Très agréable appartement.

Appartement lumineux, jolie vue, calme, très bien équipé. Réception sympathique par le propriétaire, avec nombreuses informations historiques et touristiques. Mon vélo en sécurité sur un balcon au 2ème étage.

Great apartment for 2-4 people. Very cozy with nice views from the balcony. Andrea was a great host with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it

Soggiorno piacevole in centro a Volterra

Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Nonostante il check-in in orario tardo, si è fermato a darci indicazioni su cosa visitare a Volterra. Ci ha regalato anche una cartina della città e una cartolina. Inoltre, si era offerto di venirci a prendere con la macchina, se l’avessimo lasciata fuori. Posizione centrale con ampio parcheggio di fronte. Appartamento comodo e silenzioso.

Check out alle 09.30 - troppo presto. Sebbene centrale, la struttura si trova in zona ZTL, quindi per avvicinarsi bisogna entrare dopo le 19 ed uscire la mattina presto. Mancanza di ascensore.

Lovely stay in the city center of charming Volterra, highly recommended

everything was awesome, the host has explained to us where we can park, he met us in the parking lot and drive us to the accommodation which is inside the city walls. He gave us recommendation what to see and where to eat. The apartment was new, nice, clean and cozy. 10/10

Our host picked up us from the bus, really nice. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple. Everything you need is there. Lovely location, 10 minute stroll to the centre of Volterra.

Steps up to the apartment are a little narrow if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Very well appointed - everything was so neat and clean and perfect. Breakfast supplies provided, flexible arrival time, lots of information about the town available, lovely views, and a very friendly and helpful owner who clearly loves his town very much - as he should! Volterra is beautiful and this is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting.

a unique location close to everything. nice views from the balcony. well equipped for making meals, coffee and tea. everything you need. the host is very nice and happy to share information about the area. we had a rental car which we parked outside of the city walls. Andrea came and picked us up and drove us to the stay.

Perfect stay

Andrea is, by far, the best host we've ever had. He picked us up at the bus station and drove us to the property. He spent some time with us explaining the history of Volterra and recommended us museums and restaurants. The property is located inside the city walls and has stunning views. It is very spacious and the bathroom seems to have been just remodeled.

Perfect place to stay in toscane

Apartment was very big!! The room view was excelent!! Also liked the coffe machine and the bisquits!! Location is also perfect!! Just inside the walls!

Check out was at 9:30 . Needed some more time.

Fantastic location and gorgeous balcony

The apartment is old and pretty, the renovated bathroom, the super good coffee, the wonderful view from the balcony, the nice owner who picked me up from the bus station and brought me biscuits:)

Excellent value for the price. The owner is hospitable and welcoming. The location is 5 minutes from the main piazza. There is a little balcony as well.
