Het zwembad is erg mooi, zo ook het strandje.
Harde muziek bij de bar als je wilt lunchen of wat drinken.

The buffet breakfast and food
The unexpected extra charge at arrival to the hotel. The too many dogs fallowing us everywhere and flies on the food.

Secluded beach for residents only and food was tasty. Beach drink service was good and promptly.
Some maintenance was being done on the beach, and was very annoying due to the exhaust smoke produced from a generator.

One of the better places to stay in Tierra Bomba. Nice pool, friendly people and a restaurant. Pool is excluded from really loud music (which is common for all places in Tierra Bomba as it is a party Island during the day for local people)
Bed sheets weren't spotless. Uncomforable blankets to sleep under. And unromantic bright lighting in room. Also wifi didn't work in the room.

Patricia and the spa excellent massage 💆♂️
Your dock host, Tony Montana, aggressively pushes drugs upon arrival. Your security guard broke into my room, stealing the safe. & Today, the business manager called me to tell me I was 254,000 cop overpaid while exchanging cash.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated getting an upgraded room.
The beach had trash on it. The water had trash in it. We didn't want to go swimming and that's what we went there for.

The ambience and the DJ!
The bed. It was uncomfortable.

Me gusto la atencion la limpieza las instalaciones y su hermosa playa

The cabanas were heavenly, spacious, private, with a bathroom fit for a king!
There is some occasional smell of sewage passing through the property near the pool, certainly unpleasant but it’s not constant and only in a particular area. Some construction is going on as they are making renovations to make it better, can be noisy.

Has a nice Beach the food was good the service was slow but friendly
The room looked ike a large prison cell
The beds were comfortable they kept it clean but the music at the beach was insanely loud I didn't go there to hear reggaeton and went there to hear the waves it seems like they cater more to the people that are day Trippers than the guests of the hotel

Nice room and beds. Loved the breakfasts.
Super expensive and the staff are not friendly if they realize you are not a guest that's spending a whole lot of money in drinks and food inside the hotel.
The location sucks, you're basically stuck inside the hotel with no options to get anything from anywhere else or go out at night.
I had to pay to consume the drinks I took, just to be able to consume them inside the facilities.

The beach life in the day and the quiet in the night.

Is a very nice place to rest and relax. food
was nice and drinks also.
There were a lot of flies all over the shared dinning room. They definitely have to do something about it, it was just so annoying and you can enjoy your meal with all
this flies around.

Beautiful location and exceptional staff
The bar area was closed to guests as there was a wedding for 1 night. On another night, the bar area was hired for a party
9.0
The service and the attentions of the staff were very admirable, they treat you very well and are always ready for your needs. The water on the beach was clean, the accommodations were very adequate, the tents and furniture on the beach were very close to the water and you could rest your feet in the sea water.
The bar was available from very early and with very exquisite drinks. The entertainment from the staff was fabulous and water games at very low prices. this is a great place to enjoy.
the only issue was a low speed internet, but with a lot of fun in the resort there is not to much need of the wi-fi.
