El trato de el personal fue genial. Desde antes de llegar de España ya estaban en contacto y nos facilitaron un conductor llamado Héctor que fue muy atento con nosotros. Las habitaciones grandes,limpias,cómodas y con un desayuno muy rico que ellos mismos te llevan. Su ubicación es buena, al día siguiente teníamos que ir a cambiar dolares al Banco y comprar una SIM y tiene cerca las dos cosas, fuimos andando sin problemas. Nosotros utilizamos este lugar como trampolín para ir a Ceiba y sin duda a nuestra vuelta volveremos a ir. Lo recomendamos 100%

No podemos quejarnos! Quizas lo q menos por decir algo, es q estan mejorando el Hotel y las escaleras para subir a nuestra habitación (la ultima) eran mas incomodas, pero ellos se encargaron de subir el equipaje lo cual no podemos decir nada malo!! Y supongo es algo momentáneo xq esto es positivo a futuro.

Great hotel in a safe area. Would stay here again!

Quiet location. We felt safe. 5mins walk distance to supermarket. A few restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. We were staying in Room 14. It was clean with comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure. Nice breakfast was delivered to our room at the requested time.

I was in hurry to go to the airport the next morning, really early but I needed to deliver a package to a nearby place that was still closed so, the guy from reception offered to do the errand free of charge, it was just around the corner but still not part of his job. Was a lifesaver for me.

You get what you pay for.

The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and a.c. cold.

Closet cabinet was borderline un-usable because the doors were falling off. The light switches in the room took a lot of poking to work right... And not much for parking. If I wasn't leaving so early the next morning, I would have not had a place to park my truck (parked in someone else's driveway next door).
