A perfect place for a city break.

Beautiful property for an amazing price. Had everything down to an hair straightener and even a scissor. The manager was very accommodating and friendly. And there was so many extras that really made the stay luxurious.

It was a brilliant property. Nothing I didn’t like.

Weekend a Cracovia

Posizione 4 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Appartamento molto bello, super accessoriato. C'è perfino la piastra per i capelli. Il proprietario gentilissimo ti aiuta per qualsiasi cosa. A disposizione gratuita latte, succhi, acqua in bottiglia, caffè e thè. Letto grande e comodissimo. Tutto perfetto

Perfect location!

The location was perfect, the room was large and comfy the bathroom is well-designed. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. I also loved the free water and access to netflix.

I didn't enjoy the sound of the floor, but it's a tiny detail. I loved everything else.

Perfect apartment for a holiday in the beautiful city of Krakow.

Modern and spacious apartment in a beautiful old building just a short walk from the centre of the old town - the perfect location for a Krakow getaway. Our host, Krzysztof, went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable at all times, including helping us to retrieve our missing luggage. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Bardzo ładny lokal, czuć na każdym kroku dbałość o klienta, blisko centrum, kamienica bardzo zadbana, darmowy parking. szybka reakcja gospodarzy na kontakt telefoniczny. Super miejsce polecam bardzo. sama skorzystam ponownie z wielką przyjemnością.

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location for walking into the main square and for transport links. The host Krzysztof’s attention to detail is impeccable. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The building and apartment were spotless and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower with everything you need for your stay. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It was simply superb 👌

Superappartement op superplek

Beste plek net buiten het drukke toeristische oude stadscentrum. Rustig, geweldig en leuk restaurantje om de hoek voor ontbijt/lunch/diner. Alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben in appartement. Prachtig oud pand met hoge plafonds. Gratis parkeren op prive-terrein.

Excellent place to stay

It's one of those instances where the room is actually better than in the pictures. Everything was great - clean, newly renovated, good bedding and toiletries, excellent location, private parking and friendly host.

It was raining a lot, however most likely not the owner's fault :)

החדר יש בו כל מה שצריך ,דאגה לכל הפרטים בנדיבות ,כולל מים מינרלים ,מיץ טבעי במקרר ,מכונת קפה . המיקום מעולה במרחק הליכה מהכל . החדר נוח מאוד ,בחרנו חדר עם מרפסת עם נוף לחצר פנימית .נקי מאוד .

למרות שלנו לא הפריע אבל חשוב להדגיש שהדירה /חדר נמצאת בקומה שלישית ואין מעלית . המארחים עזרו לנו להעלות ולהוריד את המזוודות והיו מאוד נעימים

Great comfy place to explore krakow!

Great location just outside the old town, very convenient for exploring the city. Free parking is included which is super handy. Host is very friendly and informative. Place itself is big and clean, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and big bath! Even has free netflix!! Host also provides free drinks juices and snacks which was not expected but super nice. Communication is quick and sufficient. Very satisfied with our stay and will recommend to everyone who comes to visit Krakow.

Geniale Unterkunft für eine Stadtbesichtigung

Super Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Restaurants und Kneipen gleich um die Ecke. Ausstattung ebenfalls klasse, Kaffee Wasser, Tee for free, komplette Küchenzeile. Bett, Bad, ausreichend Platz, große Fenster, rundum sehr schön, stilvoll, zum Wohlfühlen Ach ja, Parkplatz im Hof war auch noch dabei, einfach alles, was der Reisende so braucht.

? Da gibt es nichts. Hier könnte man auch locker 1 Woche bleiben.

Best accommodation I’ve stayed in.

The whole experience was A+. I felt like I was at home sitting in my apartment. Beds so comfy. Air con perfect. We can’t express how welcoming the whole experience was. Owners real made us feel so welcome.

A tiny thing. And don’t take the wrong way as it was best place I’ve stayed in a long time. But extra pillows be a nice addition for my preference

Lovely for weekend stay in wonderful city

Great location, walking distance to major sites and good tram links. Such helpful staff answered all our questions. Rooms stylish, clean with high ceilings.

Świetna lokalizacja super że parking jest w cenie i nie przy ulicy tylko na dziedzińcu w kamienicy.

odbiór kluczy na miejscu od zarządcy nieruchomości, bardzo miły i uprzejmy Pan, apartamencik czyściutki, łazienka przytulna i bardzo ciepła, łóżka bardzo wygodne, wspaniała baza na zwiedzanie starego miasta, napewno tam wrócimy :)

Un lugar recomendable, céntrico y con aparcamiento

El personal en recepción muy amable. La cama y las sábanas comodísimas. El espacio amplio y limpio. Tenían una cafetera en la recepción para bajar por la mañana a por un café.

Los estores no eran suficientemente opacos y me despertó la claridad muy pronto. No había cafetera dentro del apartamento.

Fabulous location L

Lovely high ceilings and a spacious feel to the room. Very big shower room and all the appliances you need in the kitchen area. A contemporary decor but in a beautiful traditional apartment building. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of little extra touches like milk and juice in the fridge. The location was just 5 minutes walk from the main square. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.

The only thing is it is up steps and stairs and I saw no lift, so it's not for anyone with mobility issues. Also there was no light in the hallway and stairs area when we returned at night.

Amazing stay after long trips through the city!

We loved the apartment! We parked the car in their own yard which was amazing, after check out we still had 3 hours left before leaving krakow so we kindly asked and they allowed us to leave our car in the yard. Its very well located. Everything is clean and so cozy. We also loved the coffee machine with various capsules, tea, water, juice.. so many little things that makes everyone happy, thank you we will come back :)

Central, clean, comfortable & lovely place

I booked Bentis Apartments at the very last minute due to my travel plans. They were very quick in responding and even though I checked in near midnight, everything went smoothly due to the detailed self check in instructions that were provided. I feel lucky to have found this gem in Krakow. The location, room, cleanliness, comfort, everything was perfect! Thank you for hosting me!

Welcoming, nicely developed, very close to the old town, trams and restaurants and clean.

We were met by a very helpful and friendly chap and he gave us a map and explained about places to go. We were kindly allowed a late check out and they booked us a taxi back to the airport which made the last day very relaxed. Thank you!

Beautifully developed apartment but be aware the description said city views while the apartments are on the ground floor looking into street level. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work despite switching on so we had to open windows and it’s right by a pub and near a tramway, so overall was a bit noisy in the night. It’s a party town though so we got used to it and I’m sure most places get street noise into the early hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
