Okay for the price, Customer Service refused to refund an extra within 14 day cancellation period

Great location, easy access, clean.

Customer Service refused to refund an extra I needed to be cancelled even though I was well within the 14 day cancellation period. The appartment is fine on first look but could use a little maintenance: e.g. Bedroom had no doorknob, so when shutting the door it could only be opened by force. Curtains could not be properly closed in the bedroom. Kind of loud as there are currently some construction sites nearby and a school is located across the street, thankfully not on the bedroom side though.

Great place to stay in Helsinki

Location is great, 15-20 min walking to most of attractions. And the central train station is nearby, as well as tram stop. The place is nice and clean - totally recommend! The support team was also reactive with their replies!

Sinon, je garde un bon souvenir d'Helsinki car c'est un pays apaisant.

Si vous ne connaissez pas bien internet, que vous ne l'avez pas sur votre téléphone et que vous ne parlez pas anglais... C'est mort donc mieux vaut ne pas aller là-bas ! Je me suis battue, corps et âme : j'ai appelé la société qui gérait la location de mon studio, le 112, la police, Booking et, même l'Ambassade car, durant 2h, j'ai bien cru que j'allais dormir dans le hall de cet l'immeuble ! Ensuite, j'ai eu la chance inouïe de rencontrer une femme trilingue, donc parlant Finlandais, Anglais et Français puis une jeune fille, qui maitrisait parfaitement internet : à elles-deux, elles ont débloqué ma situation. En fait, bien que financièrement tout était réglé depuis 15 jours, il manquait au bailleur ma pièce d'identité et ma photo pour recevoir ce fameux "code d'accès"... Situation bien compliquée et plutôt stressante et ce, même si j'étais une vieille cliente sans histoire de Booking !

This was an one bedroom apartment. Its excellent. Kitchen and bathroom and shower facilities are awesome. kamppi is prime location of the Helsinki. It’s easy to move any where . we loved it.

We were family, thats why need king size or double beds not 2 single beds.

Excellent location but overall disappointing

Excellent location - very near a main metro station and was able to walk back from the stadium after a concert! Beds were comfy and shower was good.

Checking in put a downer on the start of our holiday. We were told a code would be sent at 16.00. There were lots of us outside waiting. At 16.03 I got a message to say the room wasn't ready yet. I called customer service at 16.50 to be told still not ready. I called again at 17.20 when there was just us and one other group left and was finally given the code to enter but when we went into the room the cleaner was still in there! It was pretty obvious there was just the one cleaner doing every room at a time and ours was one of the last... room was very basic/minimal with no warmth in terms of decor. No coffee or tea supplied (but there was random pasta sauce and a kiwi left in the fridge). I wouldn't stay again.

definitely i would recommend Forenom apartments!

clean, strong wifi, good balcony, equipped kitchen, warm bathroom!

elevator was rather small, however in a perfect working condition!

Comfortable to stay there :)

Great location, very easy to get inside, cleaned well, good equipment, spacious. It is just alright :)

Sometimes they could check if everything is working (bulbs etc.), from time to time there is something broken, but not a big deal so far :)

The room was booked for 3 people, but bedsheets and towels was prepared only for 2. Beds are not comfortable. Also it was very difficult to verify identity

It was close to the city. The property was clean.

Both the Beds and sofa bed uncomfortable. The sofa bed was broken, had a ditch in the middle and both the single beds were hard and difficult to sleep on. The kitchen and bathroom was good. Just needed tea towels for the kitchen. There was no instructions to operate the washing machine and dishwasher. Also where to put the rubbish. we had to find it ourselves. I have stayed here before, and it was in much better condition.

A wonderful 5 days in the apartment.

The apartment had everything I needed for a most comfortable and pleasant stay. Beautifully placed; trams and supermarkets close by, but could walk almost every where.

Ha! I always like to buy flowers wherever I stay. The apartment did not have a vase, but the coffee pot did the trick!

Very, very poor quality of customer service. I don't recomend.

Large spacious apartment in a great location. The entire city center of Helsinki is within walking distance.

Very, very poor quality of customer service. Before arrival, there is a lot of information about additional services that can`t be purchased and information about the need to clean the apartment before check-out. Some nonsense. It is necessary to send a photo of an ID card and a selfie. We had a reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival, 3 sets of bed linen and 2 sets of towels were waiting for us. Inability to call the customer service department. Very late reply to written messages. The problem was not solved until the end of the stay. Dust and dirt under the bed and behind the TV. Dirty in the bathroom. The apartment was badly cleaned. Lack of interest in the issue after returning despite filling out the satisaphaction questionnaire. Everything is managed by a large real estate operator (apartments all over Scandinavia). A single client is ignored.

Besides location everything else was below mediocre

The location was great and convenient

All the rest. the room was totally not like the photos and there was damage in the kitchen counter and doors. the booking was for 2 people and they gave us a single bed with a single towel set and pillow set. Unfortunately when we asked about it they said they will bring it, something that never happened during our 2 nights stay. For us the experience was bad, considering that they didn't also have thick curtains so there was sunlight all night in our room, considering that the metal blinds were not closing sufficiently.

Fantastic modern and clean apartments, with a lot of amenities. Great Location.

This is my 3rd time staying in this apartment block, 2nd time since it has been "Forenom" - I think these are wonderful apartments in central Helsinki. Super easy key code system (I tend to get into Helsinki quite late so this is absolutely ideal for me). When I did have questions on the apartment before stay - they were very quick getting back to me via email. Well equipped Kitchen - we made food each day on our stay and had all utensils we needed. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tables and laundry detergent - all provided. Very clean and modern fixtures in the apartment. There is a lift if you end up accidently doing a lot of shopping and of course makes it easier with luggage. The apartment is very very big - I have stayed just as 2 people, easily you can fit 4 but the bedroom is separated from the lounge with a thin door. However the layout of each apartment is different so some more accommodating than others. This one had a single and and a sofa bed in the lounge and a double in the bedroom. T Location: 10-15 walk to the very centre oh Helsinki, but you are within 5 minutes from Kamppi Metro, shopping centre and bars. An Alepa supermarket is minutes away but you also have a larger Lidl, K Supermarket within 5 minutes walk in the shopping centre.

These are really small things: No wine glasses We had no shower gel on this occasion - I am sure we have had previously slight curtain issue - that it does not quite cover the window.
