Mary was very responsive and flexible in helping us book dates for an out of town job my company did in Chapel Hill. It's always nice to have a place that feels like home when you travel.

Mary’s place is wonderful. Very spacious and homey. The kitchen had everything you might need, including spices and olive oil. And there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets for the 10 of us. It is comfy, spacious and really close to UNC.

Great home to accommodate grandparents for UNC graduation. We LOVED the back porch, it's the perfect gathering space. Convenient to campus. If I could be so fortunate to have another UNC grad, I'd stay there again.

This was our second stay at Mary's wonderful house in Chapel Hill. The house was very clean, and it had everything our family of five (plus dog) needed for a week-long stay. Grocery stores (Wegman's, Whole Foods) are close, as are a wide variety of restaurants. Mary was very responsive to all communications. Highly recommended.

We appreciated being able to stay in Mary’s house for only one night as 5 bedrooms is a lot to flip for one night!! The house was very spacious, the living room was cozy and comfortable and perfect for our family to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home in a very nice/quiet neighborhood. We were allowed an early check in at 1:00pm and Mary allowed us to return on the day we checked out to retrieve an item that we had left behind. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Thank you, Mary!

This home in Chapel Hill was very comfortable. My adult daughter and her family stayed upstairs (4 bedrooms) while the grandparents stayed on the first floor. The house had a study and family room downstairs as well as a large screened porch. The yard and neighborhood were shaded with mature trees. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. A trail to a city park was about 1 mile away and a bike path about 1/2 mile away. The neighborhood was conveniently located to several grocery stores. The location provided easy access to both Chapel Hill and Durham. The house had a very well equipped kitchen along with small toys our 4 year old loved.

For Christmas I got my 5 sons tickets to the Carolina-State basketball game. I decided to find a place on VRBO for us to stay. This place was perfect! 5 rooms, six beds, nice family room, grill for cooking, fire pit for quality time, and hot tub for relaxation. Mary the owner couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. This is a great spot if you’re in Chapel Hill!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Chapel Hill. We were in town for my brothers graduation from Duke and were very happy with our choice of where we stayed. The property is a a quiet beautiful neighborhood with deer that will come eat in the backyard a couple times a day. We enjoyed feeding them. There 6 adults and 2 children staying here and there was still plenty of room leftover. I would definitely stay here again if we ever came back into town. The owner was a true joy to deal with and everything we needed was at the house 5 stars all day long.

This house was ready for us. From beds already made to ground coffee in the canister. We have never felt more welcomed in any of the places we have rented. Friends in the came to visit us, quiet escape from wedding madness traveling with a 3 year old- a wonderful place for a 4 night stay.

Mary's house was a great "home base" for our family's week-long trip to Chapel Hill. Convenient access to Whole Foods and Wegman's, quiet and cool/funky older neighborhood, wonderful property with everything you'll need, and a responsive host. Who could ask for anything more? We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
