Sehr gute Lage

Gute Lage, und trotzdem ruhig nachts. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ausreichend und das Bett sehr bequem.

Bei nur 1 Nacht gab es nichts zu beklagen

Absolutely bad hotel, not recommended.

I didn't like anything of this dump. After 5 minutes in the room we decided to leave, preferring to drive back a few hours than to stay in that hole.

The post in booking.com says "Run of the house: High floor". Small print below (which I didn't catch when booking) said that the room was in the ground floor with no windows. However, when we arrived and the staff showed us a room that was exactly in the reception area, with a LOT of noise from guests coming in and out, and with a lot of light coming from receptionist. The room was way much smaller than we saw in pictures, and didn't smell well. When asked the staff for a change of room they got angry, unpolite and dismissive. Nice, comfortable and safe stay!😊

Great service at the hotel. Everyone was polite, nice and always willing to help. We woke up a bit late and even though breakfast was done being served, the staff accommodated us and still served us a delicious breakfast. We kept our bags in the hotel after checkout at not charge! That was great 😃 so we could cñmake the most of the rest of the day walking around before heading to the airport later on the day.

Nous avons réservé sans possibilité de choisir une chambre. À notre arrivée, il ne restait que des chambres au rez de chaussée, minuscule, sans fenêtres, odeur d’humidité, lavabo au dessus des WC et juste en face de la réception ouverte 24/24 donc très bruyant. C’est une honte !

Dos noches de Vacaciones en Cartagena

Excelente ubicación en la ciudad amurallada, cerca de ahí hay un centro comercial donde comprar víveres. Habitación confortable y buen espacio en la ducha. Aire acondicionado excelente, para el clima de la ciudad.

Quizá servir algo mas en el desayuno. Fuera de ahi no tuve mayor inconveniente.

Buena ubicación

Habitación sin ventana exterior, muy pequeña y baño diminuto. El desayuno es de 7 a 9 de la mañana, muy poca franja para poder desayunar ya que si quieres salir de fiesta el día anterior ten por seguro que no desayunas. Desayuno sin buffet y poca variedad aunque estaba muy rico.

Quaint hotel in Centro historico

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and quiet. The lobby was bright and breakfast was included.

We were put in a room by reception at first which had a leak from the air conditioning unit and was quite dangerous, but they did move us to a new room when we asked. The first room was right by reception and was very small with no space to put your things plus you could hear the bell that guests ring to get in so would not have been quiet.

Good location. Supermarkets and restaurants are around the corner. My girlfriend like the flowers and plants that decorate the hallway.

I have so many problems at this hotel begining with the wifi signal. It was terrible in my room. I work remotely so barely did any work. Secondly, The TV never works. I stayed for 3 nights and none could give me a answer why I was the only guest without cable service in my room. Lastly, The water pressure is another other things that they need to work on. I was taking a shower and suddenly the water stopped coming. Awful.
