the room
This could take a while, staff didn’t really seem to no what was going on half of the time, the rooms never got cleaned just new towels. The food was shocking and the whole place looks in need of a refurb…..
I would never return to this hotel, plenty of other a lot nicer just around the corner

The all inclusive package worked for us. The location was great with good beach access. Staff were very friendly and the whole resort had a comfortable relaxed vibe.
The pool facilities (i.e. the changing rooms/toilets) needed upgrading.

At AUD 136.00 for a Junior suite beachfront it was good value for money. Friendly staff always willing to help but without being pushy.
Yep place is getting tired but is still clean and usable. Still good value for money for what we paid.

the beach area is nice and calm.
my room was clean and the man who cleaned it was very nice and did a good job.
I sent 25 items for laundry, most was underwear with 3 shorts, 2 shirts, 1 bathing suit and a sweater. to my shock they charged me $68 for it. yes, I said 68$! I was shocked. I’ve been traveling through Bali a month and the most I’ve paid at a fancy resort was $10 for double of what I washed here. when I spoke to the staff about it they told me that they sent the laundry outside and that’s why it was ridiculously expensive. never again! be careful if you do laundry here, it will cost you and arm and a leg.
The food at the restaurant was terrible. the first night I chose to try the buffet dinner, it cost 350,000$ rupiah. well, they served me raw, bloody chicken. Nobody was coming to check on me so after a while, I got up to alert the staff. there was no apology, they simply said they would alert the kitchen. they left my plate there. I did notice that the removed the rest of the chicken and put it back on the bbq. I’m glad they did,.
the staff never came back, I couldn’t order anything to drink. The mosquitos were terrible and there were rats running around while I ate.
the 2nd night I ate at the restaurant where they serve breakfast. I arrived, sat down and after 15 mins nobody came to greet me or give me a menu. There were only 2 other tables inside which were getting served but nobody acknowledge me. I finally went to ask for a menu. I had a terrible dinner, 4 tiny shrimp for 100,000 rupiah and I had the mahi mahi which was old and overcooked, served with boiled potatoes. It was tasteless and old. I got sick that night, prob the old fish.
3rd night, I came back late for a tour and ordered a pizza, thinking, it would be fresh and it would taste ok as it’s simple to make. I was wrong! lol. I order toppings, they gave me different ones and it was just bad. I was defeated at this point and just went to bed.

The room was disgusting smelly from black mould. I struggled to breath my face all swollen up breathing in the back mould. The food extremely limited for a five star hotel. The flies in the enclosed eating area is disgusting The area nothing do to.. The whole building needs a deep clean the black mould also on the outside.. compare a real 5 star hotel in nusa Westin compare this a massive difference. Will never stay there afain
