Bonito hotel, pero deben mejorar servicio

la ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son espaciosas, baño grande, muy cómodo!

No me gustó que hayamos solicitado desayunos porque salíamos la día siguiente a las 3am, nos dijeron que nos tendrían un desayuno box, pero nos dieron el desayuno incompleto, faltó el desayuno de una persona, nos pusieron yogurt el cual no pudimos comer porque no nos pusieron cuchara, mala coordinación en cuanto a eso y mal calculo de cobro de servicios.

Se me trato de timar con un cambio de dinero por la compra de 2 cervezas en el bar de la piscina, la excusa del gerente es que errar es de humanos pero cuando se hace con intención no es error, un hotel que dista mucho de la calidad de un Hyatt.- Para beber cafe en la habitación ponen vasos desechables lo que hasta en los hoteles de menor precio las tazas son cerámicas. Pagar mas de 130 usd por una noche no vale la pena

Not a place to rest!

Comfortable bed

There was an event on Wednesday! the dance floor was right in front of the window. They told me that the party would last no more than 10 pm, it lasted until 1 am. Many people were very upset and rightly so, we look for those types of hotels to rest... I don't recommend Hyatt SP at all if you go for business.

Not worth the money.

The property is secure and convenient to book.

Our room was dirty. The sheets had blood on them and we had to call 2 times to get them to come change the sheets. They did not offer any additional cleaning or to change our room. No compensation or discount was offered either. To pay almost $300 for a room in Honduras, which is more than the US, is ridiculous for what we got. We almost got stuck on the elevator too. The food is good but the service is very slow. When we sat down at a table they tried to give me a napkin and silverware that had been on the table with previous guests. This was not the first time we stayed here, but not sure we will stay here again.

We’ll located & modern hotel with open air spaces (restaurant pool etc)

The hotel has modern and beautiful amenities with a great living space on the lobby, a nice pool, and fantastic breakfast in the morning that was included in our room fee.

While I nderstand the security reasons to not allow guests in different floors besides theirs this was a challenge given we were a massive group there for a wedding. in this case it would be useful to have all guests part of a bigger group be placed in the same floor as this added a lot of extra time having to come to the lobby to ask for access to a floor. this of course is only of issue if you’re travelling as a group.

Gorgeous clean minimalistic city hotel perfect for travel with children

This hotel is minimalistic and clean. It is so close to the centre and amenities with the mall a couple of doors away. We used the pool and gym a few times and loved the ease to access them and the towels and sun loungers. There is an amazing wide selection of breakfast items on the buffet. A few variations day to day in the cooked items, but always eggs, fruit, pastries, yoghurt and juices. Travelling with 3 small children was easy and a delight here. The staff are so polite and helpful.

great inclusive buffet breakfast

We have a room with 2 double beds. There is lots of storage for clothes and things. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The all inclusive breakfast buffet was nice and gives you a selection of typical Honduran beans and tortillas. There was so much choice including juices, fruit, breads, cooked foods like eggs and pancakes. The pool is located on a rooftop next to the gym which has a good selection of equipment.
