Helsinki OK

Bardzo blisko Dworca Kolejowego z którego szybko i komfortowo można jechać m.in. na Lotnisko za 4,10 € . Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Hotel cichy, śniadania skromne, mało owoców, ale smaczne, zwłaszcza chleb z chrupiącą skórką. Polecam.

Nie podobał mi się stopień wysoki do łazienki, to nawet nie próg. Sama łazienka małą, ale bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana i komfortowa.

The breakfast room is bright and airy - the breakfast is great - pity the rest of the hotel is not like this

The whole hotel needs a make over - our room was large - but left a lot to be desired

Podría mejorar.

Está bien situado

La limpieza. Las instalaciones viejas y anticuadas. Demasiado calor en la habitación que no se puede controlar y definitivamente el secador es un insulto. Es algo a tener en cuenta en Helsinki por que salir con el pelo mojado…en fin… el secador no seca. Lo tienen colgado en la pared y listo.

Kaikki toimi mutkattomasti.

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Asiakaspalvelu mitä parhainta❤️

Aamupala oli mielestämme heikentynyt viime syksystä, kaipasimme hedelmiä ja vihanneksia enemmän. Nyt oli esim. hedelmänä vain vesimelonia tarjolla. Toisessa huoneessa viemäri haisi voimakkaasti. Haju hävisi muutamassa tunnissa, kun laskimme lattiakaivoon runsaasti vettä. Myös huoneiston käytävällä haisi viemäri tulopäivänä.

Duschen, den var under all kritik. Vattnet rann ut över hela golvet, draperiet satt fast men dåligt. De har gjort snabba och dåliga jobb. Kanske i väntan på en totalrenovering. Men det behöver inte se så dåligt ut.

śniadanie ekstra, duży wybór i lokalnych i międzynarodowych potraw. Pyszny chleb, kawa i kiełbaski. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko!

Cały hotel wymaga remontu, bo wystrój jest rodem z lat 90tych, ale nie ma co narzekać ! Pojechałam do Helsinek zwiedzać, a nie siedzieć w pokoju, Lokalizacja ekstra

Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä kun huoneessa voi keittää kahvia ja teetä.

Aamiaisella olidi voinut olla enemmän vegaanituotteita.

Ικανοποιητική. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ φτωχό για την τιμή του.

Το δωμάτιο. Τα κρεβάτια, το μπάνιο. Η ντουλάπα. Η θέα!! Λίγες οι κρεμάστρες στην ντουλάπα. Τίποτα για να κρεμάσεις την πετσέτα σου στο μπάνιο. Η σαπουνοθηκη δύσχρηστη . Ο νιπτήρας άβολος δεν είχε χώρο κάτι να ακουμπήσεις. Η ντουζιέρα θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα διαχωριστικό. Μια κούτα χαρτομαντηλα θα ήταν χρήσιμη.

pratique et pas cher

Hôtel simple mais très proche de la gare et du centre. Simplement le minimum pour un prix raisonnable en Finlande. Buffet petit déjeuner varié avec produits locaux et internationaux (on peut facilement y faire un brunch). Bagagerie et accueil sympa.

Déco démodée. Hôtel veillissant mais propre.

Perfecto para una escapada

Perfectamente ubicado a unos 500m de la Estación Central donde se coge el tren para el Aeropuerto y a unos 5-7min andando de la Catedral. Está en pleno centro, pero en una calle tranquila. El Hotel se ve algo anticuado, pero funcional. La habitación, al menos la nuestra, era algo pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. El baño sí que necesitaría un cambio de imagen. Es anticuado y pequeñito, pero suficiente. La sala de desayunos si es moderna y espaciosa. El bufet libre cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un desayuno variado. El personal es amable y resolutivo.

En mi opinión, las habitaciones y zonas comunes ganarían mucho con una reforma siguiendo el estilo de la sala de desayunos.

Accettabile

E' evidente che la struttura è piuttosto vecchia e che comunque c'è stato un ammodernamento delle camere, che sono molto spaziose (nel mio caso una doppia con letti singoli). Pulizia adeguata. Staff gentile e professionale. Colazione buona con proposte per tutti i gusti.

Il bagno è la nota dolente della stanza. Il tubo di scarico del lavandino finisce su uno scarico aperto sul pavimento sul quale finisce anche l'acqua della doccia (non presente piatto doccia, tutto direttamente sul pavimento). Esteticamente brutto, ma la cosa peggiore è che l'acqua praticamente tende a un po' a ristagnare e quindi si crea un'odore di muffa/umido/scarico decisamente poco piacevole.

Dos días en Helsinki

El Hotel esta muy cerca del centro. Es un hotel grande, y las habitaciones son amplias, tienen Tv, baño propio, y aunque escondidos, también hay enchufes cerca de la cama. Las camas son realme te cómodas. Como es típico en los países nórdicos, no tienen persianas, así que si te molesta la luz.. ya sabes.. antifaz! El personal es amable. Y el desayuno no esta nada mal. Hay una sauna en el hotel, pero no puedo opinar, pq no la usamos.

Colazione top, tutto molto buono e abbondante. Avrei aggiunto qualcosina di dolce per mio gusto personale ma 9/10.

Hotel v centru za přijatelnou cenu

Hlavní předností hotelu je lokalita, odkud je celé historické centrum v docházkové vzdálenosti. Check-in fungující 24/7, takže není problém při nočním přistání. Chutná snídaně formou bufetu.

It was very good

I liked breakfast and location is great, in the middle of the centre. Also there are a luggage room what was amazing

Polecam zakup Helsinki City Card. Na 3 dni (72 godziny) w cenie 84 euro.

Znakomita lokalizacja, pięć minut od dworca kolejowego, bardzo charakterystycznego budynku w Helsinkach. Pokój cichy, dobre śniadania, cóż więcej komentować. Polecam każdemu.

Za mało miejsc dla indywidualnych turystów w jadalni. Hotel mógłby wyznaczyć więcej tego typu małych stolików.

Suosittu majoituspaikka hyvällä sijainnilla.

Sijainti erinomainen lähellä käyttämiäni kohteita, kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Aamupala monipuolinen. Aamupalalla ens aamuna hyvät merkinnät, toisena aamuna heikommat (esim juustolaadut). Laukkuvaraston käyttömahdollisuus ennen sisäänkirjautumista ja uloskirjautumisen jälkeen hyvä, lukollinen. Hyvät vuoteet ja vuodevaatteet.

Kulumisen merkkejä kylpyhuoneen ovessa ja kynnyksessä. Liikenteen melu kantautui sisälle, jos ikkuna oli auki (ja kuumalla säällä ikkunan piti olla auki). Booking comin kautta varattuna kokonaishinta edullinen, mutta aamupalaravintolan osuus hinnasta olematon ja käsittämättömän pieni laatuun nähden.

Erittäin hyvä ja kattava aamiainen! Loistava sijainti ja hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdillaan. Toimi erittäin hyvin meidän ryhmälle, jossa oli 10henkilöä.

Meidän ryhmäämme kuului pyörätuolilla liikkuvia henkilöitä ja koska en ollut ikinä aiemmin tilannut invataksia Helsingissä (en ole paikkakuntalainen) pyysin apua respasta. Ensimmäiseen taksin tilaukseen sain hyvin apua ja kaikki hoitui hienosti. Kun pyysin toisen kerran apua, sain melko tylyä palvelua respasta. Asiakkaan näkökulmasta olisin toivonut, että respan asiakaspalvelija olisi pyytänyt minua tilaamaan itse invataksin ja antanut siihen numeron. Asia olisi hoitunut hyvin niinkin.

Oikein mukava hotelli

Hyvä aamupala, pirteä ja iloinen henkilökunta, hyvä sijainti. Suht edullinen ja mukava tunnelma.

Olisi hyvä kertoa asiakkaalle selkeästi, että jos varaa saunan, niin huoneen kortti pitää aktivoida respassa, jotta saunan oven saa auki.

Ci può stare!

La posizione era ottima, a 200 metri dalla fermata del tram e a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La stanza era abbastanza calda e super super calda (con -20 gradi fuori, era veramente una salvezza quando si rientrava). La colazione iniziava già dalle 6.30, la parte salata era buona, la parte dolce invece non era molto fornita, però c'erano cose interessanti (porridge, marmellate, ecc) e anche alcuni alimenti gluten free o vegan (es latte d'avena, porridge, pane, marmellate, ecc).

La parte dolce della colazione potrebbe essere più ricca. Il bagno della stanza era piccolo e la doccia non era un granché.

Comfortable and good value

Really happy with our experience at Hotel Arthur. The hotel's location was perfect for us, wanting to get out and explore central Helsinki. The staff were very friendly, and we were pleased when they let us check in early. The building and rooms are a little run down and showing signs of their age, but everything was working and comfortable. Our room was clean,well heated, and the beds were fresh. The bathroom was perfectly adequate too, nice hot shower with great pressure. The included breakfast buffet downstairs was amazing with an impressive variety of nice food and was a great start to a busy day of exploring/activities. Overall Hotel Arthur was great value for money and a good experience.

Onnistunut, sujuva majoittuminen.

Riittävä aamiainen, ylellisyys on turhaa. Keskeinen sijainti junamatkustajalle. Hyvä sänky, huoneessa ei mahdollisuutta parivuoteeseen muodon vuoksi. Hiljainen ja siisti. Huoneeseen pääsi jo aamupäivällä.

Vaikea keksiä mitään parannettavaa. Hissiremontti on ymmärrettävää.
